Smart Recommender and Conversion Suite saved the day for us!

What do you like best about the product?
The best benefit would have to be the user-friendliness of the system and the ability to create scenarios and design our emails with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, reporting was not working the way it should but that was because of one of the metrics that we were using, and our team was able to find a way around it. So, we’re not experiencing any problems with it right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating the right scenarios is a must to better manage the customer journey. Scenario creation for campaigns, however, can be a challenge. The Conversion Suite helped us create scenarios for our marketing campaigns built for both websites and apps. Smart Recommender allowed us to place the right recommendations on the website for better product discovery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider's team helped us integrate Smart Recommender and we started seeing results immediately. Customers began exploring more products than before, and since they were recommended products they would like, their checkout rates were very high. Overall we were very satisfied with the results.

What do you like best about the product?
We were related to experience the difference in our traffic by implementing Insider’s onsite optimization. The recommendations given by their partner success team were on point and never failed to deliver results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were impressed to see many updates to the platform but at times it can be difficult to cope with all the new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're able to drive traffic but we desired to attract traffic that lasts. Insider helped us to optimize the marketing strategies for our highest performing channels, ensuring higher customer engagement. As a result, we were able to achieve a sustainable traffic growth.

What do you like best about the product?
We had a fantastic experience using Insider's Product Recommendation solution, Smart Recommender product, which delivered outstanding results for us. One of the key aspects we appreciated about the tool was its utilization of a diverse range of algorithms to monitor users' interactions on every page and provide tailored product recommendations based on users’ possible interests. The tool's capabilities not only enabled us to generate high-quality leads but also led to a remarkable improvement in our conversion rate and a significant increase in our Average Order Value.

Working closely with Insider's team of growth professionals has been truly rewarding. Their support has played a pivotal role in enhancing the overall performance of our business and driving a better Return on Investment (ROI).
What do you dislike about the product?
At the start, we noticed that their scripts weren’t working seamlessly on our website and this made it difficult to track the revenue. However, the Insider team managed to resolve this issue in a bit of time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started working with Insider, our conversion rates were quite low and cart abandonment rates were high. After discussing this issue with Insider, they advised us to use their Smart Recommendation engine to highlight trending products and showcase recently viewed items to our users. This strategy enabled us to create personalized recommendations across channels and encourage our users to check out our products and make a purchase.

We used the same strategy to run automated email recommendation campaigns to reach the right set of customers at the right time. Targeting customers by displaying trending products and alerting them about the products they had added to their carts increased our online conversions and significantly decreased cart abandonment rates. By implementing a recommendation strategy, we were able to achieve 52.80% of Promotional Email Open Rates, which further enabled us to generate better ROI.

What do you like best about the product?
We really liked the ease of use of the platform. For the level of personalization we got we were expecting the workload to be much higher, but we were surprised how much we could achieve with minimal effort and in a short amount of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced a delay when we were first integrating the platform, but the issue was solved very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling with improving the level of personalization on our website and apps. With Insider’s predictive technology, we were able to analyze our customer behavior and create campaigns that could target each customer individually. Overall, Insider's technology surpassed our level of expectation when it came to personalization.

What do you like best about the product?
The support we received from the Insider team on both the technical and strategic side of things was commendable. Apart from the power of their tools, it would have to be the one thing that convinced us to continue to work with them in the past and into the foreseeable future as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would have liked more frequent interactions with the team, but we must say that the quality of the communication and support delivered by Insider is unparalleled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had several promotion campaigns in the pipeline. We wanted to automate them, increase the awareness and visibility around them, and also measure their success. With the help of the suite of tools from Insider
(including the Web Push and the Architect), we were able to reduce bounce rates and increase the overall traffic. We also increased our ROI significantly. Thank you, Insider!

What do you like best about the product?
Our product catalogue is huge, and to be able to merchandise it well on the website is extremely crucial for us. With Insider, we're able to enhance the discoverability of individual SKUs by leveraging AI to power the recommendation engine across pages. Also, we were able to personalize user navigation and enhance the overall mobile experience for the end user.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a short while to identify and implement the right recommendation strategies. But Insider team was always proactively available to help, and shelving and slotting the recommendations also helped us understand what works the best for different pages.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website traffic has been on the rise since the lockdown phase and we lack resources and tools to engage all these new visitors and activate/retain them. We needed a solution that would help us segment this large traffic set and deliver tailored experiences at scale in order to boost engagement and drive conversions from these visitors. Insider had just the right tools to help us achieve that.
And more importantly, Insider team supported us to identify the right strategies that we later use to achieve our objectives. So we implemented personalized product recommendations on the home page and the category pages. The results have been impressive.

What do you like best about the product?
We really liked how Insider gave us the opportunity to personalize customer experience based on past behavior and engagement on our website. Insider’s data collection capabilities combined with their detailed analysis gave us very accurate behavior predictions which helped us with many things including product recommendations, push notifications and website layout.
What do you dislike about the product?
We wish the platform could support our local language.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We realized that our customers were only engaging with a limited number of our products, and we didn’t have a great way to recommend related products to them. Thanks to Insider’s AI-backed Smart Recommender, we were able to analyze user behavior, and offer them related products that would match their taste. This way we were able to engage customers on a higher level and improve our product discovery.

Insider’s team is great at offering solutions for every problem. If you don’t know the pain point behind a low performing metric, they are great at identifying the problem and coming up with multiple solutions that will fit your business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Their partner success team is amazing. We can reach out to them for any issue and they’re always so happy and quick to respond. They’re also very good at account management, easing the process for the whole team and showing us different growth opportunities. We love their product Instory for our website. It was so easy to integrate and it created a gamified experience for our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re still figuring out they’re tools for making visuals as it was a bit challenging at first. But other than that, we’re satisfied with our experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to give a new look to our website and make the experience more fun and engaging for our visiting customers. Insider offered us the most variety of tools and parameters to pinpoint important areas and grow towards them.

What do you like best about the product?
We were very satisfied with the level of return we got from our investment with Insider. When we first started working with them, we were expecting some increase in our conversion rate and overall higher customer loyalty. However, the results we achieved were much higher than anticipated, and we are so happy we started working with Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not adapt to our local language, so hopefully in the future we can see our language on the platform.

Our marketing strategy was okay, but we were looking for ways to increase our overall performance and uplift our customer experience. Insider gave us the perfect tools to achieve this. With their web suite and mobile app, we were able to craft engaging channels, and communicate updates with their web push and app push tools. What do you like best about the product?
The interface is very user-friendly, customer success teams are very attentive and helpful. Their ticketing systems works very efficiently for requesting expert help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our only drawback is that we can’t use the same campaigns on mobile and web, we have to create the campaigns separately for those channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can build personalized customer journeys and orchestrate multiple marketing tools without being over intrusive
