What do you like best about the product?
Our brand stands for opulence and the finest luxury that one can experience. Insider has helped us translate this quality of experience onto our digital presence as well through their remarkable products. Using interest-based personalized onsite experiences, Insider delivered high ROI for us. We were also able to build frictionless customer journeys across channels, individualized to each user’s channel preferences, using Architect. On the whole, in Insider we have found the perfect companion for our brand, helping us offer the best experience on all fronts.

An increase in built-in templates, particularly relevant fro the finance sector would be amazing. But their customization is so simple and efficient that our campaigns achieved all our goals.

Since we signed up for a bunch of their products, it took us some time to get used to using all of them in tandem. However, we must also mention the amazing support offered by the Insider team during this time to help us through any queries or doubts we had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to elevate our product discovery experience to help us stand out from the competition. Using InStory from Insider, we were able to achieve very encouraging results on this front. To maximise the efficiency we need to work for long hours and set lot of meetings but this is the only way to reach the success. Sometimes ticket reaction time is slower than we expected.
