Great partner who thinks along with you
What do you like best about the product?
With Insider we have found a great partner who suggests new campaigns to test and they offer a great tool to do some experiments. They seem to care about your website and products like a colleague. Their new support ticket system works nice and the support team replies swiftly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like with all technical products, they aren't flawless. However, I do have the feeling Insider is on top of things and fixes bugs quickly and adds new features often. The support system wasn't that great before, but they improved the workflow massively. So basically there isn't much to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider to quickly A/B-test changes we want to do on our website, before investing heavily in (expensive) development hours. It also brings lots of scenarios to test with straight out of the box which you can tailor to your needs.
Great opportunities for establishing communications with your mobile app users
What do you like best about the product?
It is great that Insider has a lot of functionality with a number of features. We decided to start working with Insider mainly because of their mobile app capabilities: in-app, app pushes and other technologies which can help us to build a better communication with our clients.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since we work through the API, we are not able to get statistics on certain key metrics automatically, it is collected manually by our account manager. It would be better to look at the performance on the dashboards within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's been almost a year since we started working with Insider. Our primary focus was the mobile application, as it is a channel where we have our most loyal customers. We have set the mobile app push through API, and we have integrated it with IOS. We are scaling the project to be able to trigger cart abandonment and page abandonment mechanics etc. In addition, we plan to expand our user database by launching in-app communications for users who have declined to sign up for push notification. In the future we want to use all Insider capabilities.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has a lot of products and technologies which can help you to grow your business, don't stop on using just one feature. Ask Insider business consultants to share with you all their capabilities. But don't expect to get the immediat results, everything good needs time.

What do you like best about the product?
The tools are fairly easy to understand and use without much hand-holding from Insider's team. However, the Insider team is always ready to help and give us more insights on various tools we have been using, so overall we have received excellent support.
What do you dislike about the product?
We loved the attentiveness of the support team, however, a bigger support team would bring in a more diverse and fresh perspective. Otherwise, no complaints with regards to the tools, and their outcomes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to drive more sales through a better customer conversion rate. Thanks to Insider’s conversion suite and web push notifications tools, we were able to implement a campaign on our web homepage that displayed personalized recommendations. This translated into a significant increase in our customer conversion rate, which means more purchases and good sales numbers.

We would recommend Insider to everyone who is struggling with meeting their KPIs, or is looking for ways to improve overall performance.
Best marketing platform to boost engagement and loyalty
What do you like best about the product?
We liked how helpful Insider's team was with every step of our journey. We were in the very beginning of our journey, and Insider’s team helped us create a roadmap and gave us all the support we needed to follow this guide. Thanks to them our transition to digital was very smooth and we were able to create a very successful digital channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far our only dislike is at first the platform was intimidating due to the high number tools and capabilities, however, after we tried some out and found the best ones for our company our problem was solved.

With the start of the pandemic, we had to transition into an online market, and we were struggling to get our customers to visit our newly created online channels. We started working with Insider to create a compelling website and create engaging campaigns. In a short time we were able to increase the flow of visitors to our website and boost their engagement.

It's easy to use, simple reporting capability enables us to report success to the business easily, and it's easy to

There is a long response time when it comes to mobile app integration, but we are expecting this to be

Omnichannel made possible by channeling Insider power
What do you like best about the product?
With Insider’s tools, we were able to create a near frictionless user journey on our website for every customer. The omnichannel experiences that we were able to provide were truly remarkable, evidenced by the increased sales and the CSAT scores that were really high throughout the campaign.

If we are to nitpick, we think the two-three minute delay before we went live could have been avoided, but that was of little concern to us.

What do you like best about the product?
We were very satisfied with the results we saw while working with Insider. Our main goal was to improve customer experience, but we saw results far beyond that. We were able to achieve higher conversion rates, customer loyalty and decreased bounce rates, which were great added benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform does not support our local language.

What we love about orchestrating cross-channel engagement with Insider is the ease of marketing automation. Architect uses dynamic traffic allocation to automatically assign traffic based on channel engagement and performance. We love the fact that their algorithm picks the winning variation automatically and assures higher conversion.

Smart Recommender and Conversion Suite saved the day for us
What do you like best about the product?
We love Insider’s dashboard for managing campaign scenarios. We think it's so easy to use and effective that it can’t get any better. And if it does we’d only be happy. The team from Insider were also really quick to address our queries and support us at all times.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is quite expensive in its view and can be complex. It would have been hard to navigate for someone new to the platform, but Insider's team did a great job of guiding us at every step of the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to win our users back and we realized that push notifications sent out to them at just the right times would be a good way to do it. We needed to personalize these push notifications, and that’s where Insider helped us. With Insider's web push and app push tools, we were able to target the right customers and retain them. Through personalized web pushes, so many of our customers revisited our website. The number of completed orders rose, and this increased conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?

We are yet to observe all of the ramifications of using Insider’s Web Push platform, but we are delighted with it so far and there’s nothing to dislike here.

Instory from Insider proves to be a lifesaver
What do you like best about the product?
We are thankful for the support we received from the Insider team and we regret not having tried Instory sooner. The ability to personalize, deliver seamless omnichannel experiences, or change features easily was a lifesaver. We are so happy we went with InStory and Insider!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. We have just used one product from Insider, Instory. We do not have the bandwidth to try more, but given the benefits we have gained from InStory, we will be trying a lot more the moment we are able to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to create more powerful customer journeys and weave stories around them to amplify customer engagement. With the help of Instory, we were able to achieve an increase in incremental revenue and average order value. Thanks to Instory, the average session duration on the homepage increased, which means that user engagement has also increased.
