What do you like best about the product?
A single solution which helps give customers the experience they deserve on any channel they want by personalizing the content, offers, and recommendations with the least efforts
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting capabilities can be enhanced and can be powered by the AI model. The platform can add more personalization creative templates to its template library.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us enable personalized onsite engagement and deliver optimized UX onsite and on the app. It has also helped us to enable a central communication hub across all communication channels

A powerful 360 tool for personalization and an amazing support team

What do you like best about the product?
Our Insider experience has been very positive. We use their Mobile & Web Suite along with Web Push, InStory, email, and Architect. We have used gamification templates such as “wheel of fortune” or “Swipe” to significantly improve our lead generation strategies and increase user engagement. In only 4 months we have seen an 8.6x ROI and a 9.6% CR uplift with Insider. The Smart recommendations are one of our strongest features, we have also gotten amazing results here.
The team at Insider has made using the platform stress-free. We have constant support from them and they will always go over and above to make sure we can put out ideas into motion to get the best results in our campaigns. We really appreciate that Insider listens to our product recommendations and they are willing to improve based on customer feedback.
On the whole, this is a hugely scalable, always evolving, cross-channel platform that is easy to use and very effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
We know that this is currently under development, but we would love to be able to use several images per thumbnail on InStories, right now we can only use one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for the right solution to help us strengthen our customer experience strategies and also help us build unified customer profiles to deliver personalized campaigns. We also wanted to improve customer loyalty and engagement, and even AOV where possible.

What do you like best about the product?
The Smart Recommender from Insider with its highly personalized and auto-optimized recommendations has given us an enticing 37x ROI on top of a great average conversion rate of over 23%. This particular product is extremely efficient in driving up-sell and cross-sell with recommendations that are most relevant to each user.

What we like the most about using Insider is that we are able to deliver a fully tailored experience for our visitors, entirely driven by reliable data that is accumulated by the user's interactions across channels. We have also noticed an uplift in product page view of 45.28%, which we believe is a reflection of the improved customer experience that is enabled by Insider. Another specific feature we really like is the ability to create unified profiles for our visitors with data across multiple channels. With these profiles, Insider then uses its predictive AI model to carry out segmentation, which leads to improved personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is built for marketers of all levels, and we found that some of the advanced features weren’t as self-explanatory as others. This necessitates some level of extra training beyond their self-help resources to use the platform fully.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve the customer experience across our channels and increase conversions. We can safely say that since using Insider, we have had phenomenal development on both these fronts and our business has been steadily growing. Our current trends indicate continuous growth, moving forward, and we are excited to see where Insider can take us.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is, without a doubt, one of the best cross-channel campaign management software available today. It is packed with features that leave no room for complaints. With Insider, you not only get value for your money but multifold returns on your investment. Just make sure you learn to use all the features thoroughly so you don’t miss out on anything.

What do you like best about the product?
The thing we love the most is Insider's account management. We work with different vendors but Insider has the best team and the best expertise. It is also great that Insider has a lot of different features and mechanics which help to retain customers across the entire funnel. One more thing which really matters is that we don't have to involve our IT department when we need to urgently launch a new campaign.
What do you dislike about the product?
We like almost everything and we are more than satisfied with Insider, but it would be awesome if the price was a little lower. So, we have no complaints about the rest of the issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started working with Insider long ago mainly because of their mobile web capabilities. During this time we've launched a lot of different campaigns and used different products. I can highlite Insider's web push product. Very simple, but very profitable. With the help of Insider mechanic, we have collected a very huge base - more than 1 million subscribers, which is a very good indicator. We launch bulk pushes, automated pushes, segmented pushes, mainly geolocation ones, pushes in certain categories, for example, to users who viewed smartphones or users who were interested in a certain brand. It's great that there is such an opportunity - to tune in to certain brands and promote them, because now it's more important than ever - to hit the target audience so that our communications are as segmented as possible, as targeted as possible, especially so as not to overspam our users. Plus, due to this, we see a higher conversion rate. Now we are starting to work with the Architect product. This will help us to work with users in an even more personalized way.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
My main advice would be to discuss in detail everything you want to receive from Insider beforehand, because due to the large number of products it is very easy to get confused and to start not from the relevant one. Discuss everything with Insider digital consultants, they will definitely help you.

Improved interactivity using Insider’s products

What do you like best about the product?
We are Indonesia’s first interactive app for pregnancy, and with Insider’s help, our interactivity has gone one step further to become more timely and automated. Using their automated push notifications, we are able to send out vital, useful information to our users based on their daily updates. And insiders always help us with the new idea which can be more creative in push notifications/inApp.
From Insider’s advanced analytics, we have also been able to understand different pregnancy stages of our users and tailor the onboarding process for each stage so that it is most effective in encouraging users to go through till the end. Once they have signed up to our app, we are then able to send highly personalized, relevant content which drives customer engagement.
Another useful function of Insider is analyzing and understanding the adoption rates of different features on our app which goes a long way in helping us decide what needs to be sunset and what needs to be improved.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t quite have anything that we have found negative about Insider so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our requirement was for a platform that will enhance our interactivity and make it smoother through marketing automation. Insider’s automated features are reliable and work efficiently like clockwork. We have been able to make a lot of important decisions regarding our app using the data we have analyzed with Insider’s help. On the whole, Insider has been a must-have for our business, and the insiders themselves. The way they communicate, and very attractive to us
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Leave your marketing to Insider and sit back in your seat, because this platform truly does it all. With freed up time, we are able to put more effort into creative discussions to develop our app. We only need to check in periodically to make any tweaks if needed and just to ensure everything is running as we would like it to (which it usually does). Otherwise, Insider has been a brilliant choice for us as a growing business.

What do you like best about the product?
The onboarding process so far has been fabulous, the whole Insider team are attentive and take so much time and care in getting to know your brand. Not only do they understand retail, they understand how important it is to build a great relationship and ensure both sides are comfortable with the output.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, there is nothing to dislike. The only downside is there is so much to learn and test within the platform. However, we are looking forward to breaking this down into smaller bites with the team and including Insider in our growth strategy and beyond!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensuring we are always one step ahead of personalization and recommendations. We know so much about our customers and we are looking forward to being able to grow and adapt with personalization at the forefront

What do you like best about the product?
We use some of the simpler modules for conversion optimization. As in every platorm, there are things to do better or optimize. What I like is very high level of support from Insider team, which is very helpful on daily basis. Tech team answers fast, although some task could be done quicker. We're going to test Architect module so i guess I'll have more to say after this - we really hope it'll suit our needs with communication orchestration!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be good to have a technical expert directly assigned to us, one who would know the details of integration with our system. However, the standard ticket system sometimes has such disadvantages that the operating person has to quickly catch up and does not know some decisions that may have been made earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main goal for us is to optimize conversion, increase sales in online stores. Additionally our goal when integrating with Architect is to optimize costs of customer communication and increase ROI from marketing automation and email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
We loved the way team Insider collaborated with us as one of our own. They were proactive in suggesting what templates to use and they helped us navigate and effectively use the tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were initially overwhelmed with the number of templates, but Insider’s team helped us pick and choose the right templates that best suited our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to drive high sales and meet our sales targets by improving our conversion funnel. Insider helped us achieve our goal of making our conversion funnel more efficient, which translated into good conversion rates and we were able to meet our sales targets. Their web suite, mobile suite, and web push collectively helped us improve conversion rates across all sales channels.
