Best mobile marketing tool for the best CX

What do you like best about the product?
The thing I really love concerning Insider is their customer service. We like how all the processes are built: we don't need to push them, we receive immediate answers whenever a question appears, we can always ask for help, almost 24/7. The platform itself is also great and very easy to use. It is full of different templates and useful mechanics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a difficult question, because from my point of view everything works at its best. The only problem we face is that due to the lack of time and person dedicated specifically to the platform we can't realize Insider's full potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started working with Insider many years ago. We work in two main areas: mobile app and web. These products fulfill our main objectives. We use these tools as part of outreach goals and increasing brand loyalty. We primarily use web products to notify users about what is happening with us, what promotions and special offers we have. With the help of Insider segmentation, we personalize the entire process of communication with users. We are also launching segmented push notifications for different regions, cities, etc.
As part of the mobile app product, we've tried just about everything Insider has to offer. In addition to single push, we work with some much more complex mechanics, such as conversion pushes, in order to reach and work with the audience in the most targeted way. In addition to interacting with loyal users of the mobile application through mobile app pushes and in-apps, we use various on site communications .
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You should think of having a person who will be dedicated specifically to the platform , then you can reach all your goals with Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers a range of solutions for website customizations, A/B testing, email marketing, push notifications and a lot more! Their customer service team is also very helpful and promptly responds to all queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting dashboard could be made more user friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Its an all in one solution - we no longer need to have different apps/platforms for website customizations, newsletters etc, which used to be costly for us.
2) So far we're getting good incremental revenue from e-comm customizations recommended by Insider team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Improve the reporting dashboard and make them a bit more user friendly

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s segmentation is our favorite feature, something that we have immensely benefited
from. We cater to different kinds of customers, and this feature has been crucial in helping us
target the audience effectively to personalize the onsite experience for each type of customer.
Their web suite is geared for growth, and we achieved an AOV uplift of 16.22%. This was an
exciting result for us to achieve, because it is a pretty big margin by which we have increased
our sales. This was achieved by adding a sticky bar menu on our desktop website when visitors
were navigating and browsing on our platform. In another instance, we had displayed an exit-intent triggered cart-reminder overlay which
delivered a whopping 66.46% uplift in CR. That was truly phenomenal.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we need to make custom segments, we always need to turn to the help center. We would
like to be able to do this otherwise also. We would also like to see personalized
recommendations being added to InStory.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to personalize our website for different segments of our customers and offer a
relevant experience to them according to the segment they are in. With Insider, we have
achieved this because their segmentation feature is top-notch and we can
rely on the platform to take care of the process on its own.

What do you like best about the product?
When choosing a data tool, Insider is the one you need to look at. With Insiders help, we can communicate with customers and organize them into segments based on their interests. We can test different variations of our website and see which works best. Also, it's great that we don't have to import any data because the templates make it easy to change the designs on our website. If we don't understand something about our results, the support team always helps us solve our questions without a fuss.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider interface is not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to drive more sales through a better customer conversion rate. Thanks to Insider's conversion suite and web push notifications tools, we implemented a campaign on our web homepage that displayed personalized recommendations. This campaign significantly increased our customer conversion rate, which means more purchases and good sales. We also wanted to ensure that visitors didn't leave the site without seeing all of our products, so Insider's scroll tracking tool helped us track where visitors did and didn't scroll down.

What do you like best about the product?
Without any system coding development, INSIDER provides us the quick solutions and we can see the customized campaing instantly.
Based the real KPI result on GA, INSIDER share us instant reponse and quick fix to maximize conversation result. With INSIDER regular share new successful show cases, it keep our website up to newest with animation and provide eye catching elements to highlight rewards to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
A more simply ticket platform with consolidation wuold help clients to be more time efficiency to manage running animations on site.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time consuming on creating system change request for UX animation supporting brand marketing campaign.

Insider is a good all channel solution

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very easy and do it yourself tool for a/b tests and small customizations on our website. Also ready templates are very helpful for us to use on our website.
In addition to website customization, personalized communication is another big part of insider. We can contact with our customers from all channels like app push, email, sms and organize them easily in architect tool. If we need a support, we can contact with support and our tasks solved quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is really hard to select from custom segments if you didn't name them clearly. There can be an explanation for them and groupimg can be a good idea.
As an improvement app segments and events should be managed more flexable. It is not easy to delete collected datas.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sending event or rule based pushes instead of sending bulk pushes. Thus we decrease our uninstall rates with extra revenue to touch customers correct time with correct communication.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things that I don't like about Insider. But search tools may be more useful an effective. I think it is an important tool for website. Everything else is OK.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
On-site marketing tools can be your life-guard when sales are low. In addition, A/B testing has many useful data about user experiences and choices. In our web site redesign process, we use the data. The effect of the color of the clickbox on sales was incredible.

Over the last 5 years, Our Insider team members have served alongside me like our company members for the web site. During our time together, I have seen their unwavering passion for helping us.
