Make product discovery easier than ever

What do you like best about the product?
It has been a great experience to work with Insider’s team. They were responsive to every issue we raised. We used Insider’s Web suite and Mobile App suite that has effectively driven the desired outcome. We are satisfied with Insider’s effective products and helpful support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we were unfamiliar with data analytics and metric determination but the team helped us to utilize the product to its fullest potential.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our website and app had been struggling with low product discovery and average time spent by the user on-site due to a lack of onsite recommendations. Insider’s tools helped us personalize the customer journey effectively with relevant recommendations to facilitate the display of relevant products to the right customers. This helped in enhancing customer engagement and thereby boosting AOV and sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s auto-optimized recommendations are deployed across all pages on our website and have resulted in higher add-to-cart rates of 18.4% and an improved conversion rate of 9% as well. Something we really like about these recommendations is the ability to send these on email too. This opens up another opportunity for us to show our customers that we really do understand them and want them to have more of what they’re looking for, and this has simply been great.

Since using Insider, we have witnessed higher AOV overall, and also noticed faster time to add to cart because of the AI-powered recommendations.

We use their web push, web & mobile personalization suite, and Insider has brought it all together seamlessly, helping us orchestrate connected customer journeys across these channels without a hitch.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider offers a lot of templates, but we would also like to be able to create some templates of our own from scratch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted the ability to orchestrate personalized experiences across multiple channels to stay on top of our customers’ minds, wherever they are. Insider has made it possible in the easiest way with their well-programmed technology that is dependable and delivers the results they claim. We have had higher AOV and conversions since using Insider, and are happy with the results.

What do you like best about the product?
We are a fan of Insider’s lead collection templates. Did you know that they use AI-led segmentation? They brought us much needed efficiency when launching online campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have experienced seamless implementation of Insider but we needed some adjustments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The greatest challenge for our business was to enhance user interaction through various touch points such as website and mobile app. With Insider’s help, we were able to build seamless multi-channel user interactions, improving overall user satisfaction.

3X lead collection with Insider’s in-app templates

What do you like best about the product?
Our favorite thing about working with Insider was the ease of integration. The onboarding process was very seamless and we were able to see results instantly. Overall, we were pleasantly surprised with how easy it was to start using Insider’s technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
We experienced a few delays in some of our push notifications, but the support team solved the problem after we talked to them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had no sign up or subscription function on our app so we were struggling to create a database with our customer’s information. Insider’s gamified in-app templates helped us 3X our lead collection and subscription rate. The team then helped us set up a newsletter so that we could collect email addresses and send out information on our newest products and deals. Thanks to them, we were able to create a database with our customer information, just like we wanted to.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love (as opposed to like) are the people. I think the platform is one thing but without having the right partners who understand your objectives and limitations of your team/resources/time, it will be hard to get anything out of any platform and partnership you will engage with.
It's been a breeze to work with every single person we engage with, all super committed, knowledgeable and genuinely paying interest in your business. They learn about my current challenges and adjusted themselves to our needs. In our case are people, relevant skill set, and time.
The focus was on quick setup and quick sales win or at least data that will allow us to make better merchandise decisions. The Insider team did not rush us through the process and in fact, did a lot more heavy lifting for us than expected just to get the ball rolling. That terms built internal confidence in the platform and created more curiosity about what else we can do and achieve. We are also a new B2B platform in which most of what we do is new and we are almost creating the wheel. The purchasing behavior of our buyers is different than B2C space.
So once again I'd like to highlight the people behind the platform

I do like customer profiling management, event triggering, and personalization, also good at picking the best variations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are fairly new with Insider and so far didn't find anything we didn't like. We really only focused on what will give us quick and easy wins as we learn to navigate through the platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With limited resources to identify faults or opportunities, Insider's ability to provide data that we didn't have access to before or the resources to set it up. We also could jump on some easy wins to drive more revenue and in a new business like ours, it's critical.

Retain customers with Insider’s tool just like we did

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best features is the ready-to-use promotion templates. These templates helped us optimize our productivity and increase our efficiency by facilitating a highly agile promotional strategy.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been using Insider’s Desktop personalization, MB personalization, web push notifications, and Recommendation enterprise. So far the association has been stellar, there is nothing really that we dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We observed that many customers added products to the cart but never completed the purchase. Keeping a track of such cases, calling them to visit the website and complete the purchase was not the apt solution. We were looking for a tool that would automatically send them a notification nudging them to complete the purchase. We also wanted to understand their behavior and send them personalized recommendations of products based on their interest. Basically, we were looking for a customized market

Insider is the best solution for segmented web push notifications

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s web push tool is easily one of the bests in the category, having given us a great opt-in rate of 21%. We were able to broaden the conversation with our non-logged-in customers.
In one specific campaign for car loans, we were able to send 4.3M pushes, and achieved a CR of 2.39% from those. We love that with Insider’s web push, doing very little can deliver great results.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have been struggling to include Insider’s Web Push into our CRM journey, which the support team is working hard to help us out with. In the beginning, we believed that the configurations of segmentations and automations would be more easily implemented, however, as the Webmotors business is not a standard e-commerce, it was not that simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for lead generation, and to improve our marketing and business growth through digital efforts. Insider’s web push was a small addition to this effort of ours, and it has proven to be quite useful for us. We have seen higher click-through rates with their push notifications, and an overall increase in customer engagement rates as well since the contextual messages have led to higher opt-ins.

What do you like best about the product?
What we like most about Insider is how easy it is to create individualized experiences and achieve substantial results. Their AI-backed algorithms give very accurate personalization tactics that always perform well with our customers. All we have to do is talk with the Insider team and get their recommendations, and then they help us implement their tools and we immediately see results. Overall, we are very satisfied with our experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing we dislike, but there are a lot of different templates to choose from, so initially we were overwhelmed with the choices. However, Insider’s team helped us find the most suitable templates for us, so now we don’t experience any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for a way to personalize our website and create individualized customer experiences so that we could increase onsite engagement. After looking at alternatives, we started using Insider’s web suite and we were very satisfied with the results. By tracking user behavior on our website, we were able to create personalized campaigns for each customer based on persona, purchase affinity, behavior, onsite actions, etc which increased engagement by 50%.

What do you like best about the product?
High-quality and efficient service from Insider's customer support team, a large variety of experiences, Architect module

A lot of the experiences are not suitable for luxury brands due to them being very promotional.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Limited capacities in terms of web development -> Insider compensates for that allowing to launch new experiences in a very limited time-frame

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has allowed us to personalize our website across all pages with their incredible Smart Recommender. This product has, almost single handedly, elevated the shopping experience on our website by providing personalized product recommendations driven by data. We really enjoy using their web and mobile suite as well to personalize other aspects of our website such as banners. In one campaign with a cart reminder banner, we were able to achieve a conversion rate of 33%. This was a pretty exciting result for us.

We especially benefited from Insider’s highly capable predictive segmentation feature that enabled us to target our customers better based on behavioral data and flexible trigger rules. Another thing worthy of mention about Insider as a platform is the easy-to-use editor that allows us to quickly edit templates and create the content we want.

Special mention should also be made for their support interface - Insider Help Centre contained everything we needed to know to set up a campaign and go live with it, while chat support was available at any time when we had questions about the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have signed up for many products of Insider, so when we had a change in our team, it was just a little challenging for the incoming person to come up with new campaign ideas. But we find this to be a challenge to improve towards rather than something to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to personalize our shopping experience and deliver relevant recommendations to our wide variety of users, based on their specific requirements, past searches, and so on. Insider has been a great platform that has taken care of this whole thing for us through auto-optimized recommendations. We barely have to do anything. We also enjoy the number of templates available when it comes to creating web and mobile personalized elements.
