Insider supercharged our mobile app
What do you like best about the product?
Our mobile app usage is important for our business and we have been aiming to improve retention on the app and increase engagement. Insider’s mobile app suite has been a blessing in disguise for us. It works so well and gives us many options to improve the smallest of things on our app, and we have seen that all of these culminate in overall higher engagement across different sections of the app. As a result of this, retention has also improved dramatically,
What do you dislike about the product?
There are the occasional bugs that creep up on the platform like any other software, but they are quickly squashed before they become a big issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to encourage app usage by our users on different levels of the marketing funnel. Using Insider, we were able to do it, achieve higher conversions, and increase customer retention. Insider is an amazing all-rounder platform that has taken care of so many of our marketing needs and requirements.

As an online aggregator it's necessary to run campaigns that resonate with our target audience. The Web Push tool from Insider provided us with data-driven insights that helped us design highly-targeted campaigns which truly connected with our customers and drove results. What do you like best about the product?
Our customer case study pages are a key focal point of our site. One of our key goals was to reduce the bounce rate on these case study pages. Insider’s exit intent technology detects when a user goes to close a page on web or mobile web and reengages them with an engaging overlay.
Another key ambition was to learn more about our visitors, in order to personalize the customer experience. We were so impressed with the number and variety of ready-to-go templates on the platform that can be applied to our site in minutes, with no coding or development work. The survey templates in particular have helped us to better understand our customers, guaging interest, gathering zero-party data and driving new business.
My team constantly come up with new ideas. With Insider, we can put them all to the test. With the ease and speed of the tool I can respond “yes, let’s do it now”, not next month or six months down the line. They feel empowered and motivated. And it drives results.

What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider platform is built to make it easy for businesses to be self-service creating their own campaigns without external resource. That in itself is great and the strategic support we receive is excellent. However, when my team is busy, it would be great to have a more full-service support option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider saves us time, money and resource. Without the platform, we would have to allocate resources to our web agency and wait for the work to be done. With Insider, the wait is gone and we can take action straight away.

What do you like best about the product?
A good mobile web experience does not leave the customer wishing they were using a desktop. Insider has helped us achieve this level of customer experience on our mobile website with their suite made especially for this purpose. It comes with a variety of features like dynamic menus, social proof and personalized banner management. These all work together extremely well and create a delectable, personalized experience for our users.
Our website is optimized for content delivery on different mobile devices, and Insider offers us complete freedom in rearranging the content on our website in the best way possible for each different element. They have an extensive element library that makes it feel like our websites were made by developers with a lot of coding, while in reality, we have only used Insider’s amazingly easy-to-use platform to achieve such results.

While we have achieved good results, we don’t like to settle for average when we can have the best. We would like to see how Insider performs in the long run and what kind of sustained growth it brings. We don’t really dislike anything, though.

We wanted to create a frustration-free mobile web experience for our users which would encourage them to go through with their purchases instead of dropping off because our website wasn’t easy to navigate. Insider has made our mobile website top-notch with great features and easy-to-change elements that help us provide a refreshing experience for our users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has created great technology that is amazing at supporting businesses achieve their marketing goals online. One of our favorite things about using Insider is their InStory product - it has been very successful for us, and always gets clicks and results in successful campaigns. Conversions on InStory are generally higher than we see on the website otherwise and this is quite fascinating for us.
Even though it’s a social media style content format that most of us would be familiar with, it comes into great use in the digital marketing world, as well, and Insider has really gone all out with that product. It is great for highlighting our best rooms and deals, and is an attention grabbing element on our website.

There’s nothing in particular that we dislike. We simply look forward to a continued smooth experience using Insider.

We wanted a way to highlight certain properties or offers for our customers based on their activity. InStory is the perfect solution for our requirements, and working along with the conversion suite, this has been pretty great at improving our online conversions and bringing in successful growth in revenue over the months.

Being a grocery store offering online shopping, Insider has given us a complete overhaul of what our customers should experience when shopping from us. Insider’s Customer Data Platform has helped us understand individual customers better and track their purchase patterns and behaviors with us over time. Their AI-powered Smart Recommender has helped us suggest products and relevant content before they even need them using the data captured by the CDP. Using Insider has helped us deliver a cohesive customer experience across the many different channels we engage with our customers including email and our mobile app. Marketing campaigns are made easy with a number of extensive, flexible templates that we can tweak to our requirements. It is a great self-service tool that delivers amazing value to our customers and brings in higher sales and conversions than ever before.

The price of the platform was quite high for us when we first checked it out. However, after using it for a good while now, we understand why it is priced the way it is.

Grocery shopping is filled with many opportunities to personalize the shopping experience for our customers and make them want to choose us over and over again. To execute such a transformation for our business, we were looking for a capable solution. Insider is the ideal personalization software, in our opinion, with its many customer-focused features that work on human psychology to get conversions and clicks. We love that we can use it all on our own, and yet, the Insider team is always around for help if we ever need it. Insider offers a complete package - a great product, customer service that is reliable, and value for money.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider has a wealth of marketing tools and features that helped us deliver personalized shopping experiences that resonate with our users. We really enjoyed using some of the gamified templates to make different parts of our website more interactive. They have been very beneficial to increasing our conversions and user engagement on various pages. We have also had an increase in the lead collection because our users are more willing to leave their contact information when we use gamified templates with small incentives for them in return. In our experience, we have found Insider’s capabilities to be well thought out, and with their high-performing technology, we have achieved improvement on all the aspects that we wanted to.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were initially a little overwhelmed by the amount of features presented by the platform. It took us a little while to get around to using everything well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been facing drop-outs in traffic after people browse our website. We wanted to decrease this and convert these users to shoppers who go through with their purchases. Insider helped us in two ways - one, their interactive templates which are personalized helped us speak to our users better, and this led to them converting more. Second, by using Insider’s gamified lead collection templates, we were able to follow up better with users who abandoned us and bring them back to our website for cart recovery.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a must-have for any business that caters to a digital audience. We use a range of their products from mobile app to email, and each of these products work brilliantly. Both on their own, and as a connected set of channels that a customer journeys through, these are all impactful and effective. We are able to present a consistent brand experience across a variety of channels because Insider brings everything under one roof. We are able to better analyze the data of customers in all these channels and plan our marketing campaigns better.

The email service is a little buggy at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to create a marketing strategy that smoothly includes and navigates multiple channels that our customers are present in. Insider became a much-needed product for us to make this happen. It is easy to execute and monitor campaigns for all these channels from one place, and easier still to analyze the data from these different sources. Insider is a powerhouse and has become essential for our business.

With Insider, it is so easy to add new interactive elements to our website which wasn’t the case earlier. In a matter of clicks, we can have any new template up on our website and working. This is very important to us because we have constantly ongoing promotions every week and we need to put them up in interesting ways that work to draw the attention of our visitors.
Another aspect we really like about using Insider is the ability to create user journeys for different goals such as user abandonment or lead collection. We have found these customer journeys to be very effective in understanding our users better and thus, we are able to improve the services that we provide them.

There are so many templates available that we haven’t yet been able to go through them all to better understand and optimize them to our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We chose Insider with the main goal of increasing traffic and improving engagement on our website. Using Insider’s customer journey builder and web suite, we have seen great growth in both these aspects, and we are happy with the results.
