Massive 240X ROI from using Insider’s suite of products along with a 42% CR uplift
What do you like best about the product?
All of Insider’s tools have been incredibly effective for our business, especially their web suite and onsite experimentation features. They offer a large number of templates which are flexible for usage and we can customize them however we like.
One thing that we were most impressed about is that their AI-powered smart recommender was integrated into our website with simply one line of code! We were amazed by how fast it happened and how smoothly we were able to carry out a pretty big change such as adding the smart recommender, without any hassle. And the product has been doing a great job serving our customers highly personalized product recommendations, resulting in an overall increase in conversions and average cart value. One of the smart recommendations - recently viewed items on the cart page, was able to generate a 42% uplift in CR for us, and we have been mighty impressed by these results.

What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a little time to update and fix system rules whenever we have website updates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted a tool to help us personalize our website experience by segmenting the audience on many levels. Insider works as a brilliant customer data platform that brings in customer data from many different sources to aid advanced segmentation that is accurate, granular and very useful for marketing campaigns. We have been able to target our audience with very relevant, highly precise content for each segment, only because of how neatly Insider has helped us segment our customer data. It is no surprise at all that since we started using Insider, we have achieved a 240X ROI.

What do you dislike about the product?
We haven't had anything we dislike with Insider. The team (Yas, Trent, Shasti) have been super impressive. Their advise and tools work extremely fast and are adequate for our needs. Our business is very agile and needs the ability to shift and change very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalisation of the "Unknown" user. These customers are just as valuable as a "Subscribe" user. They purchase from us on a regular base. Therefore we have the tools to communicate to them in the way they want us to.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best from working with Insider is without any doubt, how they commit to my business as if it was theirs, even pushing my team to do more . Having them so close motivates us and makes them have push impacts as part of their daily marketing routines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like as much the UX of the tool, not on the part of creating a campaign but on the part of organizing campaigns. It makes us spend more time than necessary. Also, in the past we had tech issues related to custom rules that made us lose a lot of time. I hope things improve when we go back to implementing new Insider products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are being able to cover customer behaviour and impact them with promotions on an easy way without needing resources from our tech team.

It is one of the most comprehensive customer data platforms available today. Not only does it help consolidate data but we’re also able to use the insights gathered effectively by orchestrating cross-channel customer journeys.

What do you dislike about the product?
Like any technology, Insider too gets the occasional bug at times. However, they are also promptly squashed by their dev team so we’ve got no complaints.

We wanted a simple solution to run personalized campaigns on website that don’t require coding. Insider is a great choice and has given 10x Conversion Rate with personalization

What do you like best about the product?
UI is good and user-friendly. Product training was organized quickly for the new team members to be onboarded. You could have the chance to see your uninstall numbers in the dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Support team was slow when you faced a problem and had to wait for it to be solved. They should have prioritization marking for highlighting urgent matters at least.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A/B testing, web pop-ups, push notification launch (launching them in buckets, too), and being able to schedule the communication contents based on the users' time zone.

What do you like best about the product?
Their architect journey builder is phenomenal! Sending push notifications using Insider has been incredibly successful for us, with the number of active users on our app increasing 4.3x times. The push campaigns have all generated high engagement and conversions for us. We also really like being able to easily duplicate the best versions of these into another funnel and do it all without a hitch. All in all, Insider is a phenomenal performer when it comes to marketing technology, and we are convinced this is the best choice available today.
What do you dislike about the product?
They are still working on their WhatsApp product, but the other channels are superb!

Experimentation is one of the most important things for us as a growing sharia fintech startup. Through Insider, we can do AB Tests on our users easily & which helped us automate high-performing campaigns that were fruitful to our objectives, not only in terms of increasing users but also in terms of increased transaction volume generated from the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's Smart Recommender transformed our business. With AI-driven personalized recommendations based on each user's browsing history, we saw our AOV soar 3.6X on our website. Its flexible algorithm adapts effortlessly, and insightful campaign data is conveniently visualized in one place, saving us a lot of time. The platform also provides performance data that is insightful and easy to understand. We are able to visualize all of our campaigns and their performances right from one place - the Homepage dashboard, and this saves us a lot of time. Apart from this there are analytics dashboards for each of the products too that gives you an in-depth understanding of how your campaigns are performing. Insider's exemplary Customer Support team should also be mentioned because they provide top-notch strategic support. They add a lot of value to our business as they offer great inputs and thoughts on how we can keep improving our business output.
What do you dislike about the product?
We were not able to start using Insider by ourselves without a bit of onboarding and induction from the team. This is not so much a problem, but just something we would’ve liked.

What do you like best about the product?
With a wide selection of ready to use templates which are flexible and customizable, Insider has made marketing infinitely simpler and increased our team’s productivity. They are a very amicable team to work with, as well, constantly coming up with new ideas and solutions to challenges that we face. Their local team support is amazing, and they have been key to helping us understand everything with their impeccable technical communication and know-how. In short, Insider makes for a great CDP that performs exceptionally well with easy to use tools that make our website highly optimized for our users. Insider’s CDP helped us bring data from multiple channels into a single location, enabling us to extract true value from the data. It was easy to integrate with the rest of our tech stack and has brought in great marketing value by helping us engage with our customers more efficiently by creating more personalized campaigns.

Some of the templates that we wanted to use were not very easy to implement and we needed the help of the Insider team to make them work for us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to track data and our goals in one place without needing external support. Carrying out A/B testing is also an important part of our marketing strategy. Insider offers both of these in a highly efficient, easy to use manner which can give competitors a run for their money. Our internal development team no longer has to be called upon for simple website improvements or changes, and both our development and marketing teams are now a lot more productive and efficient, thanks to Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
Not only has Insider contributed to a 23% increase in revenue, we have also been able to win back 15% of our customers who abandoned their carts on our website. Using Insider’s app suite, we have seen a 20% increase in the number of active users on our app. We would also like to give special mention to the amazingly automated, easy to use push notifications feature. Using Insider, we were able to create and send 1.2x more push notifications compared to our previous vendor.
On the whole, the products from Insider have worked impressively for us. We must also give due credit to the very supportive customer success team that has been present for us throughout our usage of Insider. Their business review meetings proved very useful for us, and the insights and recommendations from the team helped us make some good business decisions that have paid off well for us.

What do you dislike about the product?
One of the features - retargeting audience on Facebook, has not been working for us as they are dependent on a third party. The issue, however, has been raised with Facebook and we’re waiting for a response from them. But with Insider, itself, there’s nothing to dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We sell a lot of products and there are pretty long journeys for our customers for all of these. We were looking for a solution that would help us understand customer behavior at different points in their journey and different levels of the funnel they are in. We also wanted to optimize our automated marketing capabilities, and achieve incremental revenue from the same. Another focus area of ours was to increase the number of active users on our app. Using Insider was beneficial for us and helped us achieve our goals for all these issues. With advanced Insider analytics, we analyzed as many as 19 different funnel behaviors which heavily upgraded our marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
The team is quite proactive and strong in terms of giving feedback, responding to our questions and resolving issues. Also, we like variability of tools within one platform, easy-to-use editor and user-friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is good that Insider takes NPS/feedback seriously and implements it though some implementations are long executed like panel UX/UI improvements since I am an active panel user it is very important for me. InStory is a very nice feature/tool but is still being worked on.
