Insider is a firebrand marketing platform that always delivers

What do you like best about the product?
Choosing Insider for our marketing needs was one of the best decisions we’ve made as a business. They have redefined what it means to be able to cater to customers in a way that they like. With Insider, we are able to approach our users with a more personal touch instead of being all business-like with no humane element.
Personalizing our mobile app using Insider has resulted in increase in conversions, with our users feeling like we get their needs better. We are even able to send hyper-personalized email campaigns which have achieved great open rates that are above the industry average.
What do you dislike about the product?
The turnaround time for support, once in a while, takes longer than we expect.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to send personalized communication and campaigns across different channels. With Insider, this has become very easy and simple to carry out from one source platform. We are able to see data from these channels too, in one place, and this helps us understand the performance of our campaigns much better. We have achieved improvement in conversions and engagement since we started using Insider.

What do you like best about the product?
One thing we love the most about using Insider is how many data points we are able to track and measure. The platforms enable personalization to the smallest element on our website, and any good business would want to track every move to see what changes it brings to revenue and growth. Insider makes this completely possible with it’s advanced data analytics that helps us track every personalized change to see its impact on our business. The measurability offered by Insider is immensely valuable and helps us make informed decisions for our marketing strategy, month-on-month.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see improved data visualization, even though what the platform currently has is still far better than what’s available in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have realized the power of personalization and our goal was to bring a personalized experience for our customers with every click. Insider has a host of templates and features that enable us to do this, and with tracking for all that we do, it has been a data-based marketer’s pleasure to use Insider. We enjoy being able to know what works and what doesn’t work so well that we can make precise decisions that are guaranteed to work, based on data that’s reliable.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer is king, they say, and with Insider, we are able to show our customers that they are, indeed, the king! With a wide range of personalization features and AI-led recommendations unique to each customer, Insider has empowered our business to treat our customers to the most enjoyable, rewarding customer experiences. These experiences have translated to higher conversions, increase in AOV, and ultimately, good ROI. It is also worthy to note that Insider’s customer success team doesn’t just have product knowledge, but a deep understanding of our business and the industry we are in, so they are able to suggest some impactful uses of the many features on Insider. With their help, we are able to get the maximum out of the platform.

Awesome 30% CR boost using Insider's omnichannel marketing automation

What do you like best about the product?
We believe that Insider's offers way more capabilities than any other marketing automation, cross-channel journey orchestration, and personalization solution. We haven’t found any other platform which allows us to seamlessly integrate onsite and offsite experiences and siloed data to provide us with a single and unified view of each user to understand their behavior across different devices, channels and touchpoints. Insider's Customer Data Platform (CDP) is also the best in the business as it is able to capture siloed user data from these different channels and bring them to one central location for us to draw insights and act on it to create engaging personalized cross-channel experiences. When using Insider, another important feature that played a key role for us was dynamic segmentation between our users from different countries. This may seem like a pretty simple concept, but it was something that no other vendor previously offered us. We are very impressed by the effectiveness of the various tools on Insider. For example, the side discount coupon tool increased our conversion rate by 30% while the cart reminder feature increased our conversion rate by 20%. What’s more, A/B testing enabled us to test different elements and campaigns and activate the best performing ones to further improve our conversion rate. Not just these, Insider's Account Management team is extremely supportive in helping us activate campaigns, and also addressing any challenges that pop up. Not just that, they lend their expertise by suggesting campaigns we can run at particular times of the year based on the market trends to boost our engagement game. Insider is a must-have for every marketing team looking to personalize customer experiences across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
The product’s performance could be improved in terms of the speed. Sometimes it takes a while to upload a campaign. We hope this will be improved in the near future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to build cross-channel journeys which are consistent in the experience we offer our users. Insider has made this possible, and how easily too! We really enjoy using the platform to visualize and create both complex and rather simple cross-channel journeys, complete with detailed personalized elements and data-backed choices made possible by the platform. Not just that, we are engaging users on the correct channel at the right time with the right message and this has helped us improve all key marketing metrics.

Our conversion rate has increased significantly across different campaigns, and we are extremely satisfied with the results we have achieved. This has also had a positive impact on our ROI and we're delighted with our decision to use Insider's products to amp up our customer experience.

What do you like best about the product?
We wanted to dive deep into growth possibilities by offering highly personalized recommendations on each page for our users. With Insider’s flexible Smart Recommender, we are able to place these recommendations in different ways according to different page layouts, and target users with the most relevant products related to their queries. Through these recommendations, we achieved a 7-8% uplift in CR. We look forward to the CRM integration with Insider and 91APP in the near future to achieve even more accurate onsite recommendation and use case. We also used the hello bar to alert users of important updates, delivery information, and more. Even this resulted in an increase in CR and AOV. We also really appreciated the pop up message that triggered at the checkout page that helped us increase LINE account users significantly. The Customer Support provided by Insider's Account Management team was also really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
We struggled a little bit with the Insider's panel at first with its comprehensive functions. Insider provided instruction videos instead of written articles/ instructions that we did not find too helpful. Customized features also took some time to communicate and discuss with the customer success team. So it took us some time to get a hang of some of the products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to simply offer deep personalized experiences to our users in the best way we could. Insider’s Smart Recommender made it unbelievably easy for us to do so. In a matter of a few clicks, we are able to set up highly relevant and intelligent recommendations on any page, anywhere we want. There is never a doubt about the relevance of these recommendations, and we have gotten good results, with a 10% increase in conversions and a boost in AOV because of these.

Data - having product recomendations where we can try different logics and base them on our users pattern of behaviour on site is huge!

Quite a few campaigns we have had to raise a support ticket to achieve certain functionalities/styles.

Again giving quantifiable data for anything that we add to our site through the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The kind of deep and rich customer segmentation we want to have can often make activities such as reporting and personalizing content a cumbersome task. However, Insider’s web personalization tool and the Smart Recommender is extremely user-friendly, simplifies mundane tasks like reporting, and enables you to effectively personalize your marketing and promotions.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are really happy with Insider’s tools and the results, however, a few more template options would be good to have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customer segment is diverse and we want to personalize the shopping experience of each of these segments. We come up with new deals and promotions on a daily basis, so we were looking for a tool that can automate and effectively promote these daily deals and promotions to benefit customers. Insider was the perfect platform for us. Even after a short time, we were able to easily and effectively communicate our daily promotions to our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
We can easily communicate with the Insider team on all issues. When there is a new feature we want to implement on our website, we first contact the Insider. This feature is usually seen by someone on the Insider side and implemented. In this way, as a team, we can focus on developing this feature, not adding it to the website. In addition, they provide quick turnaround in customizing the features we add to our website according to our brand.
At the beginning of the working process with Insider, the integration processes progress very quickly. The availability and detailed documentation of all integrations and the availability of self-service control tools are major factors in this regard.
In the continuation of the process, we observe the results of the studies carried out together with the regular meetings we hold and plan the next steps together.
What do you dislike about the product?
The mentioned situation is not disliked about Insider, but it is a point that business units should pay attention to. Any Insider tool should be carefully checked before going live on the site. There may be incompatibility problems with the current user experience and design of the website, but when this happens, they provide support quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Insider, we can integrate many commercially important features into our website very quickly, which I can activate in a much longer time with the method used normally.
In addition, with the technologies running in the background of the added tools, many processes work with customer data, not manual decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers some very creative features that are a delight to use, one of which is the personalized gamified experiences on the website. We set up a campaign to “Find the Puma Cat” during Singles' Day Campaign.

We love being able to combine multiple individual templates to create a single campaign, with flexible customization options available. These gamified templates have been phenomenal in improving our customer engagement across our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing we didn’t like about the gamification campaigns using Insider was the amount of time it took for us to set up one campaign and the file limit of only 500kb allowed.

It is not very flexible in customizing visuals as I'm required to copy and paste image URLs and adjustments from HTML and CSS, especially when I need to prepare the campaign in Desktop and Mobile for multiple countries. It will take longer if I ask the team to adjust it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem we aimed to solve was of customer engagement. Being a brand that really thrives on community engagement, we wanted to enable that experience on our website and make our visitors feel closer to us. With Insider’s creative gamified templates, we have successfully increased engagement by a large percentage as the shoppers are spending longer time on the website. We are eager to see this increased engagement result in improved sales as well in the future.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall personalization that İnsider offers.
I believe that platform allows us to make a lot of new personalised activities on site however the infrastructure and technical capabilities limits us a lot at the moment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Techinal problems and issues that lacks us to do more.

To create a better experience for our customers. However we are not there yet.
