In 12 months using Insider it has become the backbone of our CRM strategy
What do you like best about the product?
The Architect tool stands out to us. We've seen strong growth in our automation metrics since adopting it. It helps ensure we're engaging the right users at the right time through the right channels. Compared to other platforms, Insider is intuitive, and how far you go with it really depends on how deep you're willing to dive. Also worth mentioning: their customer support and success teams are attentive and proactive in handling requests. We have been pushing each other to really take our businesses to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform performs well overall, there are areas that could be refined. The analytics module could be more robust, especially for teams looking for deeper custom insights. We’ve also noticed occasional slowdowns when handling very large contact lists or product catalogs. That said, these are areas where continuous improvement is expected, and Insider was always receptive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us evolve in how we segment and activate our database. We're now able to communicate more effectively across different customer profiles and deliver more relevant experiences through personalized messaging and product recommendations. Their Smart Recommender and personalization tools have contributed to more meaningful interactions and stronger engagement across key channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Email automation streamlined our customer communications and Kakao integration enabled us to reach our customers on their preferred platforms. The ongoing support from Insider’s team is much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was lengthy due to offline data integration, but the dedicated support from Insider ensured we got through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to combine customer attribute data and event data to deliver better offers and marketing messages to people who are likely to buy. Insider helps us deliver consistent messages to customers in both inbound and outbound channels.

The tool is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. It has many features and customization possibilities.

I haven't found any negative points in the tool yet. It is serving us very well!

Messaging automation, diversity of templates and message personalization, and integrated AI. It greatly facilitates my day-to-day work by being responsible for the communication with all the company's patients.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider’s app suite and crosschannel journey orchestrator, architect and we are very happy. The feature developments are fast and helpful. In app templates got us a 7% conversion rate which was impressive and unexpected. The behavioral analytics help us understand our campaigns, customers and their interation better.

In app templates need to have more capabilities like carousel format

We faced some onboarding issues with App SDK initially, but the customer success team resolved them very quickly.

We needed a tool or solution that could help us personalize our interactions with the customers and drive conversions. With the help of Insider, we were able to refine our targeting and launched personalized App Push notifications that resonated with our audience.

Insider’s Architect is driving great results for us by creating omnichannel customer journeys. It optimizes messaging strategy and decides on the best channel option for each user to engage. Our customer communication has improved significantly.

With so many functionalities, sometimes we find it difficult to optimize campaigns.

A comprehensive tool for marketing personalization and automation
What do you like best about the product?
Insider offers highly advanced personalization capabilities across websites as well as channels like email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp. I especially appreciate the intuitive interface, the ease of building customer journey scenarios, and the ready-made integrations with other marketing tools. The platform enables fast testing and deployment of campaigns, which significantly accelerates the optimization process of marketing activities. Customer support is also excellent — they are always responsive and helpful in resolving any issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the platform could use some improvements in certain areas. When managing a larger number of scenarios or campaigns , navigating the interface becomes less convenient — it’s difficult to quickly find a specific journey, and there’s a lack of advanced filters, sorting options, or clearer navigation. Sometimes, selecting certain options (like when creating segments or rules) requires too many steps or isn’t fully intuitive. Given how feature-rich the platform is, a smoother and more user-friendly UX would significantly improve the daily workflow.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s responsive templates make activation effortless, allowing us to design a single onsite scenario across all platforms. The recommendation carousel is easy to customize, helping us boost specific products, and the intuitive interface simplifies campaign management.

For custom designs not available as templates, we need support from Insider’s Help Center, which can slow down execution.

I appreciate how easy the tool is to use and how it significantly simplifies daily work, driving substantial business results. It is a highly effective tool for customer communication with our brand.

I believe there are some improvements to be made, but nothing that critically impacts daily work. Just a few enhancements related to segmentation methods and result reports.

Our top priority was improving our app experience, and Insider was a game changer! Features like App Push, Recommendation, and Personalisation were useful in creating engaging campaigns and driving repeat visits. Because of the app's intuitive design, We were also able to stay one step ahead of what our customers were anticipating.
