Insider’s smooth integration tools helped uplift our CR by 12.5%

What do you like best about the product?
We recently signed up Insider and have been using many of their tools for improving our outreach, customer engagement and conversions. The tools that we have utilized include Architect, InStory, Web Push, MobileApp, and Recommender. Designing brilliant cutting edge tools is one thing, but what truly makes the difference between a good and an excellent service provider is the team's implementation and support capabilities.

We were amazed with how the entire integration of tools and onboarding of our team was carried out by the Insider team. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better product and growth partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
As there were so many tools we were kind of confused with the functionality and benefits each tool brings to the table. However, thanks to the Insider team who made integration and understanding of the products so simple.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult for our web and mobile app visitors to easily discover the products they had been looking for as we have a wide assortment of products. But the way Insider understood our pain points and integrated the tools, it all became easy. Insider’s deep segmentation capabilities helped us segment our customers and identify what offers or deals excited them, products they liked, and the price point they preferred.

Using the recommender and InStory we were able to customize what appeared on their screen when they logged into the app or our web store. Product discovery became easy for them and we ofcourse saw a significant increase in our conversions and subsequent sales.

Insider: Seasoned ‘Growth Management’ Product and Support team

What do you like best about the product?
A good product or service is of no use if one can’t utilize it in the best way possible. That’s where the Insider team made the difference. Not only do they have the most advanced AI backed promotional tools, their growth consultants have the knowledge and acumen to suggest the right tools to address your pain points. For instance, we have a large customer base and not everybody has access to smartphones. Reaching out to those customers was a challenge.The growth consultants at Insider suggested using Architect – a journey orchestration tool which helps send triggers on all communication channels (Email, app, SMS, web push, notifications) across all touchpoints. This one product on top of the other tools that we were already using transformed the way we communicated with our huge customer base. That’s not all, the support team held us at every juncture we kind of felt stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider tools have a certain level of complexity, they are easy to use but getting a grasp on them for a first-timer can be tricky. But the support team made sure that we got over these initial hiccups without any challenge. We were able to master using and understanding the tools in no time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn’t have a way to communicate the same message across different channels, which meant reaching out to the customer where they were was a challenge. A person for instance may be active on the web or WhatsApp at one point in time but not on email or Mobile App. This meant they missed out that special discount email or notification for the items lying in their cart that we sent.Architect helped us adopt an omnichannel messaging approach and we can’t thank the Insider Growth Management team enough for recommending this tool to us. We would also like to give a special mention to the support team that helped us get a thorough understanding of each of the tools and how to utilize them to our advantage fully.

Revenue is all time high, thanks to Insider personalization capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
Having a wide range of products and categories, it wasn’t easy for us to introduce our customers to new products as most of them generally come with a particular product on their mind they want to buy. That’s when we came across Insider’s Social Proof feature which allowed them to view how many other customers have purchased the product they were looking to buy.
It also enabled them to see the number of people viewing the same product in real-time. Implementing this solution we were able to inculcate trust in our customers, which led to a massive hike in our revenue. Really impressed with the fact that the integration process was quite easy and fast.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could’ve been better if the panel could offer localized language support. Other than that, we have found it to be very useful and rich in functionalities. Great team, amazing tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’re an ecom company and it’s because of Insider that we have achieved so much and that too in such a short span of time. We are able to not only meet the expectations of our customers but surpass them and it wouldn't have been possible without Insider.

Insider’s products uplifted our CR by 30%

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us track each visitor’s purchasing habits, interactions with the brand, and their likelihood to convert and use that information to create 1:1 experiences for each visitor. As we wanted to improve the experience for our app users as well, we used their ready-to-use in-app templates. These templates made our mobile application look more appealing to them and enabled us to personalize content and product recommendations based on specific needs and interests of each unique user. In a short span of time, we were able to boost our app retention rates and uplift conversions by 30%. As we had a large set of customer databases, we needed a solution that could enable us to send personalized emails to our inactive users and encourage them to visit our website and app. Glad that Insider’s email and SMS did a wonderful job and we were able to reach out to create different segments for existing, churned, and potential customers in no time using AI and reach out to them with appropriate messaging.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment. The platform really surpassed our expectations and helped us achieve more than we anticipated. We’re really impressed with the Insider products as well as their support team and we’d love to continue this partnership in the future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Earlier, we were struggling to gain understanding of each website and app user and because of this it was a challenge for us to create personalized experiences. When Insider came into the picture, everything seemed so easy. Leveraging their products and expertise of their team, we were able to create individualized experiences, widen our audience reach, bring back churned users, and delight our existing customers. Overall, the results have been amazing. High CR, high engagement, high retention, and app/web personalization are some of the achievements we’ve been able to make after parting with Insider. Would love to use their other products and recommend this platform to others as well.

Insider has one of the best self-help knowledge base

What do you like best about the product?
We have been using the entire Insider suite for a while now. They not only have a brilliant product for various marketing and promotional initiatives, but they also have a great customer support and growth management team.

But there’s more – the self-help knowledge base that Insider has created is something else, it’s a class apart. There is in detail step-by-step documentation, detailed how-to videos, and a demo hub available for each tool for easy reference. The customer support team is always ready to help but we are able to address any query around using any of the tools with the self-help knowledge base 95% of the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider has a wide array of tools and so it is natural that the knowledge base is huge. Initially finding the right resource was a challenge, but the Insider team soon added the search functionality and finding the right resource for the issue was easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our marketing team was spending a lot of time manually drafting push triggers and emails which was both cumbersome and unproductive. By using Insider’s email, web push. Mobile app we were able to automate the process. Their ready to use templates were easy to use and integrate and enabled our marketing teams to design captivating emails and notifications without any design and IT team support. Insider helped automate campaigns, save time, increase customer engagement, and get higher conversions.

Best tool for marketers to boost conversions

What do you like best about the product?
Re-engaging customers was one the most critical aspects for our ecommerce business as it’s a key to improving retention rates. We also noticed that we had a number of first-time visitors who were through our website but churning without leaving their contact details. Because of this, it was a challenge for us to create an efficient and personalized cross-channel strategy.

After understanding our problem, the strategic account management team at Insider suggested we opt for their cross-channel journey orchestration tool, Architect, to build unique customer journeys for individual customers and target them across different channels such as web push, emails, WhatsApp, mobile push, etc.

Happy to share that with this tool, we were able to personalize customer journeys for different customer lifecycle stages including welcome, browse abandonment, and cart abandonment. With such retargeting campaigns, our CR uplifted by 30% and that too in just 3 months of our partnership with Insider.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely took us some time to understand the features and capabilities of Insider’s Architect tool but from the first month itself, we saw some major improvements in our business’ key numbers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mapping customers’ journey for every individual customer was a challenge for us. As we were unable to craft personalized experiences for customers, our churn rates were high and conversions were too low. For this reason, it was critical for us to gain a 360-degree view of each customer so as to personalize the communication and recommendations for them.

We also needed to identify whether they’re dropping off while viewing the product, after adding products to their cart, etc. Using Insider’s customer journey builder tool, we were able create better customer journeys based on each users’ unique behavior and communicate with them with more personalized messaging on the right channel in order to reengage with them and convert them into paying customers.

Really happy to see significant uplift in our conversion rates and decrease in dropoffs after partnering with Insider.

Massive increase in website traffic, AOV, and CR

What do you like best about the product?
Despite having a large number of website visitors, we were able to convert only a few of them. And for converted visitors, the average order value wasn’t very high. With the suggestion of Insider’s growth consultants, we implemented their Social Proof on our website to show the number of visitors viewed, purchased, or reviewed the product they’re interested in.
This implementation made them feel more comfortable in buying the product and helped us increase AOV, and gross profit margin.

We also used their Customer Data Platform to enrich our tech stack and target our prospects in a more precise manner.
Also, since our potential customers were using multiple channels, with Insider’s recommendation, we used their Architect tool to optimize journeys for every visitor and communicate with them on their preferred channel. This way, we were able to engage them across different touchpoints, resulting in high conversion rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s hardly anything we disliked about Insider. Since they have a wide range of products, understanding each of them took a little bit longer, however, their team provided us with exceptional support and training. The solutions are amazing and drive results faster.

Insider helped us in many ways. Using its various products, we:
- Collected volumes of customer data from different sources and channels.

Cart abandonment reduced by 30%

What do you like best about the product?
Among all the tools that we used, the best one in our opinion is the Web Push. Earlier our customers added products to the cart but very few completed their purchase, as a result the cart abandonment rates were quite high which honestly was a bummer and demotivating. Using the Web Push, Email, and SMS tools by Insider we were able to send out the notifications with special offers bang on time which pushed them to complete their purchase.

The web push in particular was instrumental in getting more sales closures as the web push was sent while the customers were still on the website browsing other products. The push was a reminder in a subtle non-intrusive way prompting them to finish their purchase.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are very happy with the results we achieved and the support we got, nothing to complain about. Would highly recommend Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cart abandonment rates were alarmingly high which was very disappointing to say the least. The Insider suite of tools (Web push, email, SMS) were instrumental in reducing our cart abandonment rates by 30% and significantly uplifting our sales. Not only did Insider help us increase our sales but also made sure we have a happy and motivated team.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about working with Insider is the huge variety of campaigns we can activate, there are so many possibilities. As well as launching multiple campaigns, we can run A/B tests, optimize user experiences, and much more

The regular calls we have with our dedicated customer success manager play a huge role in making this a great partnership. These interactions give us an opportunity to discuss our goals and fine-tune our strategies to get the best outcomes. The team is always super happy to help and give ideas and advice on getting the most out of the platform.

My advice for any potential Insider user is don't be afraid to ask for training from Insider’s team. Always reach out to the technical support team, they are very willing to help. Be precise about what you're looking to achieve and rest assured that Insider’s team have the expertise and experience to make it happen!
What do you dislike about the product?
The templates are brilliant and so easy to implement, but there’s sometimes a long wait time for custom developments.

It would have been useful to have more training workshops earlier in the onboarding process. The team have been so helpful in showing me things so I can work on the platform independently, I just wish I’d had that sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Insider platform is an essential tool for driving engagement and onsite conversions. Its 1:1 personalized product recommendations aid product discovery and vastly increase average order value.

Its A/B testing capabilities allow us to build better user experiences and maximize the performance of every element on the site. The easy-to-use templates, such as countdown timers and social proofing, help us create urgency amongst customers and speed up the path to purchase.

Simple personalization campaigns can make a big impact.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider helped us in implementing several A/B tests on our website and booking engine simultaneously to enhance the conversion rate and user engagement by personalizing the website user experience, upsell the ancillaries, drive engagement with Loyalty Program, and drive conversions.

Their Architect tool is helpful in building automated customer journeys while using custom events & parameters, customer attributes, and their search history.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would like to see product features and enhancements focused to airline vertical and know about successful use cases other airlines have employed using the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us implement a culture of continuous A/B testing in the E-Business divison and implement several marketing auomation journeys aimed towards enhancing pre- and post-flight user experience, engage loyal members and keep customers from churning out.
