Great experience with the Tool and the Team
What do you like best about the product?
The Tool is great and intuitive! We have many possibilities of segmentation, different templates for each KPI and the team that we are working is very proactive to help us with our questions, campaigns and tool trainings.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes we get errors on the campaigns even when the test links works
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use insider to create templates that are not ready in Samsung Platform and segment it according to user behaviour. We were able o increase conversion rate including new templates on the platform.
Insider’s tools made user management really really easy for us
What do you like best about the product?
We were skeptical about Insider's tool performance when we first implemented it. But all our doubts were gone within the first few weeks of the integration. We purchased their various tools from Insider, like Architect, customer data platform, SMS, Email, and WhatsApp, each one solving specific business problems for us. The standout was the UCD, which automatically pulled customer data from everywhere and simplified our user management. Also, features like Insider's individual WhatsApp messages and triggered messages helped us make personalized campaigns that guided our customers through their shopping experience. This led to lowering our cost to get new customers and boosting our online sales

The product's qualities and the success of our campaigns have given us a good return on investment. We are delighted to work with Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our campaigns needed to deliver a stronger influence on our customers, and it was throwing off our marketing budget. The team at Insider suggested we try using their WhatsApp tool. It quickly became our best tool for getting a high return on investment in a short amount of time. Its popularity and Insider's ability to target and personalize messages turned it into a powerful tool for us. We also loved how Insider's Email tool let us turn a simple email into something more persuasive by adding fun, interactive features like timers, coupons, and recommendations, all with simple drag-and-drop actions. Also, the option to send both bulk and individual SMS messages helped us spread information and reach specific audiences as needed. Overall, we're very happy with how everything is working.

What do you like best about the product?
Before we began using Insider's tools, our website and app had low engagement, and giving each visitor a personalized experience was a distant dream. We needed help determining what was going wrong or where people lost interest. Insider's growth managers suggested using their Web Suite, Architect, and Customer Data Platform tools, and things turned around.
Using Architect's dynamic traffic allocation, we can automatically assign traffic based on channel engagement and performance. Now, we can reach our users through channels like Web push, WhatsApp, SMS, and email at the right moment in their buying journey. This change has greatly improved our growth in subscribers and increased our sales, and we don't think there's another platform out there that could have done it as smoothly as Insider did.

As mentioned, we were dealing with a low engagement issue and tried many tools, but we needed an innovative approach. Here we would like to take a minute and praise the Insider's support team. These guys are incredibly polite and patient no matter what's the issue. Following their advice, we used their web tools to improve the look of our website. Also, we used their dynamic category optimizer to make category search seamless for our potential customers.
It worked like a charm! The CDP tool helped us gather information about our customers (from both online and offline sources) and improved our data collection. Working with Insider really improved our marketing campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Prior to using Insider’s GMP, we were searching for a tool that could help us reach out to our customers even when they’re not on our website. With Insider’s dynamic content based notifications, we were able to reach out to our target customers based on their browsing history, pending items in their cart, abandoned cart, and more. This technology helped us send price drop alerts to them to re-engage with them and create purchase urgency.
The implementation of this groundbreaking idea into our marketing strategy got us more conversions. To further expand our reach and encourage them to visit our website and check out our product and offering, we used Insider’s other channels including Email and SMS that also helpedus get quite a few customers. We found Insider's web push technology to have been very helpful in maximizing our marketing efforts. The tool came with a frequency capping feature that helped us control how many times a notification needed to be sent to a particular user.

Very efficient and effective Team and support
What do you like best about the product?
Smart Recommenders and Architect are the best elements provided by the platform and webpush notifications

Sometimes the elements break when you copying a campaign and the fix takes to long for someting that already exists.

We are currently enjoying the smart recommender automations, hopefully theyll go live soonest.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing we liked about working with Insider is that they spent substantial time understanding the core problems our business was facing and suggested solutions and implementations that truly did wonders to our business. Their solutions enabled us to create personalised website experiences, re-engage visitors, highlight top meals for specific occasions, and improve discount code redemption with side coupons at checkout. The advanced segmentation and reporting capabilities allowed us to conduct A/B tests for specific customer segments and monitor key metrics like AOV and conversion rate in real-time. The Web Push technology's exceptional performance led to a significant 25% increase in CVR. With the help desk technical team, we continuously analysed and optimised campaign settings to achieve our goals, such as increasing purchases and clicks.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, there’s nothing negative about the Insider platform. Pricing may seem higher, but honestly, investing in this tool is totally worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tortuga’s main purpose in engaging with Insider is to complement the gaps and missing features on the website of both brands. As it is currently, the set-up and coding of both websites are extensive and complicated, which in turn, results in a long turnaround time with limited resources on our internal Tech team. Due to the fast-paced nature of campaigns and being in the competitive Food & Beverages (F&B) industry, Insider has helped enhance and update our website features with a shorter turnaround time along with technical expertise. Insider has also helped the business stay ahead of the market by implementing features & important website communications quickly and efficiently to drive either brand awareness or sales-driven campaigns.
In addition to this, the enhanced Insider features allow us to also improve the User Interface (UI) / User Experience (UX) flow of our customers. Communication is more intuitive and user-friendly when the business is able to leverage useful Insider features such as the sidebar menu, pop-ups and engaging visuals that build up our branding while helping make our website look more appealing and instinctive.
Subsequent to all the features and technical expertise that we obtain from our partnership with Insider, it is also important that the business is able to conduct A/B tests and create customer segmentation to assess performance and obtain direct feedback on messaging effectiveness and appeal of creative designs. Utilising Insider’s dashboards help the business gain insights faster and in a high-level review format that is easy to understand and action on.

What do you like best about the product?
- A/B Testing capabilities are extremely impressive - Easy to setup and launch quickly, even faster than the development from the development team.
- We receive great support from the local Customer Success team -- They are extremely helpful in both - campaign suggestions and reporting the campaign performance.
- We successfully A/B tested the text change of the CTA button to submit online consultation - it showed a 132.89% and 71% uplift for desktop and mobile online consultation submission respectively

Insider’s platform has surprised us with how good it has been. We haven’t found anything to dislike about the platform and are pretty happy with the products and its services so far.

All solutions help us in two major fronts: Personalizations and A/B tests. This helps us create unique journeys for our users and test various layout options.

We used Insider’s mobile app tool to improve our customer retention rates. The tool works really fine, and its features are thoughtfully designed. But what impressed us most was the consistent support provided by their team. Whenever our employees encountered any challenges in comprehending the tool's deployment, the support team displayed patience and expertise in their responses.

There’s nothing to complain or dislike about the product, but we suggest that the gamified templates can be more comprehensive.

The collaboration with Insider improved our company's ROI to an impressive 180x. Revenue generation from push notification was also beyond expectations. We were facing considerable problems due to low app engagement. The personalized recommendation and usability features and customization of push layouts, these strategic categorization improved the user experience and our engagement rates.

What do you like best about the product?
As an online grocery and daily needs store we have a big product line-up. To manage the promotions well we have been using many tools from Insider like their journey orchestration tool – The Architect, Mobile App, and Email. Among all my favorites has been the Email tool. Earlier our email campaigns were not personalized and more in a mass mail format. Due to this the email open rates were poor and the entire email promotion exercise futile.
Insider’s deep segmentation and user behavior analysis capabilities coupled with their easy to use templates enabled us to launch personalized automated email campaigns that truly resonated with our audience and the templates helped us save a lot of time and effort. Our email open rates improved significantly and so did our sales.

Initially, tracking the conversion rates and understanding the workflow automation of Insider’s tools was a challenge. However, the team at Insider worked closely with us as one of our own to help us understand the tool inside-out and we were able to understand the workflows and track conversions pretty soon.

Given the fact we deal in groceries and daily needs items the product range we offer is not only diverse but it’s also huge. However, the overall engagement and conversion levels were not satisfactory. This is because product discovery from this huge product catalog was a challenge for most of our app users and website visitors. We were unable to segment our user base and send them email and notifications that would interest them.
