Good platform for managing Browser Notifications
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service team is really helpful and the platform is really easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not a lot of A/B testing possible, although I know this is coming soon.
There's sometimes some technical issues where pushes won't work as expected

Insider help us automate, track and create browser notifications for our customers, which help us boost engagement and overall sales.

What do you like best about the product?
Our website optimisation has become more efficient as Insider enables us to A/B testing new functionalities and ideas before they go into development.
The platform has also empowered our team, particularly new members to be more creative and feel confident in testing their ideas. We also have a great account manager who has been supportive from the start, building out a testing framework based on our KPIs and working through the results with the team.

What do you dislike about the product?
It would have been great to get more focused platform training at the start but the team have since set this up which has been good. Some of the templates feel more suited to more 'playful' branded sites, however it doesn't mean you can't achieve the 'premium' feel - it sometimes just requires some more editing within the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saving on development costs, encourage team creativity, bringing in a test and learn approach to the business and putting data at the heart of decision-making.

We are looking to expand our business to more channels and more scenarios this year.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email - Delivery and open rate improved to 95.4% and 20.9% respectivvely
The Bounce rate has dropped significantly and is just 0.4%

Great tool! Great service!
What do you like best about the product?
Besides the platform being complete, being a full CDP with many features that allow me to communicate very effectively and assertively with my digital clients, the service from Insider is very good. I have a Key Account that frequently discusses strategies with my team to use the solution to its fullest and in all ways. The platform effectively provides me with consumption reports and I can have visibility of the project's progress. The integration and implementation were easy and within a few days my team was already using it. We use it every day and we are very happy. Carolina Sant'Anna Dias and Gabriela Gois attend to me and my team very well and the positive results we are having are due to their excellent work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't effectively find bad points.

Today I can have a complete visibility of my customers' journey, effectively understanding where they navigate, and thus I can make personalized and customized offers, increasing my conversion rate.

The CSM help us a lot in how we can elevate Insider usage to improve our customer journey. Fast response, understand the product and no judgement.

A bit of hiccup for onboarding process make it slow and dissatisfying.

Best in market technology and support
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very powerful and easy to use. It unifies the customer profile across our 8 websites and channels and allows us to easily build intelligent targeted campaigns at scale. The support and account management provided by the team is second to none and a market leader. The whole Insider team are invested in our business and it's goals and outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks with the platform that require mastery which can be done with training or walkthroughs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us solve the siloed data piece where we were using multiple platforms and pushing data around and our execution at scale and speed was suffering because of the extra friction involved particularly in a lean team.

The functionalities are excellent, and being able to use Insider not just for A/B testing but also for running promotions is a major advantage.

Sometime to get a campaign create and build on time can be a challenge

The Insider team is highly accessible for questions, issues, or challenges. The weekly meeting ensures that we stay focused on our goals and use the tool as efficiently as possible.
They take our needs very seriously, and it’s great to see that their roadmap is largely driven by the needs of their customers — including us.

What do you dislike about the product?
Our tech stack caused more issues than expected when implementing Insider’s tool. As a result, the onboarding timeline was presented too optimistically. We should have prepared better in advance to manage internal expectations more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us shift from email marketing to multichannel marketing, with our mobile app as the foundation. The tool enables us to segment better and faster, allowing us to be more relevant — resulting in greater reach and higher conversions. The ‘journey’ feature in particular empowers our small team of four marketers to make a big impact.

What do you like best about the product?
At Fitatu, we’ve been working with Insider for nearly two years now, and it’s been a valuable part of how we communicate with our users. What we’ve appreciated most is how flexible and thoughtful the platform is — it adapts to how we want to work, not the other way around. The team behind it has also been great at supporting us when we’ve wanted to experiment or go beyond the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex at first, especially when setting up more custom scenarios or experimenting with new use cases. Fortunately, the support team has always been helpful in guiding us through these situations.

We use Insider primarily for in-app and push notification campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation, which helps us improve user engagement and retention in the app. It also allows us to set up automated journeys that support onboarding, bring back inactive users, and run seasonal or promotional campaigns in a smooth and non-intrusive way.
