What do you like best about the product?
Insider's proactive approach and innovative solutions truly stand out. Their team is highly responsive and collaborative, making it easy to align on goals and drive measurable results. We especially appreciate their commitment to continuous improvement and customer-centric mindset.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our overall experience has been very positive, at times there can be minor delays in implementing new features or customizations. However, the team is always open to feedback and works diligently to address any concerns quickly, which we really value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider is helping us enhance our customer communication on WhatsApp by offering an integrated solution that includes API access, an intuitive management panel, and a smart chatbot. This setup allows us to automate responses to common queries, provide 24/7 support, and deliver personalized experiences at scale. As a result, we've seen increased efficiency, faster response times, and higher customer satisfaction.

Insider has many products so that we can not decide which solution should we use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to use, with a very intuitive dashboard that helps a lot in daily activities. The processes are straightforward, without unnecessary steps. The layout is simple and easy to understand, which makes everything more practical.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some documentation of more technical processes does not reflect the actual steps, which can cause confusion. Many of these processes are more complex than they appear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has been very helpful in improving the way we communicate with customers. With the segmentation and automation of campaigns, we are able to better personalize messages, engage the audience more, and achieve more consistent results in marketing actions.

What do you like best about the product?
What enchants me the most is the autonomy to create campaigns and strategies with freedom and ease. Additionally, I greatly value the organization of events and the support provided — especially by Saulo, Raquel, and Felipe Pastro, who are always ready to help with attention and competence.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenge I face on the platform is with technical integration, especially due to the delay in resolving these issues and in the response to support tickets. The platform's metric reports in general could also be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ease of communicating and conversing with the user through communication channels like WhatsApp and especially the conversion. Also, the organization of customer information within the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
The products we are using - Web Suite, Architect, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Web push - have helped us increase our business and revenue.

The products are easy to use. Everything is integrated into a single platform and we are able to manage all campaigns across different channels effectively, without them overlapping and interrupting each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas for improvement in the native integration with Shopify to bring more granular data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personalized customer experience and automated activation at different touchpoints for both brands - Básico.com and Basicamente.com. Process automation. Personalized customer experience. Creation of multichannel journeys.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, I like how things seem simple and interactive. It has a good amount of features that work in real-time with the data. Regarding data organization, it also meets expectations, in addition to having good support teams for features and bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Historical data can be a problem, requires a development team to integrate, requires a very good team in data structuring to organize the data within the tool.

1. We love the capabilities of the architect tool, it connected app push journeys seamlessly for a consistent customer experience.
2. We could create tailored landing pages and recommendations dynamically using the AI-Powered personalization feature of App Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, coordinating multi-touch point app push was rigorous in the beginning, but after optimization, it was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers interacted with us on multiple channels, but their experiences were disconnected. With Insider’s help, we were able to build fluid cross-channel journeys by integrating Architect, App Push Customers now receive targeted messages and personalized web content that aligns with their recent interactions. This resulted in stronger engagement and improved conversion rates.
