What do you like best about the product?
- Panel is easy to use.
- Email campaign and strategy driven by data and based on several segments.
- Insider's customisation suit simplified mapping intricate client journeys.

- Complex journeys can be long to implement in Architect.
- A few unfortunate bugs were quite long to identify and solve.

A solid all rounder campaign automation tool

What do you like best about the product?
We integrated insider in our CRM environment primarily to help us decrease the cost of our SMS campaigns. We discovered an easy to use every day tool with a welcoming team and a reactive support and CSM took on themselves the development to integrate insider in our very specific technologic environment and provided quick support for campaigns and questions. Response time and availability of the support team are exemplary among the other providers that we workd with in the CRM field. As of today our campaigns run smoothly and we are considering onboarding more insider features in our stack to use it as our main customer activation platform because of the wide number of channels actionnable and advanced predictive AI technology.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we were onboarded, there were no SMS specific rules on hardbounce, softbounce and spam error codes to automatically exclude contacts. The rules were added quickly following our need as the team is very reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Decreasing the cost of SMS and increasing the ROI

What do you like best about the product?
For the purpose of simultaneously creating campaigns on several channels, Architect offers a cross-channel personalisation option.
A lot of time can be saved by the automated Web Push notifications feature.
We can target clients based on their interests thanks to Insider's segmentation features in the Web Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
Getting a hang of all features can be overwhelming but the Insider support team makes it a smooth sail.

Increased personalised experience for the customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Push notifications can be handled effortlessly with the help of the mobile app.
Architect is an excellent tool for cross-channel navigation.
With these Architect and Mobile app, reporting is more easier than it was before.
What do you dislike about the product?
We appreciate the features of the platform, but because financial data is sensitive and there are compliance concerns, we don't use it as much in-app. We could be able to better serve our users in accordance with applicable policies if we investigate external channels.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Mobile App had shot up our customer engagement
18k people signed up as a result of insurance awareness efforts, while 15k users signed up as a result of credit card and loan on card offer campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider's mobile app suite including app push notifications helps us re-engage users who have dropped off and bring them back into the app. The pre-built templates make it easy to set up targeted campaigns.

Their Email product has improved our email deliverability and open rates. The drag-and-drop editor makes creating engaging email campaigns effortless. We love our relationship with the Insider team. They have provided great support in getting us set up and seeing results.
What do you dislike about the product?
A combined pricing model for WhatsApp, Email and SMS would have been nice to optimize our budget across channels. But the individual products provide great value to compensate this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to increase engagement and revenue from our mobile app. With Insider's app suite we have increased app push reachable by 20% and re-engaged dropoff users.
We also fixed our email domain reputation issues and have increased email open rates by 7%. This has led to higher conversions.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is very intuitive and easy to use. It has many features that allow you to fully develop your marketing strategy. Customer support is fast and efficient. It integrates easily with standard platforms.

The system rules are more oriented towards standard systems, but for more complex businesses, integration takes more time.

Customer success team that’s super helpful always
We particularly wanted to focus on running promotions to drive higher conversions and retain our users on our web and app. We were able to do this with Insider’s products and this helped us achieve a 21X ROI over the past half year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since there’s no one place to track all our campaigns and it’s results, analyzing the overall impact of the partnership became a bit difficult.

What do you like best about the product?
We are able to utilize all of our existing user data and segments through a native integration between Insider and Mixpanel. This has made the process of targeting the right user on the right channel with Insider communications seamless and effortless.

Favorite product - Architect for cross-channel personalization messaging through journey automations.
What do you dislike about the product?
We would have liked to get started immediately with more products and campaigns but our bandwidth issues meant we had to go step by step. We’re planning to use Insider products more over the coming months and years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We ran a campaign through Insider targeting users before their subscription end date to incentivize them to renew their subscription, this lead to an increase in customer LTV.

We engaged users through acquisition, retention, and reactivation campaigns. Increased user subscription rates and upsold existing users.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a great cross-channel engagement solution. The tool not only has powerful self features but also powers seamless collaboration with other vendors. We utilize the Call an API function within Architect to connect with our pre-existing SMS vendor to send messages to users based on Insider's data and inputs. We connect this to other channels like web push, app push, and in-app
What do you dislike about the product?
The only problem I can recollect having was with understanding the capabilities of the products we started to use initially because it’s a large product to get accustomed to immediately.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary objective was to capitalize on the influx of new users on our website and engage them effectively. By leveraging Insider's expertise, we were able to navigate the app-heavy landscape to successfully activate higher volume of users - this had a strong direct impact on revenue. Our partnership enables us to continue to innovate and acquire and retain users, giving us grounds to expand our presence into more diverse markets knowing that we’ll be able to capture the interests of our users there too by using Insider’s solutions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
One major challenge we had was maintaining growth after the return to offices post-COVID. Insider brought innovative solutions, particularly in the form of cart abandonment web pushes and web social proof techniques to help us boost sales. By leveraging Web Push notifications and onsite cart reminders using Insider's CDP, we were able to effectively drive customers down the sales funnel, with a sense of urgency while building credibility.
