Best in market technology and support

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is very powerful and easy to use. It unifies the customer profile across our 8 websites and channels and allows us to easily build intelligent targeted campaigns at scale. The support and account management provided by the team is second to none and a market leader. The whole Insider team are invested in our business and it's goals and outcomes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some quirks with the platform that require mastery which can be done with training or walkthroughs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helped us solve the siloed data piece where we were using multiple platforms and pushing data around and our execution at scale and speed was suffering because of the extra friction involved particularly in a lean team.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionalities are excellent, and being able to use Insider not just for A/B testing but also for running promotions is a major advantage.

Sometime to get a campaign create and build on time can be a challenge

Some aspects of our UX need to be challenged, and Insider gives us the tools to do just that.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider team is highly accessible for questions, issues, or challenges. The weekly meeting ensures that we stay focused on our goals and use the tool as efficiently as possible.

They take our needs very seriously, and it’s great to see that their roadmap is largely driven by the needs of their customers — including us.

Compared to our previous solution, Insider is very fast to use. Creating segments, launching campaigns, and checking performance all take just a few seconds.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our tech stack caused more issues than expected when implementing Insider’s tool. As a result, the onboarding timeline was presented too optimistically. We should have prepared better in advance to manage internal expectations more effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us shift from email marketing to multichannel marketing, with our mobile app as the foundation. The tool enables us to segment better and faster, allowing us to be more relevant — resulting in greater reach and higher conversions. The ‘journey’ feature in particular empowers our small team of four marketers to make a big impact.

some features on insider can feel quite complex at first, especially for new users. it sometimes takes extra time to understand the flow between different tools.

What do you like best about the product?
At Fitatu, we’ve been working with Insider for nearly two years now, and it’s been a valuable part of how we communicate with our users. What we’ve appreciated most is how flexible and thoughtful the platform is — it adapts to how we want to work, not the other way around. The team behind it has also been great at supporting us when we’ve wanted to experiment or go beyond the basics.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the more advanced features can feel a bit complex at first, especially when setting up more custom scenarios or experimenting with new use cases. Fortunately, the support team has always been helpful in guiding us through these situations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider primarily for in-app and push notification campaigns, audience segmentation, and marketing automation, which helps us improve user engagement and retention in the app. It also allows us to set up automated journeys that support onboarding, bring back inactive users, and run seasonal or promotional campaigns in a smooth and non-intrusive way.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Built agile and impactful campaigns with Architext and personalisation across mobile & web

What do you dislike about the product?
Analytics/reporting can be more user friendly.For example, as of now, Architect analytics only allow me to export 1 Goal and 1 Report type at one time. Would be great if there's different layers to choose when exporting reports & have them in 1 file.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Active customer retention is our top metric at TuneTalk. Our customer data is consolidated into one actionable view using CDP and also powered personalisation across the site. Though we are creating and automating cross-channel strategies that can keep our users engaged, Insider helps us to continue being cost-efficient and self-sufficient. Architect and Email tools have empowered us to operate smarter without depending on agencies.

What do you like best about the product?
Impressed with Insider's real-time segmentation capabilities. Using attributes like affinity, engagement, and actions we personalized our campaigns in comparatively less time. Using Omnichannel journey orchestration, we find customer-focused thinking.
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more Smart Recommender configurations, like badge application independence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We always prioritize customer engagement and retention. We achieved this by reaching out to customers via customized email, web push notifications, and SMS. The dynamic segmentation and smart recommender created a buzz on customers’ preferred channels. This resulted in an enhanced conversion rate on both the app and website

What do you like best about the product?
1. We like that Smart Recommender has over 14 algorithms that tailor recommendations at every stage.
2. Eureka’s predictive segmentation targeting users based on intent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Manually defining every custom attribute was a hassle. An automated process would’ve made it easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking to increase conversions through personalized recommendations on mobile category page. Smart Recommender allowed us to suggest relevant products at every touchpoint for customers, while Eureka’s AI-driven segmentation helped us hyper-target audience and send tailored offers to high-intent users. What do you like best about the product?
Insider platform makes marketing automation easy, we have launched our campaigns in the past 6 months much faster than before. We also love the fact that Insider gives.
What do you dislike about the product?
We sometimes can’t keep track of the latest updates, but the account management team always helps us leverage tools at their best.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our target was to increase subscriber growth after the holiday season. One way was to run multiple campaigns to increase subscribers. The gamified templates brought us solid subscriber growth. With Insider’s solution, our launch time was reduced to half. The top-head banner on the app helped us increase the conversion rate.
