What do you like best about the product?
"A more streamlined UI with Insider’s Mobile App made travel bookings effortless for our customers.
The DIY templates offered by Web Suite enabled us to coordinate our campaign designs across all three platforms (desktop, tablet, and mobile).
More engagement and bookings thanks to Architect's tracking and analysis of every customer interaction. "
What do you dislike about the product?
The template collection is great but does not offer industry-specific customization.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider's Web Suite simplified the web development and helped us create a very good looking and highly engaging web store front. Our mobile store front finally got an easy to use, user-friendly interface making product discovery a breeze for our customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Architect enabled us to run a cohesive campaign across channels.
The WhatsApp tool's more than fifty templates made it simple to launch new campaigns every week.
We were able to promote cross-channel communication thanks to the SMS event data function.
What do you dislike about the product?
They could make their dashboard easier to use. However, we can obtain insightful information about our initiatives with just a few clicks, which has been quite helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Email tool's drag-and-drop editor made it easier for us to include trip suggestions and coupons. Initially we were not communicating clearly or effectively. Insider's personalized emails and WhatsApp message templates improved our communication and helped get us more leads.

We are glad that Insider was our first option for a growth partner because things would not have turned out the same without their guidance and assistance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Push Notifications helped reduce the cart abandonment rate. Our ability to communicate relevant messages with clients and personalize our campaigns has been made possible by the AI-powered dynamic segmentation of Insider's SMS and WhatsApp tools. It is now feasible to roll out consistent messaging and comparable campaigns across media.

What do you like best about the product?

With web suite by Insider we were able to create filters that made if possible for customers th browse our extensive product selection and discover what thet were looking for easiliy.

What do you like best about the product?
Products - Smart recommender, Email, SMS, WhatsApp.
The products are really easy to use because it’s all integrated into a single panel. It’s interface is super easy to use and we activated 40+ Onsite campaigns in just 6 months. We are really happy both with Insider’s products and their customer service.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve had a great experience using Insider’s different products. The only blockers we faced were initially when some products took more time to integrate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We managed to engage our customers better. Showcased product recommendations powered by AI better recommendations - we used different recommendation algorithms to show different recommendation widgets.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
It's an intuitive platform and it's easy to build web pushes (its the feature that I've tested)
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there are a lot of things that it has to be improved such as duplicate web pushes, modifications in already live web pushes, etc.
