Using some features is time-taking at first. However, the support team walks you through the features step-by-step.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider assisted us in improving our client interactions through website. Our audience is broader and more engaged as a result of this diversity, which strengthens our marketing strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
We were able to bring on more new clients since we started using Insider. Using the Architect enables us to increase customer retention and timely alerts via SMS campaigns helped us acquire new customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had a lot of technical issues when we first started using the Insider tools. But once we got a hang of it, it was really easy and now we love using their products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially had an issue with communication, but SMS really powered its way through. Our campaigns are now much more relevant and engaging. Additionally, user acquisition and journey creation are made easier by the lead generating templates.
Impressed with Insider’s chatbot and AI capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
As loyal WhatsApp users, we’re using it both for commerce and support. AI is playing an important role in helping us improve the productivity and efficiency of campaigns. We’re using it for segment defintion, message creation and conversation building - and it’s extremely quick and saves a lot of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t dislike anything at the moment. We intend to start using other products more and for now, no complaints with WhatsApp.

What do you like best about the product?
Thanks to Insider, our AI-powered chatbot can complete 70% of conversations on its own, without requiring any live agents.

We haven’t encountered any troubles so far and we hope it stays the same as we use Insider more and more.

This has not only increased our confidence in AI-powered customer communications, but saved us approx 40% in costs associated with customer support, while improving response time and customer satisfaction.

Even though using the Web Suite was difficult at first, Insider's support team made it a smooth ride.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Insider, we could introduce highly customized campaigns on the relevant channels. Due to incorrect advice, our AOV was previously rather low, but that is no longer the case. With Insider, we have been able to successfully engage and convert customers.

The InStory was the showstopper and helped us engage with customer’s by showing them product recommendations and offers like stories on Instagram.

We highly recommend Insider. The only downside is the onboarding timeline.

With Insider’s InStory we were able to test various iterations of pop-ups and identify what helped get higher customer engagement and conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like Insider’s WhatsApp solutions. It helped us effectively create a two-way communication model with Insider’s WhatsApp chatbots and WhatsApp Commerce.
What do you dislike about the product?
Right now we’re using WhatsApp of Insider. I think we’ll want to start using their other products more soon.

WhatsApp Commerce helped brands complete a complete end-to-end buying experience on the most interactive channel, WhatsApp. And with the chatbots we tackled our support use cases by helping customers address their challenges.

What do you like best about the product?
We like the Personalization suite of product - Web Suite, Web Push, Mobile App, and Predictive audiences. We’ve really managed to improve our website and app browsing experiences by creating relevant and customized campaigns for users. We’ve also used their email products and our delivery, open rates have improved quite significantly. The products are really easy to use and we’ve managed to create campaigns quite effectively since.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve generally had a solid experience so far - both with the product and the support provided by the team. So no major frustrations encountered.
