We love the well-designed and easy to use email marketing templates

What do you dislike about the product?
The simplicity and ease of using Insider tools is incredible. Industry wise customization would have been a plus though.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't communicating clearly or effectively; Insider's personalized emails and WhatsApp message templates improved our communication and increased the number of leads we received. The team at Insiders recommended an omnichannel approach, and it was successful. We were able to generate more leads and improve client engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
The Insider platform is very easy to use - we can consolidate data and build segments easily and the product is easy to use to build campaigns without too much IT effort.
We had problems with our previous email vendor since it didn't offer stability and too many automation options. We get that with Insider.
We used web push for first time with Insider and are very impressed as we are able to target the right segments with personalized contents

What do you dislike about the product?
We do not have app yet and website is the main communication with users along with email - the only problem is how to deliver message to them but not at high cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Able to create automated cross-channel journey to follow users across their lifecycle - improved leads, conversions and revenue.

- Cart abandonment web push has converted successfully many users who left their cart

We've started using the messaging products recently and we're pretty satisfied. Combining it with the cross-channel journey builder solution, helps improve user engagement by targeting users on the right channels.

What do you like best about the product?
It's got lots going for it. I love Its capacity for converting leads is exceptional thanks to its personalized prospects and clients engagement inspired by inside knowledge. It's got cross-channel reach that i especially like, achieved variously via web push, email, sms among others which allow effective marketing with unbeatable success. It optimizes opportunities brilliantly, always ensuring we're a going concern.

There's actually nothing major i dislike about Insider. It works for me. I love its personalized engagement, push notifications, effective marketing, leads segmentation and conversion rates which are unlike any I've had yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
What Insider does better than the rest for me, is to surface inside knowledge prospects and customers preferences, future behaviour and opportunities. It always gives me a head start, ensures i close ahead of the rest most of the time.

Everything about Insider is great but we were doubtful about the accuracy of the revenue/purchase data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before we started using Insider our business was not doing great and subscription rates were really low. Things turned for the better with Insider and we achieved a 16% increase in subscriber growth rate over the past six months. Insider has really helped with our revenue.
