What do you like best about the product?
Insider is user-friendly with an intuitive interface that makes it easy to navigate. Its powerful personalization capabilities, driven by AI, significantly enhance customer engagement and conversion rates. The platform’s multi-channel integration, including web, mobile apps, and email, provides a seamless customer experience. Additionally, the advanced A/B testing and analytics tools offer valuable insights to refine marketing strategies, and the responsive customer support is a big plus.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is generally easy to use, but still there is a learning curve to fully leverage all features. Integration with some legacy systems can also pose challenges, requiring additional technical support. However, Insider's COM team will do everything they could to help customers. no complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider offers significant benefits by enhancing customer engagement and driving higher conversion rates through advanced personalization and segmentation. Its multi-channel integration ensures consistent and cohesive messaging across web, mobile, and email, creating a seamless customer experience. The platform's automation capabilities save time and resources by handling repetitive tasks, allowing teams to focus on strategic priorities. What do you like best about the product?
We're now exploring more of their onsite experimentation tools. While some setups can be tricky, the support team continues to be incredibly helpful. The platform is flexible and keeps improving, especially for cross-channel journeys.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features feel a bit disconnected, so a more unified experience would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has streamlined how we integrate data from multiple sources and improved our ability to launch multi-channel marketing campaigns. What do you like best about the product?
We really love all the Insider products we’re using: Web Suite, Web Push, Smart Recommender, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and Architect.
We are extremely happy with the proactive support from the Customer Success team - they help address issues we face and also help with strategic inputs and ideas.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite using so many of Insider’s products and channels, we initially encountered hurdles with app integration, which wasn’t ideal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main goal was to have an omnichannel engagement solution where we could run campaigns in different channels from a single platform. We managed to do that with Insider’s Inone platform, where we were able to create campaigns for each of these channels separately. With Architect, we built omnichannel journeys that connected email, SMS, and WhatsApp together for orchestrated messaging.

What do you like best about the product?
- Easy to use, good team to work with, seeing good results
- Visual editor for simple non technical changes
- Can duplicate a test for mobile, desktop, tablet
- Pre-built rules and segments for targeting
- Technical support team good at problem solving
- Intergrates with GA4
- Shareable draft links for stakeholder management
- Implementing simple tests does not require high levels of technical competence
What do you dislike about the product?
- Can't easily edit existing CSS or JS (note: You can add CSS and JS, just can't easily edit existing site CSS or JS).
- Out the box tests allow for cross-platform tests, but custom tests are by device type - would be good to add a cross-platform option in the future (note: You can easily duplicate a custom test for mobile, desktop, tablet so this isn't a major issue, it would just save setup time and declutter the dashboard)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider helps us better understand our on site user behaviour, so that we can better serve our users in achieving their goals.

What do you like best about the product?
"-Their do-it-yourself layouts are useful. We have used their platform to sync design for all platforms at the same time.
-No tech knowledge is required.
-Spam test is another useful feature that we liked to optimize emails."
What do you dislike about the product?
Every feature is adding value to our business. We wanted to have more creative visualizations on the dashboard to analyze the campaign in a better way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The right communication at the right time is what we were really struggling with.
We also wanted to standardize the communication. Insider’s features allowed us to automate templates and messages for all the platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
Data-backed analysis of customer behavior.
Automated alerts have been a savior for us and get instant engagement from users across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the team gives training, everything can’t be applied at the same time. We still need CSM to guide.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team wasn't able to analyse customer behaviour on app, mobile app suite made it clear for us.
Used Architect tool to gamify the experience for our customers on different channels which was a game-changer for us as it grabbed more eyeballs.

What do you like best about the product?
Managing leads, tracking customer interactions, scheduling meetings, and analyzing sales data are daily tasks that require robust and reliable tools.
Insider's lead management system is exceptionally robust. It allows me to capture, organize, and track leads effortlessly. The app integrates with various sources such as email, social media, and landing pages, automatically importing and updating lead information in real-time. The ability to assign statuses, prioritize leads, and set follow-up reminders ensures that no potential customer falls through the cracks. Additionally, the visual pipeline feature provides a clear overview of where each lead stands in the sales process, enabling me to strategize and allocate resources effectively.
In today's digital workspace, integration capabilities are crucial, and Insider excels in this area. It integrates seamlessly with a wide array of tools and platforms that I use daily, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office 365, Slack, and various CRM systems.
Insider leverages artificial intelligence to provide smart sales assistance. Features like predictive lead scoring help identify which leads are most likely to convert, allowing me to prioritize my efforts effectively. The AI also suggests optimal times to contact prospects based on previous interactions and engagement patterns. Additionally, automated email templates and personalized messaging recommendations save time and increase the effectiveness of my communications. This intelligent assistance enhances efficiency and improves the chances of closing deals successfully.
The quality of customer support provided by Insider is commendable. Whenever I have encountered issues or had questions, the support team has been responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. They offer multiple channels for assistance, including live chat, email support, and a comprehensive knowledge base with tutorials and FAQs. The prompt resolution of problems and the willingness to listen to user feedback have contributed greatly to a positive user experience.

Can't really think of any, it's such a good software. Maybe a few improvements on the on the automation workflows though.

The dashboard can be a little more user-friendly, looks complex in its current avatar. However, we can obtain insightful information about our initiatives with just a few clicks, which has been quite helpful.
