Getting used to the extensive feature set takes some time, but the customer support team makes understanding easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were struggling to retain customers. However, Insider helped us connect with them with highly personalized and relevant messaging. The Architect tracked the customer journey and gave us a deep understanding of every customer’s preference.
This data enabled us to recommend the right products using Smart Recommender and Mobile App Suite ensuring we connected with our customers on time. Insider helped us retain our customers and increase conversion.

It does more than just track customer needs and wants. In unveils target market insights, potential leads, best reach, engagement and retention possibilities. It integrates with complimentary client service and engagement tools including email, social media, and landing pages. It helps us to strategize efficiently thanks to insider knowledge. It's predictive features helps us work smarter, not harder. It scores intelligently, enabling us close better. It's got advanced analytics and reporting. Like I said, more than just an Insider!

The onboarding process for Designer Sofas For You Ltd was more complex than expected due to our bespoke website setup, which caused some initial delays. While there is a lot to learn on the platform, the support team consistently goes above and beyond to provide assistance and make things run smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we spent months proposing new ideas to our developers on how we wanted to engage with customers for our Chesterfield Sofas, Leather Sofas, and Arm Chairs. It often took several meetings over several months for anything to materialize. With Insider’s tools, creating personalized customer journeys and enhancing engagement has become much easier and faster.

We weren’t able to get a single unified view of our customers before. With Insider’s CDP integrating user data from different data sources, we were able to centralize all the data together, creating good user profiles and their UCPs providing customer views. However there is still room for it to become more comprehensive.
We implemented exit intend lead generation campaigns -> and this led to an uplift in the overall leads collected from the website.
We used WhatsApp to send out acknowledgment notifications before the call center would reach out.

Additionally, the reporting customization could be more adaptable to meet unique business requirements, and integrating with certain legacy systems sometimes requires more technical workarounds than expected.
