there is no landing page tool, it doesn't make sense not to have one

What do you like best about the product?
The products we are using - Web Suite, Architect, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, Web push have helped us increase our business and revenue.

The products are easy to use. Everything is integrated into a single platform and we are able to manage all campaigns across different channels effectively, without them overlapping and interrupting each other.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are areas for improvement in the native integration with Shopify to bring more granular data.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the interface, I like how things seem simple and interactive. It has a good amount of features that work in real-time with the data. Regarding data organization, it also meets expectations, in addition to having good support teams for features and bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Historical data can be a problem, it requires a development team to integrate, it requires a very good data structuring team to organize the data within the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being event-driven brings real-time resolution for the business team.

What do you like best about the product?
1. We love the capabilities of the architect tool, it connected app push journeys seamlessly for a consistent customer experience.
2. We could create tailored landing pages and recommendations dynamically using the AI-Powered personalization feature of App Suite.
What do you dislike about the product?
For us, coordinating multi-touch point app push was rigorous in the beginning, but after optimization, it was seamless.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our customers interacted with us on multiple channels, but their experiences were disconnected. With Insider’s help, we were able to build fluid cross-channel journeys by integrating Architect, App Push Customers now receive targeted messages and personalized web content that aligns with their recent interactions. This resulted in stronger engagement and improved conversion rates.

What do you like best about the product?
The Architect tool stands out to us. We've seen strong growth in our automation metrics since adopting it. It helps ensure we're engaging the right users at the right time through the right channels. Compared to other platforms, Insider is intuitive, and how far you go with it really depends on how deep you're willing to dive. Also worth mentioning: their customer support and success teams are attentive and proactive in handling requests. We have been pushing each other to really take our businesses to the next level.
What do you dislike about the product?
While the platform performs well overall, there are areas that could be refined. The analytics module could be more robust, especially for teams looking for deeper custom insights. We’ve also noticed occasional slowdowns when handling very large contact lists or product catalogs. That said, these are areas where continuous improvement is expected, and Insider was always receptive to feedback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider has helped us evolve in how we segment and activate our database. We're now able to communicate more effectively across different customer profiles and deliver more relevant experiences through personalized messaging and product recommendations. Their Smart Recommender and personalization tools have contributed to more meaningful interactions and stronger engagement across key channels.

What do you like best about the product?
Email automation streamlined our customer communications and Kakao integration enabled us to reach our customers on their preferred platforms. The ongoing support from Insider’s team is much appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding process was lengthy due to offline data integration, but the dedicated support from Insider ensured we got through it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to combine customer attribute data and event data to deliver better offers and marketing messages to people who are likely to buy. Insider helps us deliver consistent messages to customers in both inbound and outbound channels.

What do you like best about the product?
We use Insider’s app suite and crosschannel journey orchestrator, architect and we are very happy. The feature developments are fast and helpful. In app templates got us a 7% conversion rate which was impressive and unexpected. The behavioral analytics help us understand our campaigns, customers and their interation better.
What do you dislike about the product?
In app templates need to have more capabilities like carousel format

We faced some onboarding issues with App SDK initially, but the customer success team resolved them very quickly.

We needed a tool or solution that could help us personalize our interactions with the customers and drive conversions. With the help of Insider, we were able to refine our targeting and launched personalized App Push notifications that resonated with our audience.

The data-driven journeys we built with Architect were made into engaging and relevant on-site experiences for the users by Web Suite.. We ended up surpassing our targets in Q4 by almost 110%.
