Launching campaigns across channels is now easy and quick
What do you like best about the product?
The template library which enables us to launch Web Push and other campaigns in a jiffy.

What do you dislike about the product?
A more nuanced approach keeping our unique fashion industry demands would have been a plus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being in the fashion industry we launch a new collection every quarter. This means constant updates on our website and mobile app store, and also new marketing campaigns to be launched every fortnight. Insider’s Web Suite and Mobile App enabled us to make these dynamic changes to both our Mobile and Web store. The huge template library made launching campaigns a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
Among many tools, we feel the best one is Architect. This helped us to understand what’s the best channel option for each user, it also notifies and nurtures the users. The best part is, it is all automated which takes away our headaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we thought the platform was pricy but after using it for a month, we felt its worthy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our cart abandonment rate was 59%. We have gotten the best results from the Architect tool. We managed to create personalized customer journeys and pushed them personalized SMS with personalized offers on the products.

Performance tracking and various new templates for customer engagement. Its capability to automatically adjust to the viewed screen size has enhanced our website's appearance and functionality across devices. Always easy to implement new scenarious with the help of PST.

Working with Insider has been a pleasant experience indeed, all thanks to such a responsive and supportive team. We are more than happy to recommend them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It enhances our CMS capabilities. Unfortantely we are utilizing ver old version of CMS and Insider creates more opportunity for customer engagement.
Moreover, the Web Suite took our UX to the next level. Using the Template Library and Insider's no-code design editor, applying templates became straightforward—thanks to its drag and drop feature. Additionally, with the Action Builder, we devised custom actions to automate tasks and craft complex customer experiences. The best part was we could do all of this without any tech support.

What do you dislike about the product?
The platform could improve in terms of integration with certain third-party tools, as some of them require manual setups or workarounds. Additionally, the learning curve for some of the advanced features is quite steep, which might be challenging for new users or smaller teams.

Insider is an easy-to-use tool that helps us set up different campaigns to meet our objectives. The platform allows us to perform A/B testing, and thus adjust our campaigns to maximize our results. We use the tool daily, and the support team is always available to assist us.
What do you dislike about the product?
We see few drawbacks to using the Insider platform. The only annoyance might be that the platform is mainly in English, but getting started remains easy. Similarly, we sometimes encounter difficulties with certain campaigns, but the support team's assistance helps us quickly resolve them.

Insider primarily allows us to easily set up campaigns without going through development with our integrator. This way, we can quickly get feedback on our campaigns, analyze them, and adjust them to maximize their results. Insider also helps us personalize our messages according to our targets.

New at market, and many features new improvement. Also, the reports module need to be improved with more detailed data.

I like that some parts are easy to use and give you plenty of methods to reach the customer. The team also helps us a lot, they are always attentive to everything that happens to us.

There are times when it is a bit slow. And for some simple things you need the technical team.

Support in daily life is not always immediate, and sometimes we have difficulties resolving a problem or clearing up doubts. It would be ideal to have a responsible CS, with easy and direct access, to ensure faster service.

We have not yet completely finalized the project, as the integration of physical store customers is still missing. However, we are already able to work on the journeys of e-commerce customers, as well as monitor the conversion of actions taken.
