What do you like best about the product?
Web Suite for its ability to run easy pop-up campaigns.
We make good use of Architect’s pre-built templates because it enables us to launch and activate campaigns quickly. We save these as custom templates and then use different versions of it later
What do you dislike about the product?
We faced some minor issues with data migration in the beginning but Insider's onboarding team helped us get it done. It would have been helpful if it was done faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting new customers onboarded was a challenge. Also, making our existing and target customers aware of the various profitable schemes we offer was a challenge. Insider’s Web and App products helped us encourage discovery when users were logging and with SMS and Email we re-engaged users when they failed to transact. With all these products together, we overcame these major challenges and made customer acquisition a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
1. We have been using this platform for 2 years now, and it is easy to use every day. It helps us maintain brand consistency across channels.
2. Insider’s Customer team is very helpful in explaining features.
3. The WhatsApp integration transformed our customer support experience and customers felt valued when they could get instant replies to their queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
While our multi-channel approach worked wonders for engaging customers, it did come with challenges. Coordinating messaging across different platforms required a lot of time and effort from our team, making it a bit overwhelming at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We initially struggled with a unified approach to effectively reach our audience through the channel of their convenience. By leveraging Insider’s Architect, Email, SMS, and WhatsApp, we established meaningful multi-channel touchpoints that enhanced customer interaction at every stage. This strategy not only improved our communication but also led to a 27% increase in customer retention, showcasing the power of a well-coordinated multi-channel engagement plan.
We shared personalized clothing suggestions with customers on different channels for different occasions. Reaching out to customers has become easy for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider product suite is the best in the market for improving user engagement rates. We used their Web Suite and Mobile App tool, and the results surpassed our expectations. The feature named 'InStory' allowed us to create and publish interactive content on our website and mobile app.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Insider smart recommender Suite helped us map our campaigns to our customers' cross-channel journeys, improving our campaign effectiveness. We don’t have any complaints.

What do you like best about the product?
-The ready to use do-it-yourself layouts empowered our team to move fast and launch campaigns for our clients quickly.
-No IT support and coding required a lot of times.
-We were amazed to know that live analytics can be tracked. It helped us review our campaigns more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Migrating all user cases to Insider took a little longer than expected, but their team was supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our clients' engagement levels were inconsistent. But as soon as we adopted Insider’s tools to clients, we were able to increase engagement, thanks to the visually appealing content and the smart recommendations. We were able to streamline the customer journey and entice customers to finish the buying cycle.

What do you like best about the product?
"Decreased cart abandonment rate as a result of the Architect's ability to track the customer journey and prompt them with SMS messages at the right time with hard to resist offers.
Web Suite's typo tolerance, internationalization, and search keyword previews are all fantastic features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the template library is excellent, getting new templates on a more regular basis would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
"Within two days of utilizing Insider capabilities, we saw an improvement in conversion rate.
We could identify the customer journey's exact breaking point using the Architect which enabled us to send them the right offers using the SMS capabilities. This helped us get more conversions and almost zero instances of cart abandonment."

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a powerful tool I use to improve customer experience and boost conversions. It lets me deliver personalized content based on user behavior, building a stronger connection with each customer. I can create targeted campaigns for specific customer segments, making my marketing more effective. Through multiple channels like email, web push, and SMS, I stay engaged with customers across all touchpoints. With A/B testing and behavior analytics, I optimize conversion rates and track campaign performance with detailed reports to refine my strategy. In short, Insider helps me enhance both customer satisfaction and sales conversions.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t anything I dislike. I am happy with Insider
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider provides effective solutions to some of the key challenges I face in digital marketing. For example, if my conversion rates are low, it helps me boost them with personalized content and A/B testing. By enabling better analysis in customer segmentation, I can create more targeted and effective campaigns for my audience.

What do you like best about the product?

-Smart recommender is the most useful for us to engage and retain customers and it is giving good results.
-Have to mention their support team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We are using different tools for different marketing things, and every tool has a different reporting tool. It would be great if they could give a single view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
-Despite decent traffic on our website, we couldn’t convert the visitors. Using Instory, customers were reaching the relevant products faster.
-Their design templates have saved a lot of our time. We are only designing it once and syncing it to all the platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
