What do you like best about the product?
The predictive segments aspect of the technology implemented by Insider is impressive. We can use these segments in Adwords. We only show our ads to those users and customers who are more likely to buy, using the likelihood to convert segment provided through the platform. This helps us use our ad budget more wisely and improves our customer acquisition costs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t dislike anything in particular, but additional demographic targeting would potentially improve this product.

Insider is a great app growth platform, we’ve seen so many aspects of this product improve our marketing strategy and more importantly our business margins in such a short space of time!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Predicting a user’s likelihood to purchase is an extremely important aspect of marketing that was not being applied effectively in our previous mobile app marketing strategies. Through using Insider we have gained a better understanding of our app users and potential future customers. Our business has benefited greatly from the features of this product which has enabled us to increase conversions and improve our customer lifetime value.
Rich push alternatives, delivery of multiple products in the same notification
What do you like best about the product?
Getting audience's attention with personalized rich push notifications. Also with he cart abandonment push it is possible to reach out those who left the cart and call them back to complete their purchases which lead to increase on CR.
Carousel push feature is highly beneficial as well, it enables you with segmented customers via enriched contents.

different creative templates could be added.

Reaching out the mobile app users as they are real person is great. There too many contents and now it is possible to reach them according to their own interest with segments.
Knowing the audience is impossible without segmentation and it is possible to create lots of segments. Also with predictive segments adwords budget is being optimized

Insider has various solutions for web, mobile web, ap and also with predictive algorithms it has solutions for online advertising channels as well.

What do you like best about the product?
It's very easy to use Insider mobile app panel. We are able to define our clusters by different segmentations & we are able to recall our non-active users by various dimensions. Along with the technical support, getting consulting on predictive marketing by Insider team is so helpful to improve our skills on growth management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to be able to recall sent PN's both in IOS & Android in order to prevent possible mistakes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insider help us to define & understand our users' behaviours and it able us to predict their interests of our contents. Besides Insider is a supportive tool for us to ensuring our traffic targets & increase usage of our apps. We are glad to see our loyal users & embrace the new ones.
