Best Mobile Marketing platform I’ve used so far
What do you like best about the product?
One feature I particularly like is the ability to push predictive segments into ad channels like Adwords and Facebook. This has totally changed the way we target ad audiences and helped us better manage our advertising budgets.
What do you dislike about the product?
More detail could be implemented into reports, it would be great to fully comprehend why a campaign was not as successful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to target the right audiences in our ad channels which helps us manage customer acquisitions costs much better. Besides this, we are able to deliver more meaningful experiences to our app users.

Insider implements a wide variety of features into your mobile channels which results in improved marketing strategy and better mobile experiences. Definitely, recommend this product as it’s simple to use and results have been great so far.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a great mobile marketing platform, increasing our ancillary revenue which was something our business was really struggling to tackle previously. We can deliver relevant offers to each customer based on their preferences, historical behaviour and predicted attributes based on their future behaviour. Improving app experiences helps us tap into our our mobile conversion potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The predictive dashboard and reporting could be improved for different types of algorithms as this is what makes the Insider tool stand out amongst competitors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prompting our customers to buy add-ons has been improved. Our ancillary revenue improved significantly, which was something that we really struggled to tackle previously. Since incorporating this product into our mobile website and app we have been able to deliver smoother and more engaging mobile based experiences which increased conversions and booking revenue.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you want to encourage your customers into additional purchases, Insider works excellently and functions in a number of intelligent ways to increase ancillary revenue. Using real-time recommendations, mobile web exit intent overlays, category optimizer, wheel of fortune and more, you can design highly converting experiences.

What do you like best about the product?
A reliable and effective platform which offers a number of useful marketing tools. It’s helped me think and act from my customer’s perspective to ensure I can step up to their travel demands and needs. Using Insider we can deliver experiences that take customers on a meaningful journey through personalized experiences. We’ve seen significant improvements in our ancillary sales revenue over the past year.

Reports could be more detailed in terms of segmentation with more customer metrics that are tracked.

Insider’s platform allows me to recognise which scenarios work best for different segments and helps me observe how they perform in real-time. I can rely on data to make quick decisions with the customer genuinely in mind. Our mobile site have quite literally been transformed, from simple and not very engaging, to a site which indicates we care about our customers. I’ve noticed higher retention, more engagement and an overall steady flow of customers which will hopefully increase our margins in the long term.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I believe that Insider is one of the most affective partners that a digital markete could use. In addition to the quality of their product, they have a great support service. I have been working with Insider since the first day of my career and i am really glad for that.
Great Feature: in-time
What do you like best about the product?
Our app has improved greatly thanks to Insider. I like the in-time feature as it allows us to engage app users when they are most engaged with our app for higher impact.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’d appreciate being able to access raw data, rather than the data provided through Insider’s dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our previous app notifications were dull and didn’t achieve the results we wanted. Insider consistently keeps our customers interested in our products and helps us drive engagement with our app. We have also been able to deliver multiple products in the same notification which has led to improved AOV.

The ability to predict customer lifecycle stage and discount affinity have been incredibly insightful and helped us improve our marketing strategy. We are better able to prevent churn, retain our customers and improve our AOV.

A demo mode could be provided to potential buyers to test the product first.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to make high-power marketing decisions based our campaigns are performing without depending on data scientists or our IT team. The ability to predict our customer’s behaviour has benefited our business greatly as we are able to deliver personalised strategies at a new level.

Insider has many channel to communicate with our users. They also can reach our user who lost from funnel so we can improve conversion rate.

No body is perfect. From my point of view Insider should have exact calculation in estimation users who will receive the communication.
But if you have another input, you can just tell them. They'll try find the way to makes them better.

Like what I said before, Insider can reach out our user who lost from funnel with many form of communication like inApp, push notification. If you need more than just basic inApp, they also have leads generation inApp, so you can ask your user to submit their input.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of personalization we are able to achieve with Insider is quite amazing. We are able to deliver hyper-personalized experiences to micro segments of app users based on their historical and behavioural data in real time. We are able to engage and delight our customers through 1:1 messages, product recommendations and gamified promotions that are truly tailored for them. We feel like we know our customers better.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the product, perhaps the reports could be more detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to personalise our communication to make our customers feel more valued and build a relationship that didn’t exist previously which has led to improved customer activity and repeat transactions through our mobile channels.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider has a robust technology and smart algorithms behind all its features which makes their segmentation powerful. I believe this is the real differentiator compared to the other personalization tools I’ve used before. If you want to personalise your marketing strategy to build a connection with customers, this product delivers brilliantly. Definitely would recommend Insider as we’ve seen huge improvements in all of our important metrics including push open rates, retention, conversions and AOV.
Reduced hiccups in Customer Lifecycle progression quite a bit
What do you like best about the product?
With Insider’s Mobile-first Growth Management Platform, we were able to shorten the window for crucial decisions in the customer’s lifecycle in our favor, by quite a bit. Insider has a predictive AI engine that segments users based on their actions, locations, history, and browsing activity. This allowed us to pinpoint the crucial stages our customers were stuck at. We were able to act on them and made sure that the customer progressed to the next stage.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s an amazing platform with a lot of potential, but since it’s the first in its space, I felt that there could a lot of fine tuning that can make this product go a long way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since Insider directly left its mark on our customer lifecycle, we were able to see lower churns, and more customer engagement with us. We were able to make crucial business decisions and strategy calls based on the data Insider provided us as well as the campaigns we deployed using Insider.

Insider is very simple to use and yet intuitive. You don’t need a team of developers to integrate the product into your stack. Within minutes Insider’s team does the job for you.

What do you like best about the product?
Insider’s Predictive segments for Mobile has helped us garner data that proved extremely valuable for our mobile efforts. We are now able to act on users’ behavior through predictive segments, something we were not able to do before. As a result, we are able to build marketing campaigns that have shown great results for our mobile website and application.

I’d say the user design can be improved for some features like email and push.

We have been able to mitigate a lot of problems we faced while making decisions. Now we don’t lack evidence to back our decisions. Insider has significantly helped us utilize our capital in the right direction, helping us improve our ROI and revenue. Our contacts in Insider ''Naz Gündoğdu and Gizem Eldem'' has helped us improve our websites for Pierre Cardin and US Polo Assn. in Turkey. What do you like best about the product?
Personalized messaging and recommendation has proved to be very successful for us as we have been able to generate leads faster and easier. It has also boosted our conversion rates considerably.

User Navigation could be improved further. Need an Idea center for starters.

With Insider we were able to successfully convert our one-time buyers to repeat buyers and build customer loyalty. This was majorly due to the hyper-personalized user targeting ability of the platform.
