Insider provided us the ability to launch targeted campaigns to specific segments. Website traffic increased and quality of traffic are also improved.

The difficulty is that the platform is only in English.

Insider allows us to improve the bounce rate on our site, the tool makes it possible to offer the right product or service to the right person.
Perfect solution to centralise all your marketing data in one place to avoid data silos
What do you like best about the product?
Insider made our integration easy and seamless, allowing us to connect all our Shopify stores in just minutes. It’s truly plug-and-play—within no time, we had all our customer data, custom attributes, and properties readily available in Insider. The fact that you can also use multiple products in the same automation journey like email, SMS, on-site and whatsapp truly adds value to our business and to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside would be the integration side of things. Our tech stack is quite big so we didn't expect to have native connectors to all of them readily available. However, our Onboarding team were super proactive and helped us with our integrations tailored for our business use cases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of management (everything under the same panel, all the data in one place). Before we had to switch between apps and dashboards to create our email campaigns, SMS campaigns, A/B testing campaigns, etc. This wasn't efficient and Insider helped us overcome that challenge.
Data silos was a big challenge for us too. We couldn't find an easy way to 'merge' and consolidate our data in one place, to get actionable insights that we could take action on.

What do you like best about the product?
We love the flexibility and variety of options that Insider offers in helping us deliver personalised web experiences and create engaging marketing communications. We have a team of 5 using it every single day. The onboarding process was seamless, and the ongoing support has been exceptional.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there is a specific reporting view or piece of insight we'd like to access that isn't available. The Insider team are very to take product suggestions for future development of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider for a variety of things, including but not limited to web and marketing personalisation, marketing segmentation and targeting, email marketing, push notification, onsite experiences and eCommerce initiatives. This helps us drive more targeted and efficient campaigns, helping to increase our eCommerce conversion rates, average cart value and purchase frequency, as well as target specific cohorts of customers based on customer prefences and lifecylce stage.

Customization options were great, but there is a learning curve to creating a campaign from scratch
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Insider, we struggled with cart conversions and had high abandonment rates. But with the help of Web push, our customers were reminded when there was a price drop or an item they were previously interested in came back in stock. Our conversions have increased by 15% because of these alerts alone. We have also observed a lot of users returning to purchase our products on the mobile app frequently because of how easy it is to shop. Overall great experience with Insider.

While the platform is highly powerful, it can take some time to fully grasp the deeper functionalities, especially for users without a technical background. Additionally, the pricing structure may not be suitable for smaller businesses, as the comprehensive features come at a higher cost.

Insider supports us with requests related to our website, making it easier to upload popups, and updates and even provides detailed plans for what can be done for enhanced website performance and customer support/tracking.

What do you like best about the product?
-The best part about Insider is that our team is always guided by their marketing consultants and account managers.
-Eureka is one of the best tools we have used to improve customer experience.
-We also like the smart recommender’s collaborative filtering feature. We are using it to engage customers by making recommendations based on what users have engaged with previously.

What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s support team is very responsive. They have helped us resolve technical issues faced by our team in a day. One suggestion can be to document the previous ticket raised by us. It would save us time in the future when we face some challenges and connect with the support team.

6 months back we always used to have very high budgets and limited results. We started using Insider’s responsive multistory templates to run a campaign. These are performing well. We have optimized the campaign with a data-driven approach.

-We have used 55 templates to activate customer journeys and most of them have worked for us.

We are using the tool for multiple countries, each country requires a setup and automation, it would be great if we could replicate it for all the countries automatically.

-We wanted to streamline our communication on all the channels. Timely and engaging reminders on email, sms, and whatsapp have solved our problem.
