Insider GMP has mastered the method of simplifying usage with robust advancement in technology

What do you like best about the product?
Insider Growth Management Platform is built with a unique approach of enabling different frontiers of customer engagement with an omnichannel approach which makes it a good tool and a long term partner for us. We were able to try new ideas and deliver superior user experience, predominantly through onsite and web push products. As an award-winning airline that drives the majority of our sales through direct channels, it is always challenging for us to reduce the churn rate and increase the LTV. Insider’s PAA and architect did the magic for us in improving LTV and AOV’s by combining amplification and technology in the right mix. Persistent engagement and personalization are critical for consumers, Insider GMP has mastered the method of simplifying usage with robust advancement in technology. I’ll vouch for the platform stability and customer success teams are unrivalled.
What do you dislike about the product?
There will be simple account management issues in any SaaS or other vendor arrangement. Insider is prudent enough to sail through such instances with utmost customer satisfaction.Nothing specific to be disliked about Insider.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an airline depended solely on direct channels, we were heavily using the personalization for enhanced UX of IBE interfaces.

The result was almost immediate interms of improved CVRs and AOVs

A powerful tool for the marketing team and a dedicated local support team

What do you like best about the product?
We really love the dedicated local support we receive from Insider’s account management team from strategy to planning and execution. Insider brings some of the best practices in the industry which helped us a lot as our access to such information is limited. Their unified dashboard is a great feature to track all our campaigns in one place and export reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because Insider’s account management team helps us with our requirements from A to Z, there’s not much to dislike. We’ve noticed that some customization features take a longer time, but we get continuous help, so it has never hampered our deadlines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were trying to understand our customer behavior and engage them with personalized messaging and content. With Insider’s segmentation features, we were able to target different segments of users with content that was relevant to them and personalized to their behavior. We also realized that after using Insider, we were able to achieve marketing independence as we could roll out campaigns at a faster pace without having to wait on tech teams.

What do you like best about the product?
Undoubtedly the best thing about Insider is the personalized support we get from their team. This kind of support is just as amazing as their personalization platform that helped us engage our users across different channels with unique and personalized experiences.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s hard to find something to dislike when you have a support account manager who helps you with all your concerns and questions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Insider’s web personalization, mobile web personalization, web push and InStory product. We use InStory as a new tool for interaction with users, as our brand always keeps up to date and introduces the most modern technologies not only in fashion design, but also on our website. InStory allows us to share the latest news about new arrivals and fashion collaborations, highlight promotional items, as well as different delivery options.This is a great tool and in addition with their predictive segmentation, we can actually predict and engage those users who are most likely to purchase from us. We had the benefit of improving our metrics and also optimize our strategies and make them more efficient.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Insider is a great tool to target customer segments with personalized messaging. We’ve found this to be extremely effective in driving sales. We recommend talking to their account managers to understand what works best for you.

Exceptional platform for automated push notifications

What do you like best about the product?
We really love their automated push feature which allows us to design campaigns for a variety of scenarios. The support from their account management team is also exceptional and makes our work easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Insider’s dashboard which is loaded with features can get a bit tricky to use at times, but it’s not something to dislike, as we are given a full demo and training on how to use it from our account manager.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were looking for ways to optimize our marketing funnel and design more meaningful engagement for our users throughout their journey with our brand. Insider’s automated mobile suit gave us all the tools we required to improve our funnel performance. We also realized some key metrics along the funnel such as improved CTRs and Conversions.

Insider takes a hands-on approach in helping us achieve our goals

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how involved Insider is in listening to our concerns and requirements and taking those into consideration when helping us develop the right strategy and make use of the right tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our use of the platform has so far been yielding good results so it’s hard to find something we dislike. Their pricing is on the premium side, but then again their products and functionalities are worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We’ve been looking for ways to actively understand our users’ feedback and collect surveys, this is part of our bigger strategy to improve user experiences across channels and devices. Another aspect was to design and build personalized user journeys for our customers which would engage users along their journey. Insider supported both of this with their ready-to-use ‘survey templates’ which helped us collect user feedback and their Journey Builder which helped us design amazing experiences for users in their journey with our brand across channels. We’ve been able to achieve remarkable results using both these features. The positive thing about working with Insider is that their account management team take our problems as if it was their own and are dedicated in helping us solve them.

Fast to deploy and powerful customer journey optimization

What do you like best about the product?
The solution is easy to handle, our teams were quickly able to configure it according to our objectives thanks to a well-designed onboarding process and a responsive online customer support. This allowed us to scale up smoothly despite the lockdown.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not yet in French. That said, the sales to service process (including technical) was entirely in French.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to increase our testing capabilities tenfold without relying on third parties and quickly identify what works or not. Knowing when to continue or end an experiment constitutes real value in terms of steering for our digital optimization strategy.

What do you like best about the product?
We really like how well performing all the tools of Insider are and also the wide range of tools they have for all our requirements. We don’t feel the need to look for another vendor to help us with any requirements, Insider has it all.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’ve noticed a slight delay in web push notifications at times, however, these are isolated incidents and haven’t impacted our engagements in any way. Insider’s account management team is also quick to resolve any issue once we inform them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
User onboarding and retention on the mobile app was something we were very interested in improving. Insider’s personalized app push notifications have helped us with this. Their segmentation feature has helped us deliver personalized app push notifications based on user interests and this has helped us greatly improve our app sessions and user retention rates.

What do you like best about the product?
We have been working with Insider for more than 4 years. During this time Insider team became not just usual contractors, but real partners with whom we shared all our ups and downs. The thing we really appreciate is the support of their partner success team. They really help to build strategy to engage our users and personalize their experience across different channels.
What do you dislike about the product?
During these years of course we had some concerns, but mostly everything was fixed in a short time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating a consistent and relevant experience for our audience across our different channels was our biggest struggle. After we started using Insider we learnt how we could design custom journeys for all our users engaging them at all the right touch points. We use almost all products Insider has. We use web personalization, mobile web personalization, web push, mobile app product and many more. Using Insider’s web push notification technology we are able to bring site visitors who have not yet completed their purchase back to the site. Using Mobile App Api push technology developed by Insider, we were able to effectively send messages targeted at the right audience during World Cup 2018, thus significantly increasing engagement and session duration. Too many things to mention.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Don’t limit yourself by using just one product. Insider platform enables to connect customer data across channels and systems and offers the widest set of product feature which impact ROI metrics such as conversion rate, CAC, LTV, and average order value

What do you like best about the product?
Insider is a powerful tool with many modules available. The teams are proactive in proposing new experiences for our site.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is not yet available in French.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specific developments on a site can sometimes be quite expensive with integrator agencies. Insider allows you to bypass these expenses by A/B testing experiences and integrating them on the site.

Great tool to increase traffic and AOV by enhancing UX

What do you like best about the product?
Management team is great that they reply promptly and is helpful in solving problems in terms of the setting up all the campaigns.

Tool is brilliant in driving traffic by enhancing UX. It also provides lead generation pop-up, which is especially helpful for member acquisition.

They also provide useful suggestions/campaigns within the monthly meeting base, providing market trends/useful examples of their clients’ campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the insider dashboard is great, however, it could be more user-friendly. They do have a number of pre-set templates, but the variety is limited. For example, often there are times when the banner requires customization, and as I work in an industry with a very tight schedules, their management team may not be able to provide me with what I need within the given time period. It would be great if a tutorial could be provided on the CSS settings for my handling in any future upcoming campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past, it was impossible to communicate with different onsite visitors. With the insider tool, it is possible to communicate to a specific segment by using web push notifications or to even customize their onsite experiences (I.e. banner).

Furthermore, it is up to the web developer needs to adjust the launch date and time for the banner. With the insider tool, it can pre-set the timer and launch it at a specific time which is helpful in minimizing delays and efforts from my web development team.
