Best recommendation tool in the market for improving engagement and conversions
What do you like best about the product?
Their marketing tool is very powerful yet simple and easy to use. Their AI-backed recommendation engine is one of the best that we’ve seen so far for website engagement. It’s really adaptive and understands user behavior allowing us to deliver more accurate product recommendations to users and improve product discovery.
What do you dislike about the product?
We don’t really dislike anything, but we would like to see more analytics and actionable stats around the mobile app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We wanted to improve the whole recommendations experience for our web channels. Another aspect we wanted to improve was the engagement on the web, and we started using Insider’s web push features for this. This came with various templates that we could easily customize and the segmentation feature also ensured that the right users were targeted. Together, these features helped us improve our conversion rates and AOV. Thanks to their great support team which makes the job a lot easier!

So far really happy with Insider’s support and nothing I dislike thus far.

This provided us more A/B testing opportunities to see what works / does not work for our customers.

Although the panel is user-friendly, we still need some time and guidelines to adapt.

We have loads of SKUs onsite and are still growing, how to deliver the most relevant products to the users is our main focus.

What do you like best about the product?
As an airlines brand, it was a tricky time during the COVID-19 lockdown period, we were short on resources and manpower - but Insider stepped forward to support our urgent requests and helped us simply some of our campaigns suggested various workaround and alternatives for implementing our campaigns on both web and mobile app. What we like most about Insider is their sense of partnership and desire to help us when times are tough, even though they don’t need to go the extra mile, they do!
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes our campaigns face some glitches, and we would like to see some more automated scenarios for Facebook - but we’ve not really seen any grave issues to dislike anything about the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During this time of the global lockdown, our only goal was to do the best we can with our limited resources and wanted to improve the engagement on our web and mobile app. With Insider’s help, our traffic is in the top 3, and in terms of revenue, we are in the top 5 among airlines in the region. We’ve also been using Insider’s personalization tools to improve the engagement across our channels as well and their web push, email, and InStory features.

What do you like best about the product?
We love Insider’s customer data processing and consolidation feature, it is really a hub for customer data across platforms and channels. And it’s not just about data, Insider’s platform has all the tools a marketer needs to engage customers across all these channels and platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation can be a bit tricky sometimes but they also have round the clock assistance to help us with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The traffic to our website and mobile web has shown significant growth in the recent months, and we wanted a marketing solution that would enable us to optimize the user experience for our visitors, optimize each user’s journey across our channels and engage them individually. We realized Insider’s web suite had the perfect solutions for this. One challenge along the way was to get users to opt-in to our web push, easier said than done, but in reality, after using Insider we realized an opt-in rate of 9.3% which was better than the benchmark for our industry. Amazing tool really!

It only took 30 mins to install the basic functions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The loading of the background pages are too time consuming, even sometimes the screens get stuck with spinning circle.

Insider’s team is very helpful and knowledgeable, they make it a priority to support us at every junction. This level of quality support in real-time is unparalleled and has helped us go live with many campaigns much quicker than we expected.
What do you dislike about the product?
We’re still in the process of getting started, so it’s too soon to say about the negatives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We started using trigger push and conversion push from Insider’s Web Push and we’re already seeing great results from these campaigns. When we compare the onsite metrics from before and after, we realize that the ROI from using Insider is positive plus it is also an easy to use marketing hub. We no longer have to use multiple tools, Insider brings everything to one place.
