Most valuable Mobile framework

What do you like best about the product?
Embrace helps identify core of any issues your app is facing, without invading user privacy. Their SDK is very lightweight, is easy to integrate and provides a ton of value to engineers, QA, Product Managers and more.

I really like the dashboard feature, which allows me to easily build purpose-driven dashboards that help answer various questions (and at varying granularity). For example, we have a Metrics dashboard which shows us things like Daily Active Users, which versions our users are using, Operating System breakdown (to make better decisions about support) and New Users to see how well our app is growing. We also have a Performance dashboard that provides glanceable graphs for Startup, crashes, network request spikes, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The web dashboard has a LOT of information on it, and new users can sometimes get lost. I also wish there was better Enterprise support for those who work across various "groups" in a company, where app permissions need more granularity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've lost count the number of times where I was able to use Embrace to quickly diagnose an issue. Recently, there was a trend in our logging that exposed a pretty fatal flaw that we were unaware of - we had a user report an issue and a single log help identify the specific issue. We then used that log to see how many other users were experiencing the issue. It was very clear at that point what the problem was, and it wouldn't have been possible without Embrace.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Embrace was one of the first tools that provided a mobile-first approach to analytics. Many other tools started on the web and added on mobile, which translate very well.

Long time Embrace user - the app insights are invaluable!

What do you like best about the product?
Everything I need to get insights on my mobile app is in one place. I've been able to remove other error logging tools and monitoring platforms and use Embrace for everything. I can easily debug app crashes, set up monitoring around important flows in my app, look into user sessions, see user flows, and get data on other performance metrics that I wouldn't be able to see otherwise.

I like that I can invite my entire team to the platform to see the same data that I do, and it is easy to share links to certain screens when we are debugging together.
What do you dislike about the product?
To get the most out of Embrace requires a little bit of setup and tweaking - which is reasonable. Sometimes it can be hard to prioritize the work at a dynamic start-up, but it is ultimately worth it in the long run. My advice would be to start with a few features and continue adding to them to avoid getting overwhelmed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to easily find specific users, follow their sessions, and see trends in app crashes. I've added breadcrumbs to see specific actions that users are taking in the app, which helps to debug certain issues and easily set up monitoring around important flows in my app.

Embrace is helpful in getting other app insights such as app start-up times and memory consumption. Data like that has been interesting to look into.
