Zscaler is a very good tool, but has a learning curf
What do you like best about the product?
I like the possibilties Zscaler has to offer. Whenever you are used to the portal and know your way around you can configure literelly anything you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Zscaler support is bad. We had to contact them for multiple cases, but they never came with a good solution and till now we always figured it out ourselves.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us set posture checks for devices and if they are compliant and an authorized user is signed in the user can get acces to internal resources.
Great security tool
What do you like best about the product?
Provides security to the internal tools of the organisation. Bars unauthorised access of individuals or organization. It has many authentication features which helps in protection of data and tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit time taking , apart from that it requires a good connection. Apart from that it works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in providing security to the network connections and other data. It helps in replacing VPN and barring unauthorised access to the organization's data making the data secure and safe from threats and malware.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables fast and secure access and control to private applications.It protects our organization sensitive data from security threats.It ensures that only authenticated user's can have access to authorized applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
I got no disregards for this tool as it suits all my needs.

It helps to improve or rather elevate our organization security posture.It helps to streamline and simplify all our IT operations.It is reliable tool for threat protection.

It's giving a secure internal network access when working from home.
Zero Trust Network Architecture
What do you like best about the product?
ZPA creates a Zero Trust Architecture which provides secure access to remote users without exposing application information on the Internet. Also, ZPA always connects with the right entities all the users can not see all applications without access. Its better than any VPN.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I have not faced any kind of issues with disliking ZPA
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have around 4000 internal applications and multiple vendors need access to those applications. We are using ZPA to provide application access to vendors based on the business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Zscaler Private Access is a software that can completely replace VPNs. The zero trust direct-to-the-application approach reduces latency between hops and provides secure access into applications in the environment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zscaler Private Access has an extremely steep learning curve with admins requiring a lot of training to become familiar with setup and configuration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zscaler Private Access allows us to cut out VPNs and connect directly to the applications we use. This increases security and minimizes latency for remote employees.

Nothing for now. Product is fantastic with no issues for now.

Very useful, as best cloud base security feature. Implementation is easy. Customer suppot is available always. We use very frequently in infra as daily operate . Inegration is easy as well
