Lexer rocks.
What do you like best about the product?
The Lexer platform is user friendly, while also providing insightful data driven information. This has allowed us to better target customers across multiple channels and made a big difference to our bottom line. The Lexer team are responsive, friendly and take time to teach you and help with anything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
All in all i have no negative feedback at this time. Maybe some automated reporting would be good.

What do you like best about the product?
Carlos is always super responsive and has proven helpful when looking for creative solutions to using our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
to be honest, as a small company, it's a big spend. but valuable. If it was less expensive, i'd like it more!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
using historical data to help inform digital ad buying.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is incredibly helpful at pulling, cutting and segmenting data. They additionally hold you accountable to hit your own company goals. They are a fantastic and easy company to work with.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are many downsides of working with Lexer. The one small piece is some data integrations outside of their scope take a little bit of time to setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The segmentation capabilities are amazing with Lexer. They take a complex and intricate web of data and streamline the use and capabilities for personaliztion and targeting. The user interface is simple and easy to use.
