What do you like best about the product?
We have been working closely with the Lexer team over the past few years on data democratisation and activation. They understand this subject matter with a proper depth of knowledge, and their ability to communicate and support us as the client is also highly received.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their platform has been essential for us to understand the overall volume of contacts we have access to and their characteristics that could trigger a marketing strategy. We look forward to more technical third-party support partners coming on board to support our usage of the platform further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With so many contacts across several different data platforms amongst varying business units, Lexer has helped us integrate to create that single golden record. Creating marketing efficiencies, including media spend improvements.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is intuitive to use, the way in which it combines disparate data into a unified view is so valuable and the support from the Lexer team is excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
That I can't implement it swiftly enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to create a single view of the customer using data points from multiple points in the brand relationship. We have successfully created a unified view and have derived segments and new ways of cutting our data that was not possible previously.

What do you like best about the product?
The Lexer team were incredibly professional to work with. The onboarding process was very smooth and the team provided ongoing support to ensure we achieved the objectives set out in our business case. We have already started to see positive benefits from the platform and have a wealth of information around our client behaviour to best support our client experience and digital marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, they have been great to work with.

We are using the Lexer platform to understand our client behaviour better and improve our digital marketing investments.

Meaningful insights into our business, with great team culture at Lexer

What do you like best about the product?
Of course the insights into our own data is the main selling point of Lexer - and the process of untangling all of our information with fresh eyes has been super valuable for our business.

But I think the part I like best is working with a team of helpful problem-solvers. With every team member we've worked with so far, you get a sense of the strong organisational culture at Lexer. Haven't been let down yet.
What do you dislike about the product?
Really nothing to dislike so far. I guess with so many possible insights available, sometimes it isn't easy to know what to start/focus on - there's always a temptation to chase some new thread. But the team are clearly experienced with this and keep projects moving in a structured way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've cleaned up our historical sales and subscriber data, which has allowed us much more valuable insights to inform ongoing & future campaigns, as well as allowing us to set more meaningful goals. Our audience targeting and campaign review processes have benefitted greatly, too.

Supportive Team, Amazing Customer Data Platform

What do you like best about the product?
We sought out a solution that would allow us to bring all of our customer data together in one place, a way to find a single view of our customers. The team at Lexer have been amazingly supportive and committed to helping us every step of the way in launching our Customer Data Platform. We worked with the same group of people from beginning to end, and they worked tirelessly to understand our business model and who our customers are to develop a solution that would work for us.

We love that we have all of our data is in one place now and that we can use the insights from the platform to make data-driven decisions about our marketing strategies and tactics. The platform is simple to use but packed with so many insights and data points that the only limit is our own imagination. We can find new segments to market to and use the same data to ensure that we are attracting the right 'new' customers to our website.

Every aspect of our marketing strategy is being improved by Lexer, from acquisition to retention.
What do you dislike about the product?
There honestly isn't anything that I dislike about the platform or the team. The set-up process was quite in-depth; however, I appreciate the time taken at this stage to ensure everything is perfect and that everyone is on the same page regarding the goals of the business. If this stage was not in-depth, the solution would not be as tailored to each individual business's needs, and therefore not as valuable.

While there was quite a bit of time spent collecting and pinpointing all of the data that we would require, the team was there every step of the way and couldn't have been more supportive throughout his process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have confirmed some of the assumptions we were making about our customers (and ideal customers). We can look at specific data points like first-time products purchased and LTV. We are actively working on using these insights to acquire more customers of the same type/value. We are also using Lexer to lower our advertising spend and increase our ROI.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you understand the goals you want to achieve with this data. Give yourself time to really get immersed in the project.

What do you like best about the product?
The Lexer team work hard to intimately understand the specific needs of our business. This helps us get very focussed on how we best use the CDP to achieve our goals.

There really isnt much I dislike about Lexer :)

Increased use of behavioural segmentation is helping us become more targeted and useful to our customers.

Simple, intuitive Customer Data Platform

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is simple to learn, with a clean, user-friendly interface. It provides an easy way to organise your customer data to gain insights into customer behavior, allowing you to make data-led decisions. The ability to segment across various customer attributes enables you to efficiently market, including close to real-time suppression. Finally, the customer success team is always available to assist with any queries or quick troubleshooting.
What do you dislike about the product?
As with most platforms, there is a process to set up, and get the data in a workable format. The complexity and the time required does depend on the quality of your first-party data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been able to integrate various data models, including LTV modeling, which predicts a customer's future behaviors based on their historical data. This enables us to flag when an optimal customer increases their risk of churn and design tactics to develop sub-optimal customer behaviors into higher frequency, higher-value leads.

What do you like best about the product?
The level of communication, support, energy from the team has been game-changing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, I can't find a fault - I just wish we had brought the team on sooner.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a new company, we never truly understood our customers before Lexer. To have that foundational information, we can now build outward and find new customers, driving revenue and increasing brand value. We're already as a team thinking better and working smarter. We've become more efficent.

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to ascertain a "one customer view" of your customer database through the connection of multiple first-party data sources that can also then be complimented with additional third-party data to drive more effective marketing campaigns and become a more data-centric organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be a little complex at first to ensure segments and activations are correctly set up - especially if your organisation is only beginning to build its data management capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Delivering marketing segmentation to our consumer marketing activities as well as retargeting opportunities on social media platforms.
