Easy to use interface perfect for reporting
What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is easy to use and easy to explore different data segments. The interface is perfect for finding quick stats from your segments and makes reporting even easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The ease of the platform sometimes takes away in how much depth you can really look into a segment. I have found it harder to figure out where a segment issue lies because of this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly using Lexer to create data segmentation, personally I use it to create segments for our email marketing channel and to report on the channel monthly and weekly.
Powerful and adaptable CDP
What do you like best about the product?
Lexer has provided a comprehensive way to aggregate data from multiple ingestion points across our consumer engagement model. It helps us build a complete consumer profile from multiple data sets across online and offline consumer information, and allows us to easily utilise these audiences for activation across other digital engagement plaforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform has a steep learning curve at times. Users of the Lexer product must come to learn the ways in which the platform defines certain data points (e.g spend decile) to make the most of the data. Whilst incredibly powerful and ideal for visualising consumer insights, bringing new data into the platform can come at significant additional costs in the way of build hours, solution scoping, attribute mapping and custom integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer is helping to map our consumer segments and brings us closer to engaging our customers in a tailored and personalised way. This extends across our online ecommerce platform, as well as gathering insights from consumers who choose to shop in brick and mortar establishments. By crafting a specific audience, we can quickly export this to leverage via digital media and help to close the loop.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is both a usable interface and an an invaluable asset for sales, marketing and overall data insight. Their customer service are also beyond exceptional and are always able to find a solution and assist in educating you further into how to access what you are looking to discover.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes its challenging to reverse engineer the insights you are after - If woulf be great to have more suggested points of analysis- or next best question/action
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer is allowing me to correlate lists of users based on trends and create outreach lists to upload into our CRM and well as advise on the efficecy of marketing trends
Lexer the CDP when it works it's awesome
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer support is second to none. This is complemented by the indepth segmentation the program can acheive. The user interface is also very simple to learn and master making it easy for any non-technical user.
What do you dislike about the product?
- If upgrades need to be made it may take some time for them to come through. (If it's specific to your business)
- Updates cause some errors with data.
- Sometimes data isn't matched correctly in the CDP. (Developer updates)

Adaptability and openness to many different types of requests, and a positive attitude throughout

Sometimes the timeline for getting projects done takes a bit longer than we would like on the client side. But this is partially because we don't all sit in the same office!

A Powerful toolbox to better understand your customers
What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is absolutely the fastest and most accurate method we've ever used to be able to query, analyze, segment and target our customers' activity, value, and shopping behaviors. The Lexer team is also always there to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the very beginning it was a little tough to get all of the connections made to the various channels and the data feed created, but that was just a part of the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us, mostly, it's identifying customers who are likely to drop in future buying and fall off our radar.

Being able to understand more about our current customers by comparing two segments, determining which one is the most active and how we are going to communicate with them

It takes some time to get used to the platform as some features need to be learned in order to optimize the research and analysis. The training document and the success team are very helpful for this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Insight about our customers and understanding our most active customers in order to adapt our content according to their interests.
Good CDP for SMB and Startups
What do you like best about the product?
Once is setup, it's pretty easyo to use. Friendly and intutitive interfase. You save ton of time making analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
The created segments could grow exponentially if you don't maintain the hub clean and updated. Not too easy to track trends or new metrics that weren't setup.

Easy to use, clear segments and ability to connect to 3rd party platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Lack of data validation/reporting. Often when something has gone wrong we are spending alot of time to figure out if its on our end or lexers.

Knowing our customer and tracking segments.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is a great tool to work with our customer data and find actionable insights. The platform is intuitive to use and powerful when used correctly. Lexer makes things that you could theoretically do outside of Lexer a lot easier as well as makes things possible that would otherwise be impossible when it comes to working with customer data.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a whole lot to dislike about Lexer. While most of it is intuitive, there are some small things that are not straightforward, but that is when the Lexer team comes in and helps you figure out whatever you need. The support from the Lexer team is a huge asset in working with Lexer. It can be a challenge syncing all of this data and making sure things are flowing correctly, but again that is possible with coordination with the Lexer team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a few problems that Lexer is solving. A few of them include: tracking and increasing customer LTV, gaining extra insight on certain customer segments, and creating/employing customer audiences to our marketing platforms.
