Lexer has organised my marketing data in an innovative way.
What do you like best about the product?
Its user friendly interface and the way it organises our data

Segments take some time to activate to third party sites

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is great for looking at audience statistics and creating customer segments. The set up is intuitive and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the analysis offered by Lexer leaves a bit to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer allows us to efficiently and effectively look at historical marketing statistics and incorporate these into marketing segments. It's the perfect tool to fill these needs.
Great customise-able audience builder
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to add custom attributes and build detailed customer profiles and audiences. Very user friendly interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more useful for audience building and targetting rather than data and insights. Integration was a little more difficult than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer is helping me create more detailed segments which allows me to be more targetted in communications and avoid spamming the database.

Lots of detailed insights on customers shopping and spending habits

Everything is a little too compact but you can customise your views

Lexer is helping me understand how my customers shop and what their buying habits are to better target our email campaigns providing customers more engaging content thats suited to their needs
A powerful CDP
What do you like best about the product?
A powerful tool to create segments and keep them updated whilst pushing these out to other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike as it's very flexible
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find customers who have specific criteria that we would like to meet and provide visual analysis on their behaviours
A bit tricky to onboard, but very helpful once the ball is rolling.

Lexer has an extremely helpful and dedicated client success team that is knowledgable about how to use Lexer to drive business strategy. We also found Experian data invaluable in helping our team understand customer personas and demographic cohorts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data ingestion from our email marketing platform was fairly challenging and it seemed like there was a knowledge gap from Lexer's project management onboarding team in understanding Klaviyo, particularly in regard to customer signup sources. Also, my team has found it difficult to understand how product returns affect Lexer data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer is helping us to better understand our customer base and optimize our customer retention efforts.

User friendly, Without prior training you coud play around in this platform.

Everthing is good about this platform. Didn't find anything as such.

When Knowing your Customer is Paramount
What do you like best about the product?
Lexer allows us to have a rich understanding of our customers. But it isn't just nut and bolts knowledge such as contact information and purchase history. The insights go much deeper. We are able to make critical decisions about how to engage customers (or how not to) based on the Lexer data available to us. We can track their purchasing behavior, discount history, product and color preferences, return history, how we contact them and what their readership is of outbound communications. But we are not left to our own devices. The Lexer team and their training hub are essential partners to our business plan. Our business is significantly healthier, and offers better products and services, as direct results of working with Lexer.
Implementation is straightforward. Our database is connected to a number of our other systems allowing us to track data via emails, social media, website etc.
We use Lexer everyday and cannot imagine a work day without making the most of what the platform has to offer.

What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside of Lexer is fully understanding the full capabilities and potential of the database. IT can be daunting at first. The learning curve is real for those of us non data scientists. But, it is worth spending the time to become adept in the platform. And the Lexer team makes it possiible to excel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer allows me, and my team, to customize how we connect with customers; how we determine the best methods to re-engage dormant customers; and how we prospective new customers. We are able to track, collate, and present valuable data on all aspects of the customer experience allowing others in our organization to target specific issues and market key successes.
