What do you like best about the product?
The team at Lexer are always quick to work with us to enhance our use of the platform, and support us in getting the most out of the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
We find that sometimes our team who don't use the platform often find the platform daunting, however the team have worked with us to simplify journeys and provide easier information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer allows us to respond to our customers enquiries from a number of platforms. It brings together our customer data from a number of different platforms and allows us to deep dive into the information we have. This information provides us key insights to allow our business to make data driven calls.

If the page refreshes, you lose your response that you are working on

Lack of flexibility to add profile attributes without Lexer technical support and full reseeds of integrated platform data.
Lack of visibility of actual customer records without activating into integrated platforms. More flexibility in seeing even anonymised data would make validating expected segment sizes easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is breaking barriers when it comes to customer data analysis. I love the new Lexi AI feature that breaks down and analyzes the results of the various customer segments as you pull them. I love that Lexer can help inform a hypothesis by easily giving you the customers data you need and taking out the guess work in knowing your customer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The down sides to Lexer are only that there is so much to know about the product I feel that I am only scratching the surface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lexer solves the problem of guessing at customer behaviro and allows us to personalize our emails and messaging to the individual. This allows us to be strategic in our communications to the customer but also informs us on how we should be advertising to them.

Very simple to use UI tha can easily be implemented across marketing channels. The customer support is amazing as well and they're always happy to help out with any queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data can get confusing and it might not always be accurate. Quality checks are mandatory.

Using it for ads is helping us improve our campaign performance. We also use it to get some marketing insights and analytics to make informed decisions.

What do you like best about the product?
Lexer is an immensely powerful tool that can work on large datasets. The number of features and the ease of use is fanastic. Lexer has been pivotal in our marketing and insights efforts. We can now target the right audience and also track it efficiently. The customer support is great as well.

Lexer only tracks segements from the day the segement has been created which is understandable but a limitation.

Lexer helps us identify the target audiences, segment them and reach out to them based on the segemnt behavious. The intergration and implementation is easy and quick. This helps us personalise the marketing to each segment which reduces marketing fatigue and increases customer engagement and relatability.
