Great password tool
What do you like best about the product?
I love that my passwords are protected and easy to access.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really nothing I don't like. It's such a well built platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Remembering multiple passwords, relying on platforms like Facebook to log in to sites -- and then being vulnerable when those sites are hacked.
Simple yet powerful password vault
What do you like best about the product?
Simple and easy to use password protection. Excellent browser add-in support. Tinley and easy to intsall updates.
Have never had an issue with the product
Have never had an issue with the product
What do you dislike about the product?
No much to dislike. Sometimes does not pick-up username from website. However I noticed that is more an issue with the website than 1 password.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure password management.
1password for Mac is the best.
What do you like best about the product?
This app is working pretty well, I use it for years on many computers. Can't live without it !!
What do you dislike about the product?
Work perfectly, there is nothing I dislike
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Workflow is faster, I have nearly 2 000 passwords to manage for my accounts and clients.
An essential app
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless ease of use, regular updates and faultless performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web plugin occasionally looses contact with 1 password mini.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure, unique passwords wherever they are needed.
Silky smooth user experience
What do you like best about the product?
The usability. You can tell the AgileBits team has agonized over every click, every UI element in an effort to create the more intuitive, frictionless experience for the user. They made this with love.
What do you dislike about the product?
I've noticed that my iOS app sometimes has trouble finding saved websites based on a text search. I've talked to AgileBits about this but it's really hard to troubleshoot because of the Zero Knowledge model (that is, AgileBits has no access to your data and is completely reliant on you reproducing the problem and describing it). I find that quitting the app and researching solves the problem... It's likely an indexing issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We share common passwords at work with 1Password for Teams and I use this personally (1Password for Families). It makes handling shared passwords and making sure the passwords' strength is high a breeze.
Some of the best software I've ever used, with caveats
What do you like best about the product?
AgileBits frequently updates the software. It works seamlessly with my workflow, including browser and mobile support, as well as taking advantage of features like TouchID on the phone. It is increasingly recognized as an authentication provider by apps in my ecosystem, so it gets better every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even the Pro version of the Android app only allows access to one vault, whereas the iOS version lets you sync multiple vaults. Also, the Windows user experience is ATROCIOUS, compared to the MacOS one. I recommended this to everyone I knew, but eventually had to stop recommending it to Windows users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This solves the problem of people losing their passwords, as well as mitigating the risks of stale or weak passwords constructed by users.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I got in when it was still available as a standalone product. They have moved to a cloud-based hosting/pricing model, probably to compete with LastPass. It seems okay, but not as good as the standalone version, IMO.
Indispensable! Cannot live without!
What do you like best about the product?
the fact that the 1Password gang relentlessly works towards improving the product and spreading it as far and wide as possible!
I just moved to linux and found tony surprise that 1Password already has basic support there via 1Password X. i know it’s just a matter of time before it catches up to its Mac sibling.

Best money I ever spent
What do you like best about the product?
It's not quite true that I only have to remember one password. I have to remember 2: one for work passwords and one for personal. But I have over 800 secrets that I *don't* have to remember, so that's a huge win.
It is a huge weight off my mind to have all those accounts using unique, long, randomly-generated passwords. When information on one of my accounts is leaked in a data breach (which has happened several times) I know that 1) I have a little bit of time to change the password because it's not easy to brute-force and 2) none of my other accounts will be compromised when that password is revealed.

What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile Safari doesn't support plugins, so there is no way to automatically enter passwords on my iPhone. Some sites support 1Password directly, which is convenient, but most don't so using it on mobile almost always involves copy/paste. The built-in browser is fine, but it's hard to get to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work at in software development, and make extensive use of cloud services. 1Password makes it easy for my team to handle basic security procedures in even though we have a lot of disconnected accounts provided by many different companies. We don't need single sign-on, because we can manage many accounts.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get an account, so you can sync passwords between devices.
A great solution to the password conundrum
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and mindless logins to all my sites. The software generates passwords for me and I don't have to remember them. And I love the auto-fill for credit cards, address, email. Very handy for filling out forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to go through the 1Password browser to access the website. Any sites I've accessed through 1Password that have video content do not function properly. I have to enter 1Password and copy and paste the login onto a regular browser. I would prefer an add-on to my existing browser.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
None. Not using 1Passwordfor business. Required questions below related to industry are not valid.
Secure and convenient solution
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is a great tool that helps me with everyday personal and business activities. I love that developers tend to keep the app up to date with current technologies and trends and that it is always secure and I can trust AgileBits with my data.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a lot I can dislike. All bugs tend to be fixed very quickly. The only thing that is on my mind is how 1Password handled the transfer from version licences to SAAS, but even that was eventually resolved in favour of customers who lost out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Secure handling of my password, we stopped using shared passwords and now we use unique and safe passwords for every app, website and account.
