Best password management ever
What do you like best about the product?
How easy it is to use, never experienced any glitches or errors in using it
What do you dislike about the product?
Seems a little expensive but the value is clearly there!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So much easier to keep my passwords stored safely
Recommendations to others considering the product:
This is much better than LastPass
Great product, powerful and useful.
What do you like best about the product?
1PW is a dependable, super-convenient cross-platform, password manager. Can't really live without it these days. I can use it at work and home, and sign in on any number of devices. It has a ton of storage and works on basically every OS and platform out there. There's even a travel mode for securely passing dodgy borders and ability to create different secure enclaves for different aspects of work, or individuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot. It makes you realise how big your online attack surface is. It is occasionally a pain to pick out the exact password you need once you have thousands in there, but if you are careful about adding the site and other metadata this isn't much of a problem. Before 1Password had their own cloud storage it was a pain to sync across OSs but this is now fixed
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have unique passwords for every site I visit, so a breach in one place isn't the crisis it could well otherwise be. It's also super useful for storing important information, passport numbers, bank accounts, that sort of thing. As an admin, I can provision different password vaults for different team members and also have the ability to reset accounts if things go really bad. I can also ensure that my team aren't using weak passwords (super valuable) and identify breaches in sites that my team have accounts with. Taken together this is really a great enterprise security product, in some ways it becomes the cornerstone of digital security at an org.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you watch the videos and have a play around with the advanced features to make your life easier. Make a dummy account that has no secure information in it and learn to wipe, restore, and reset. Be sure to install it on a variety of platforms to ensure you understand the set-up and deletion procedures and make sure that you really get to know the abilities of the product with respect to all the different types of data it can hold in different ways. Ensure that your team understand the integrations with browser and particularly mobile operating systems.
1Password is great
What do you like best about the product?
Passwords are safely stored and can be shared with other people. Easily manage who has access to each password, easy to onboard and off board people.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be nice if the browser integration supported login with the Touch Bar, like safari does.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sharing passwords safely, on boarding and off boarding people easily.
Great for business use
What do you like best about the product?
I like 1Password can sync between different devices and accounts, so my passwords are always accessible for my team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be costly for big companies, but it worth it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Make sure, that all my passwords are safe and different between different services and proper people in company have access to them.
1Pass is pretty great!
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it's very simple to access all passwords in one place, and to share log in information with my colleagues. The chrome plug in is honestly the most useful piece of software that I use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's difficult to figure out how to access the password generator and other features at times. I mainly use the chrome plugin and I'm unsure sometimes of how to update some passwords and access some features. We also use multiple salesforce instances and 1Pass sometimes gets confused and tries to log me into the wrong instance. Other times, when resetting a password, 1Pass sometimes updates the wrong Salesforce account password so I have to then manually reset and update the password again.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team is able to more seamlessly access the products and services we use. I am also able to be much quicker when working with clients since I don't have to manually log in to the sites I frequently use when completing my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give it a try, but make sure to take the time to learn everything 1Password can do!
Simple to use and reliable password manager! What more could you ask for?
What do you like best about the product?
It's reliable and simple to use. Whether it's the mobile app or desktop app, I know it'll do the job! Great offering of features for a password manager, the OTP feature has been a go-to for me! The support team is also top notch whenever I've needed their help!
What do you dislike about the product?
Minor issues with the browser extension not working because of permissions, but nothing major to cause me any major frustrations. No issues with the desktop app! Individual permissions in a team vault would be ideal!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing passwords for both work and at home. It's more secure than Apple/Google keychain and the instant login always helps!
1Password Makes Password Management Sane
What do you like best about the product?
The need for an effective and secure password manager, has only increased over the years. 1Password is a fantastic solution for guiding, and enabling users to best practices in securing their accounts.
In addition, the use of a password manager provides relief from cognitive load, both in "remembering" multiple passwords and keeping them unique and characterized by high entropy. The slick integration to Windows, MacOS & IOS, Android, and even Linux through 1passwordX, reduces the irritation of repetitive logins in the browser and makes the whole process much more bearable and secure.
The management console is great for teams, and the "all in" approach that agile bits offers by making 1password available for personal use to the families of business account holders is a wonderful breath of fresh air and makes this a user-focused all-around solution!
Being able to share encrypted secrets of any kind to other users of the team is a blessing, saving hours chasing down supportable, user-comprehensible solutions for encryption.
The "Domain Breach Report" and Watchtower features give both a view from the "Crows Nest " about the 1password user's account security, and the Watchtower features keep tabs on credential quality, and possible need to update passwords in a users' collection of credentials.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are problems with the 1password browser extension communicating with the System-based Application, but this is easily remedied, by a browser restart.
There is a bit of complexity for beginning users, but these complexities can later become great features.

1Password makes the re-provisioning and onboarding of replacement devices a breeze in a SAAS-rich modern internet environment!

We use 1Password as company for 3 years and are a satisfied customer
What do you like best about the product?
That every employee in the company can have a private vault, but we also have shared vaults, where we can control which Group of employees have access to that. That makes it very easy to manage secure information as a company and provide every employee a secure tool. The features are constantly improving and the UX is easy to understand and follow. Also the feature to alarm me when a password is reused with another entry is quite nice and helps to avoid using the same password again.
What do you dislike about the product?
The browser plugin is sometimes not really working correctly and not suggesting the credentials for a website even if all seems to be setup correctly (username, password and URL). But this happens only sometimes. Also the user management has to be done via the web interface, can't be done via the Mac application. Would be nice to have that additionally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solve the issue that every employee has to use several accounts and has to have secure credentials for all those. 1Password enables us to require this from employees and giving them a tool at hand that they can manage this. Also we can share private information via shared vaults in different teams within the company.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
As a company admin I can recommend to choose 1Password. It's easy to setup and administrate. Also quite easy to understand for new employees that join the company, so the Onboarding ist fast and theres not really any additional training necessary.
Great password manager for teams of any size!
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use. Cant get any easier. It's just a simple way to share a single login too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say customizable colour scheme would be a great addition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved the security aspects that everyone cares about. We realized that havinga unified password manager is key to success.
1Password has made our lives easier and more secure! Shared vaults have been a game changer
What do you like best about the product?
Shared Vaults is the most used feature by our team, with a few button clicks you can confidently share credentials with other team members.
OTP storage has made using 2FA super easy - also losing 2FA codes when moving phones is no longer an issue.
Multi-device apps and browser plugin makes using 1Password across devices super simple
Password generation and autosave on sign up is super seamless
The variety of items you can store ie credit cards, IDs, docs.
Watchtower gives us a good overview of password vulnerability for ourselves but also across the company domain

What do you dislike about the product?
Teams to Business is quite a big price change especially for a smaller company that would like the extra features
iPhone experience still seems a bit clunky ie you can't see a list of all your passwords easily
I find it quite difficult to link passwords to their apps on mobile devices so I have to manually find the logins
I'm forever recovery my team's accounts when they lose their master passwords and secret keys. A self-service option would be great to have for them.
