What do you like best about the product?
The peace of mind that comes from knowing all of my most important information is in one place - that my most trusted people can access quickly and easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all websites interact it the same way - which isn't 1 Password's fault. So, it takes some tinkering to accurately name the Login Name. But that's pretty minor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I started consulting for a healthcare company, they were passing around a Word doc with all the passwords to everything on it. Now, 1Password (for business) allows us to securely maintain passwords to many, many applications - without anyone having to really "remember" anything.
Best password manager I've ever used
What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to integrate with a lot of other apps across plenty of devices. Plus the grouping feature lets me order my password for different environments such as Personal Passwords and Work Passwords, for example.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course, if you don't have internet, you can't access your passwords. And I've heard people complaining about security concerns making it difficult to use, but I can't disagree more.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Software Engineer I've tried lots of softwares maybe once or twice years ago and forgot the password. Later, when I wanted to use them again I'd have to reset the password and that's a bummer. Now with 1pass that is not a problem no more.
And of course I have LOTS of accounts not linked with any of my social networks, so now I don't even have to worry about remember them.

1Password surpasses another most prominent competing service in every way.
What do you like best about the product?
The addition of the secret key makes a breach similar to their major competitor highly unlikely or impossible. Beyond that additional layer of trust, the apps function smoothly, quickly, and is great looking to boot. What's there not to like here?
What do you dislike about the product?
It's more money than some other solutions. Not quite as deep integration options for enterprise than another market leader.

Securely storing passwords for ourselves and our customers with a high degree of trust required by them. This enables us to easily store and access all highly privileged information for the delivery of technical IT services.

The secure model, automatic provisioning and leveraging unlock with othe SSO options enhances the access and use of the product.

1Password is unmatched!
What do you like best about the product?
1Password is secure but not sophisticatedly complex. It saves me a lot of time and gives me peace of mind. Sharing information and managing my personal and work information securely has never been so easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I currently don't have any dislikes about 1Password. The chrome extension and 1Password 8 client for Mac have been great with all the recent feature updates to the user interface with business level services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1Password is our primary password manager and secrets management tool for sharing critical information across our agency. Benefits include secure, simple, and efficient account/login service management.

The clients are good, cross-platform and have powerful CLI and scripting capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to call this a dislike, but compared to our previous solution, the policies are very basic and can't be applied to subsets of accounts.

1password is a robust enterprise password management solution that allows us to easily and securly share passwords within our organization. We have also begun to utilize the secrets management to enable us to keep passwords out of configuration files and give more flexibility to dev->prod rollouts of configurations.

Whether I'm using my desktop, laptop, smartphone, or tablet, I can effortlessly synchronize my data and have it readily available whenever I need it.

Not so easy to setup domain authentication
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team uses a lot of shared accounts, this ensures we can safely store passwords and not worry too much. We also utilize the domain breach notification system.
