What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me the most about DinMo is how seamlessly it connects to our existing data warehouse (BigQuery), thanks to its composable architecture. The setup process was smooth and intuitive, and the platform itself is extremely user-friendly—even for those without a technical background. Their customer support during onboarding was outstanding; they were always available and truly helped us get everything up and running quickly. DinMo also offers all the necessary features for creating meaningful customer segments and activating data efficiently. It’s a reliable and forward-thinking solution that makes customer data activation much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks. If I had to mention something, it would be that since the tool is still evolving, there are occasional small UX quirks or features that could be enhanced—but the team is very responsive to feedback, and improvements are ongoing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DinMo helps us activate customer data across our marketing stack by connecting directly to our data warehouse (BigQuery). Before using DinMo, it was challenging to turn raw data into actionable segments without relying heavily on engineering resources. Now, we can easily build and manage dynamic customer segments and push them to various marketing platforms without writing any code.
