Highlights
Sync data from your warehouse to any destination platform
AWS Marketplace now accepts line of credit payments through the PNC Vendor Finance program. This program is available to select AWS customers in the US, excluding NV, NC, ND, TN, & VT.
Pricing is based on the duration and terms of your contract with the vendor. This entitles you to a specified quantity of use for the contract duration. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before it ends, access to these entitlements will expire.
Additional AWS infrastructure costs may apply. Use the AWS Pricing Calculator to estimate your infrastructure costs.
You choose between two contract tiers based on how much customer data you activate. The Business tier covers up to 1 million contacts and connects to 4 destinations. The Professional tier raises capacity to 5 million active contacts and removes the limit on destinations. Pricing scales by the number of contacts you manage and how many tools you sync data to. Both are sold as fixed-term contracts, so you commit to a tier that matches your contact volume and integration needs.
Top-of-mind questions for buyers
What counts as one contact for billing under each tier?
A contact is a customer profile the platform activates from your data warehouse. The Business tier meters up to 1 million such contacts. The Professional tier meters up to 5 million active contacts. Contacts stay in your own data infrastructure; the platform syncs and counts them for activation.
What is a destination, and how does that limit differ between tiers?
A destination is a marketing or business tool you sync audience data to, such as ad platforms or a CRM. The Business tier connects to 4 destinations. The Professional tier removes that cap, so you can add unlimited destinations without hitting a connection limit.
What drives cost between the two tiers — contacts or destinations?
Both metrics define each tier together. The Business tier caps contacts at 1 million and destinations at 4. The Professional tier raises contacts to 5 million and lifts the destination cap. You pick the tier when either your contact volume or your number of connected tools grows.

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about DinMo is the outstanding availability and proactive follow-up from their team. The platform offers a remarkably simple adoption process, even for non-technical users who want to get involved. Most importantly, DinMo helps free up valuable time for data teams, allowing them to focus on strategic initiatives rather than repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this stage, I don’t see any major drawbacks. The platform is constantly evolving, which is great, but it does require staying informed about new features and updates.

What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of the tool was done very quickly, as the setup is very simple. The DinMo team was very present to support us by advising us on best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is still under development, so some features are not yet available. The team wants to reassure us by saying that many of our requests are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Allowed us to avoid having our data engineers develop connectors to various activation locations internally. The time-to-market is incredibly faster.
- The alerting function, to tell us there is a problem with our data warehouse > DinMo flows. We didn't have this before on our internally developed connectors, and had left empty flows running for several months.
- Simple tool that allows marketing teams to be more autonomous in creating segments and activating them quickly.
- If a data point is not available in the data model connected to DinMo, we have the option to create calculated fields directly in the interface. This way, a non-tech person can create new data without needing a data engineer.
