Quick setup and close support
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of the tool was done very quickly because the setup is very simple. The DinMo team was very present to support us by advising us on best practices.
What do you dislike about the product?
The solution is still under development, so some features are not yet available. The team wants to be reassuring by telling us that many of our requests are on the roadmap.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- It allowed us to avoid having our data engineers develop connectors to various activation points internally. The time-to-market is incredibly faster.
- The alerting function, to tell us there is a problem with our data warehouse > DinMo flows. We didn't have this before with our internally developed connectors, and we had left empty flows running for several months.
- A simple tool that allows marketing teams to take control and be more autonomous in creating segments and activating them quickly.
- If a piece of data is not available in the data model connected to DinMo, we have the option to create calculated fields directly in the interface. This way, a non-tech person can create new data without needing a data engineer.

What do you like best about the product?
The platform is easy to configure, whether for connecting data sources or media platforms, even for marketers.
The interface is quick to learn, so you can create audiences in no time at all, without having to wait too long for them to appear on the platforms.

There is nothing I dislike about Dinmo, I am really satisfied. It helps win a lot of time and simplify process

Centralize data sources and empower segmentation
DinMo's services were a game-changer, provided seamless integrations and very user friendly.
What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integrations, easy user segment data activations, user-friendly platform and amazing customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Complex event segments are a bit more difficult to activate and requires data science / engineering support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reduces the number of engineering hours needed to set up APIs to pass info into Ad-Platforms. This saves us a lot of resourcing hours and allows us to focus more on the marketing efforts.

What do you like best about the product?
What I prefer about DinMo is the simplicity of data activation without relying on technical teams. The native connection to the data warehouse and the turnkey connectors (Google Ads, Meta, Criteo, Braze...) allow for real-time segment synchronization, while the no-code interface makes analysis and personalization accessible to everyone. The team responds quickly to specific requests, making them an agile partner for our marketing campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
DinMo already requires having a data infrastructure in place, which can be a hindrance for companies less mature on this subject. However, the team remains very responsive to feedback and the tool is evolving very quickly. Some advanced features are not yet available or are under development, which can limit usage for very specific needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
DinMo solves the major problem of customer data activation by removing the dependency on technical teams to connect our data warehouse to marketing and CRM tools. With its ready-to-use connectors and intuitive interface, it is possible to create and synchronize audience segments in no-code to platforms like Meta Ads or Google Ads. This allows us to launch campaigns more quickly, keep our audiences always up to date, and optimize our targeting. By making marketing teams autonomous, DinMo accelerates decision-making, improves the return on investment of our campaigns, and promotes smoother collaboration between data and business teams. It is a key tool for fully leveraging the value of our data.

- Very fast implementation which allows generating an ROI from the first weeks of use by starting with simple use cases

Some connectors that were missing at the start were quickly added upon request.

DinMo allows you to synchronize all first-party data and activate it on ad platforms, in CRM, etc., in order to improve the return on investment of paid campaigns and the performance of the email channel in particular.

Nothing so far – it’s been smooth and efficient from day one.

What do you like best about the product?
What impressed me the most about DinMo is how seamlessly it connects to our existing data warehouse (BigQuery), thanks to its composable architecture. The setup process was smooth and intuitive, and the platform itself is extremely user-friendly—even for those without a technical background. Their customer support during onboarding was outstanding; they were always available and truly helped us get everything up and running quickly. DinMo also offers all the necessary features for creating meaningful customer segments and activating data efficiently. It’s a reliable and forward-thinking solution that makes customer data activation much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven’t encountered any major drawbacks. If I had to mention something, it would be that since the tool is still evolving, there are occasional small UX quirks or features that could be enhanced—but the team is very responsive to feedback, and improvements are ongoing.

DinMo helps us activate customer data across our marketing stack by connecting directly to our data warehouse (BigQuery). Before using DinMo, it was challenging to turn raw data into actionable segments without relying heavily on engineering resources. Now, we can easily build and manage dynamic customer segments and push them to various marketing platforms without writing any code.
