Wonderful made my prospecting 100% more effective
What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very easy to use and makes it easy to search. Wish my CRM system was this easy to use. Also, contacts are updated and not out of date like alot of prospecting tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish you could search just by City and not by the metro area. However, it is nice because you're able to search by zip code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making my life easier and able to get the correct contact information.

What do you like best about the product?
Data is up to date compared to other data sources that I have used. Their interface and ability to mesh will with Salesforce is a big plus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
The process for building a list could use some more customization items, but that is fairly nitpicky
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data sources and territory building for Marketing/Sales. I have been able to reach prospects and clients that other data sources may not have lead me to.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are in sales/marketing and looking for some of the most up-to-date prospect data, this is one of the best sources to use. They are very prompt on updating their data frequently and scrubbing out bad data.
Use it as much as you can.

This product is User friendly and reliable when i comes to contact the right person in a company.
What do you dislike about the product?
The design of the page. (colors, old looking website) But other than that very effective.

The ability to find potential contacts and narrow it down to email and phone numbers

A lot of the contacts are not recent and some of them are even overseas even though they say it's in the location you selected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am attempting to contact them as potential leads for clients.

The number of contacts and direct lines.
What do you dislike about the product?
I come across old/bad contacts pretty frequently. I wouldn't necessarily that this issue is worth their product though. It's just part of the business to not be able to have perfect information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They've been our source for 98% of the contacts we have in Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is extremely easy to use. The database is very extensive and you can use a suppression list to avoid duplicates.
What do you dislike about the product?
I sometimes find that the email address or phone numbers are off, but that doesn't happen very often. Their accuracy is very good!

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to find phone numbers for prospects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I use the tool in a limited context, so I don't have any major complaints. The data isn't always perfect, but that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo helps me solve the problem of finding accurate contact information for the prospects I would like to call. I have had a much higher rate of reaching people using the tool.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You can do a trial period first to see if the tool is helpful. This was good for our team. We have not used the Salesforce integration much, but it looks like it would be really helpful for prospecting. My team uses a couple different tools to find contact information for companies that we want to call on, and I have found that it is helpful to have multiple sources to go to. If our other data source doesn't have a prospect's number, Zoominfo may likely have it.

The comprehensiveness of their database.

Their contract and pricing structure is very confusing.

Identifying org charts and finding e-mail addresses to include into e-mail campaigns

Accuracy of NA contact data, org charts and ability to segment data. Daily alerts is a good feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Size of database is increasing but still smaller compared to few other platforms

Finding relevant contacts at new companies in our target market, scrubbing some existing contacts

Getting access to right contacts is only piece of the puzzle and DiscoverOrg does that reasonably well but don't expect it to solve all your challenges in penetrating new market segments and customer accounts

What do you like best about the product?
DiscoverOrg is definitely a staple for my everyday business requirements. The fact that I am able to login and easily find the Company information I am looking for drastically reduces my time doing research. The interface is easy to use and integrates smoothly into our Sales Force. Most importantly, the information is ACCURATE and detailed. Two thumbs up!!
What do you dislike about the product?
As DiscoverOrg grows, I look forward to seeing a wider range of Companies listed. Sometimes I do log on and am unable to find the company I am looking for. Also, I am unaware of when a contact within an organization is updated. Is there a way to see how long they have been in that position/ with the Company?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major issue DiscoverOrg solves for would be cutting in half the time it takes me to research and input a contact into our CRM. With a click of a button I can seamlessly upload, Company info, names and titles to our system. This cuts my data entry time in HALF! This is my go too for my everyday work!
