What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to navigate through companies, contacts, and target accounts on ZoomInfo—it's very user-friendly! The mobile app is also a great feature, allowing me to access and find contacts while on the road. I particularly love the filtering capabilities, which make it easy to focus on specific buying groups, industries, and contacts in certain locations. I also enjoy the chrome extension as it takes fewer clicks to access contact/company info when browsing LinkedIn or customer websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently, while making cold calls, a prospect informed me that I had left a voicemail on his daughter's cell phone due to their shared plan. I've observed that the quality of the information, including recent phone numbers and email addresses, is occasionally inaccurate or missing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo enables me to quickly create call lists, understand company buying groups, and find the right contacts. This helps me accelerate my sales cycle and avoid wasting time on the wrong contacts.

What do you like best about the product?
A familiar request @ our company involved my supervisor telling me about a potential target prospect. They're not in our CRM. First place I go is Zoominfo. With a few clicks, I can pull the company's contact info into our CRM, and find a handful of potential stakeholders to follow up with. How did we do sales before Zoominfo? ;-)
What do you dislike about the product?
While "blocking and tackling" in Zoominfo is simple, it feels like going any deeper requires a major commitment. I don't have the time to devote a chunk of a day/week to learning a new tool, so it would be great to have access to a "Quick Start Guide" of sorts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work in a very mature industry, but my employer is a newer brand. We don't have the years of contact data that our competitors do. Zoominfo helps level the playing field in that way.

What do you like best about the product?
The tight integration between the database of potential buyers and the suspect/prospect engagement side. It's also very simple to get started with the knowledge database of tutorials, videos, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes a while to learn all of the nuanced capabilities of ZoomInfo because it's so deep
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an SMB, it bridges the integration gaps between ICP identification, suspect/prospect identification, and engagement.

What do you like best about the product?
Being a cloud infrastructure professional, I especially like how ZoomInfo has its platform easily synched with other applications. It is very useful to help build the revenue pipeline by giving out the right information on leads. The guidelines of use are well laid out and this means even those employees who are new to the organization can quickly learn how to use the solution. What I’ve learnt is that the platform aids in the organisation of our information gather which is very vital in the management of our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I have found difficult is the credibility of some of the contact information, because at times the information is old or wrong. However, one of the drawbacks is that the platform could be quite confusing with such a large amount of information that sometimes it is hard to find certain information at the first sight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem of getting the right contacts and the challenge of getting to them is what ZoomInfo is solving.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that there is a lot of data on here to pretty much every company out there. I use it everyday and they have great customer support with any questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
99% of the information is accurate and it has a lot of features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very helpful to be able to see when someone opens an email and having it show you essentially what emails have higher opening rates than others. Being able to research to see if a contact is still at a company is also very valuable. Finding insights that are not as obvious as well such as if they are currently growing. Being able to have a quick and simple snap shot gives you greater insight into what to work off of when having a conversation.

I only give Ease of use a 6 out of 7 because there is so much that it can be overwhelming at first but that's just the trade-off for being so feature-rich in a product.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo Sales allows for sourcing contact data while easily integrating with CRM and prospecting tools to ease sales workflow and increase connect rates.
What do you dislike about the product?
Cost is one of the highest in the industry which makes it a difficult expense to justify with competitors offering similar products at a fraction of the cost.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bulk importing customer data, updated contact info, and seamless integration with other tech stack tools.

they have broden their outreach, now you can easily find database from UAE, Saudi Arabia and most parts of Africa

with correction in the revenue, the email address and cell phone numbers are also corrected

Humongous database, they are well versed with the data, the AI enabded portal have helped us integrate and get intent to the CRM

too much to ask from Zoominfo, keep updating the database, I know how challenging it is.
