Zoominfo - best sales tool in the bag!
What do you like best about the product?
Information - today info is king. To find information quickly, easily and track my progress is so easy inside ZoomInfo. Hardly a day goes by when I don't use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information is outdated. This is only a small percentage. But the tool has a way to notify ZoomInfo so they can look to update it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding the right person to evaluate my product is always a challenge. Now having the ability to reach out to multiple people at once inside an organization is a huge time-saver.
Does the job well, easy to use and updates continually
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy access to senior execs in specific fields takes away a lot of heavy lifting for my sales team finding the right people with contact details
What do you dislike about the product?
Search very long winded, woud like to see an AI working here, tell them what you want which area and go

Helps get straight to the right people even in huge organisations

The most helpful aspect of ZoomInfo Sales is the ability to refine your search as much as needed to ensure that you reach the proper contacts, maximizing your sales potential.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, the software can take time to load. It can be slow and sometimes require a restart before opening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo is contantly working on their software, keeping it up to date and incorporating any new, helpful sales technology.

Great Way to Reach Your Target Audience
What do you like best about the product?
If you're having trouble reaching your target audience or any key personnel, the app at least gives you a fighting chance to get your job/the job done.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I disliked was that the database doesn't get updated often enough.

We had an issue with CRM integration and our CS rep got it handled for us.

Prospect and company informations are updated frequently and have been smoothlessly integrated with our CRM tool, which saves alot of time
What do you dislike about the product?
Data we export most of the time has around 10% of dead leads or I can say outdated or inaccurate

The quality of data is great compare to other vendors, it suffice the problem of not able to have data

Been handy to use for the research, pleasure to be using Zoominfo for couple of years for prospecting, deriving phone numbers and the personal email id's as well

so far they have been doing a great job on able to not loose any customer
