Find the right customers.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to "Zoom" in on the specific market I'm targeting. I'm able to hone my searches down to the Manager/Supervisor level if I want and search a small area rather than a major Metro.
Setup and Customer Service/support has been great. Very intuitive and we've been able to quickly get answers and assistance when building our searches. The system itself is very intuitive and easy to implement.
We use Salesforce for our CRM and Zoominfo seamlessly integrates into the platform. We were quite amazed with the integration and how customers and companies that predate our Zoominfo implementation pop up in Zoominfo with info we previously didn't have.

My team and I use Zoominfo daily. The reporting capability makes tracking our progress a breeze. The entire team is so pleased with the product.
What do you dislike about the product?
Searching a market like Real Estate, it's hard to narrow the search to the specific players you want to reach. But the wide-net cast by Zoominfo does get your right customer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Narrowing our lead search to make marketing more effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, user friendly and quick, instact information.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times the contact details are not correct / recent e.g. email address, direct and mobile numbers.
It would be better if the direct numbers, and mobiles numbers also get expoerted at the time we export cantacts from Zoom to Salesforce.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting relevant contact and their details in accordance to our services, target leads, lead intellegence, company insights, scoops and planning.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is very easy to use and navigate and has a high percentage of contacts and details that we are looking for, i would say over 90% of the time we find the necessary correct details. You also only use credits for exporting data, which is different to other providers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally hard to find European contact details, a greater coverage of this would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We especially use Zoominfo for contact details whilst prospecting and some buying intent.

What do you like best about the product?
I use it every day to get prospect's information. It also integrates into our CRM and helps export contacts within seconds. I wouldn't be able to do my job without it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I only really use the plugin on linkedin. I don't use the actual zoominfo console view because it feels a little too complicated. Our marketing team uses it well, so for campaigns they handle it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me gather information on our clients quickly and enables me to do my job better.

What do you like best about the product?
In my experience as a business development representative, working out of an office and primarily connecting with customers over the phone or email, ZoomInfo is a game changer. I use this at least once a day. Tracking down reliable contat information is so important, and the WebSights feature is especially helpful. The whole experience is super intuitive. Administrators are always available. 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that ZoomInfo sometimes doesn't have a ton of information regarding smaller businesses, though this is most likely just because those businesses have less of an internet presence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They save me the time it usually takes to call a business and ask for the shipping department, now I have a name and contact info for that department immeciately.

What do you like best about the product?
We utilize Zoominfo for all of our internal and external business development within the organization, very easy to use after initial training and more often than not the information in correct and factual.
What do you dislike about the product?
Do not have a dislike for it, if I was being picky maybe the layout could flow better, going from one functionality to another, but other than that hard to pinpoint a dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo gives us valuable information about our buying clientele and the ability to search for relevant contact details for them.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the contacts that I need to connect with, instead of trying to find a needle in a haystack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Companies that do not have contacts. I wish this would be filled.

It is helping me find the right contacts to connect with.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo sales is my #1 prospecting tool. Besides our CRM, ZoomInfo is easily the most active application I utilize on a day to day basis. Not only does it have robust contact information available for every company & industry, it also provides insights into prospects that is incredibly valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
Employee counts, active employees & technology data can be innacurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales is solving the problem of manually prospecting via LinkedIn/Google and consolidating the necesarry information into one easy to digest & navigate platform. The ability to access data immedietly that would otherwise take hours to compile is invaluable in the prospecting process

What do you like best about the product?
I like how expandable and customizable Zoominfo is for every sales rep here. A little tweak here and there will open up thousands of new prospects that fall right under our desired clientelle.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside I can think of is that there a quite a few instances where the prospect is no longer with the company or they retired years prior.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo is giving me the exact company roles I am looking for and what makes it great is that I can choose prospects with multiple numbers and emails so I can attempt to reach them multiple ways.
