Zoominfo Sales greatly enhances lead generation and sales intelligence.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about ZoomInfo Sales is its extensive database, which provides comprehensive contact and company information. The most helpful aspect is the advanced search and filtering options, which enable the targeting of potential leads. The advantages of using ZoomInfo Sales include ease of use, improved efficiency in lead generation, and the support it provides to make more informed and strategic sales decisions. Recently, I had some challenges in identifying leads in certain countries.When contacted about this, Zoominfo's customer service team was quick to help overcome the challenges.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about ZoomInfo Sales is the occasional inaccuracy of contact information, which can lead to wasted time and effort. This is mainly due to non-updation of records when contacts move on. The least helpful aspect is the high cost, which may be very high for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo Sales is solving the problem of inefficient lead generation by providing accurate and up-to-date contact and company information. This benefits our team significantly reducing the time spent on research and increasing our ability to connect with the right decision-makers. By leveraging its robust data, we can make more informed decisions, tailor our sales pitches more effectively, and close deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to sort and filter multitude of different options and really focus on a specific industry, location, position title etc. This tool pull an incredible amount of data to start the conversation

I dont have any downsides from my personal experience

It provides the correct contacts I want to communicate with
It's easily the best resource in my toolbox for sales development

It is very easy to upload and manage lists, import contacts to CRM, and find insights to help with outreach & messaging

Sometimes data is inaccurate or old, some issues with bouncebacks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Chrome extension makes it very easy to import new contacts that I find on LinkedIn and send them straight to CRM. Historically, this has been a big pain

The accuracy! i rarley find a mistake with emails or contact numbers.

I dont have any dislikes! There is free training, our rep is always avaialble. I honestly dont have any complaints!

What do you dislike about the product?
While ZoomInfo provides copious amounts of information, sometimes its accuracy lets it down. It contains some information that is outdated or, worse, wrong. Most importantly, its pricing is on the higher side, and therefore, the price factor can work as a constraint for small businesses or startups. The interface should be instinctively designed to provide a better experience.

What do you like best about the product?
Excellent product, even better customer service. Integrates seemlessly into Salesforce and saves us time and money.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little to dislike about ZI. If anything it can be difficult to keep up with all of the innovations and new features that they roll out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding time to market bu collapsing our research cycle. Keeping accounts and contacts current is invaluable.
Aggressive Sales, Passive Customer Success
What do you like best about the product?
The product set we've leveraged are decent. They're providing us the ability to acquire contact information that is helpful us propel our own sales process forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
Chorus is lacking. It's difficult to leverage data in a way that is meaningful without combing through every individual transcript. Everything appears to be done at a "Topic" level, which is too broad/vague to really make things interesting.
Sales process was aggressive, products were marketed to be more than they actually are. They're still good, just not as good as we were led to believe.
Support process is not good. I made some requests 3 weeks, and thus far none of my support items have been addressed and in some circumstances, I've been completely ignored.. There's no good reason that I should have to push this hard for support.

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo has incredibly valuable, easy to access, real-time data about companies and individuals within those companies that can help targeted prospecting. It's simple to set filters and parameters based on the verticals you're focusing on and set up update emails to alert you when new data is available.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many options it can be overwhelming initially, to determine how to best find the content you need. However, there are valuable trainings and account managers to assist and answer many of the questions that come up.

It's helping our company locate leads, determine industry trends and access contact information for decision makers.

What do you like best about the product?
At Elite Printing and Packaging, we have used other software but have had the best experience with ZoomInfo Sales & Engage. It makes it so much easier to find quality leads, while supplying who has visited our website.
What do you dislike about the product?
Does not have a CRM within the software.

Better leads, with quicker responses from leads.
