Zoom Info gets the job done

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and we are able to find new info on prospects we have never had info on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the data is inaccurate. There will be wrong phone numbers and very old data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm able to gain insight on prospects and go in warm which is a huge benefit.

What do you like best about the product?
The best part about ZoomInfo for me is the ability to retrieve someone's direct phone line when prospecting. This helps in 2 ways. It saves me time from going through phones trees and I have a much higher chance of connecting with that person over the phone rather than leaving or a voicemail. It's also extremely easy to go to someone's LinkedIn, click the ZoomInfo button and bam, you have their direct line (most of the time) and their email)
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I run into the issue of getting someone else's phone number or not receiving the correct email address. I'd say this is 10% of the time. I also wish ZoomInfo would let me know if a number was someone's personal cell phone or desk phone at the office. I'm sure that would be difficult but it would be helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For my role, we're saving lots of time and getting much more accurate contact info than we were before with free plug-in apps like Hunter for LinkedIn. I've realized I can get through my calls much quicker in a day and connect with prospects more often on the phone, leading to an increase in sales and hitting quota.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the best thing about ZoomInfo is how user friendly it is, its very easy to search and find what you're looking for.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the information may be outdated or incomplete, but that's with any software

Adding new contacts to reach out to and get an increase in sales

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to easily find direct contacts and filter searches for multiple companies at one point. Also, easy to use when exporting data
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, the only thing that would be better is to break down subsidiaries under top parent companies
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am solving the tedious work of having to gain referrals and obtain direct phone numbers manually. It saves a lot of time for more strategic operations. Also, saves time building org charts and figuring out responsibility matrix

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using discoverorg due to the fact of being able to locate triggers and opp alerts. This allows me to be able to build my pipeline. I also enjoy using the opportunity alerts-- this allows me to have insight into the company prior to picking up the phone.

Having accurate information is key to a role in marketing. With their data being accurate I am able to have more successful conversations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we were able to have more HR contact and the LOB
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to connect with the prospect without searching for their DD or email. This helps me save time when working.

What do you like best about the product?
Discoverorg's Information on projects and infrastructure i found was the most important feature it offers. I used this to position my complimenting software based around the projects or initiatives the prospect was planning over a given time period.
What do you dislike about the product?
DiscoverOrg does not have any program for individuals. Their minimum program is for 5 users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Understanding beyond just a contact name and title, what the business is focused on for projects that I can possibly market into the prospect with or for.

very intuitive use for one-off contact finds

Hard to bulk export, limited data to work with and inaccuracy of search. wish there was an option to search based on past or current company to eliminate older contacts

Everyday I log into my discover org account and see the top highlighted updates for my target accounts. Can it get any easier than that? I think not!
