Pretty good
What do you like best about the product?
Useful for those hard to find emails & phone numbers. Ability to build lists and find new accounts to target based on criteria you specify, and easy sharing to Salesforce to cut our manual effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not obvious on every screen how to report data that is incorrect. Numbers are frequently labeled as a direct dial but are just the main number.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've found new businesses to target as well as contact info for specific contacts I would like to reach out to more effectively.
Good Data Tool to Enrich Database
What do you like best about the product?
Large database with direct salesforce integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some info is outdated, like ex-employees or incorrect phone number/addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enriching Accounts with Contact Data.
Address verification is super easy!
What do you like best about the product?
They help me verify addresses on the 1000-5000 direct mail sends we do a month
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes pulls up personal address instead of business address

Saving money on shipping errors and data Clean up. I share my list of accounts to our marketing ops team who signs in, uploads the csv file and zoominfo fills in addresses we don’t have and verifies/changes the incorrect ones

Ease of use, depth of data available, and easy export!

Some of the data available is outdated and they only do updates periodically

Finding contact information very easily within a company with great company org charts, etc...
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great tool to exports contacts or companies. Organize by territory and also for Account analysis based on your personal specifications such as annual income, # of employees, location, etc....

Ability to search for titles & names within target accounts. Direct dials & emails are normally accurate and it's nice they show the last time they have been validated.

Have not found anything yet that I dislike

Reduce time searching for contact info of prospects and list building.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Run a trial and compare accuracy of results to your current provider and others in the space.
Good for direct dials and emails, not so good for breadth of coverage

When they have contact info, it's usually very accurate. The interface is pretty good too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Limited coverage of non-executive titles. So they might have the CFO, but if you're looking to start lower and work your way up, this might not be the best tool.

Finding direct dials.
A lot of data but not easy to find

Has a great deal of data on companies that are in it's database - some of the companies I deal with (non-profit) don't show up
What do you dislike about the product?
Non-profits don't get listed a lot of the time and when they do the Annual Revenue is way off.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trying to see if a company/prospect is in my territory and revenue range

For contact information it's pretty darn accurate - the importing feature for salesforce is very useful. I can also import into Outreach (mass emailing) which is very nice.

Integration between this and Salesforce is severely lacking. At the end of day for your huge price tag you’re paying for cold leads who aren’t asking to hear from you.
Zoominfo review for recruiting leads - both client and candidate
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo continously updates their database on a daily basis of over 175 million leads and hundreds of thousands of companies of all sizes. Their bots or spiders that crawl the internet do a fantastic job of collecting real time data on those that are included in their database to have a clear view of who they are and how to be reach out to them.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not too much to complain about at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ease of finding top notch candidates for many open positons that I have and the system is very easy to use. Drills down to the nitty gritty of filtering out what you need and don't need. Have been able to have many candidates filled in open positons that have had in the past.
It was great having zoominfo subscription

the accuracy of the mail id and the contact details

the price :-) per subscription. they should plan some packages for smaller companies with 1 subscription
