What do you like best about the product?
Vast database of accurate and up-to-date contact information, company details, and insights, making it invaluable for prospecting and lead generation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally it stops working properly but the team gets it back up and running very quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoom is helping be reach by sales targets monthly by allowing me to find the decision makers so I can reach the right people. It makes my job so much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Although our company subscription is limited, we still have access to one of the most comprehensive sales tools on the market. The filtering capabilities in ZI Sales is unmatched I think. I also enjoy created lists using tagging and also the peace of mind of the "Save & Subscribe" feature. Both those save me so much time whenever I am ready to engage with prospects with a one off email or a salesflow (We also are subscribed to Engage). This has to be one of the best investments Veritas has made in over a decade. I am hoping that when we renew that both G2 and Websights will be added to the bundle. I also love the quick responses to support requests. The support staff is on top of their game at all times and ready to teach. My Account Team is also very attentive and available on demand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates to the platform cause minor glitches at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo solves our need for day to day outreach with purposeful messaging. Our reps are also now able to filter personas quickly and prepare for calll blitzes faster than before.
Easy to Use and a Great Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
We often get incomplete lists or lists that are missing contact or company information and we rely on ZoomInfo to fill in those gaps. The system makes it easy and the files I get back are ready for import to our CRM with minimal manual clean-up needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
With how I use the platform, I have nothing negative to say.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo allows for an improvement in the quality of data we get from outside sources. If the list isn't complete, I can run what I have through ZoomInfo and the information I get back fills in the missing data points for easy import to our CRM.
Most Accurate Contact Info
What do you like best about the product?
The accurate contact info for companies and contacts is a huge asset. A lot of other sales data companies don't update their info and I get a lot of, "oh he/she doesn't work here anymore", or it will be the wrong number for a business. Zoom Info's data is accurate and insights are given on what's happening in the marketplace, creating an all-in-one sales data tool that is very useful for me as a salesperson.
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of views per month can be abottleneck and force me to use other services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find accurate contact information, and the ability to do advanced searches to really hone in on my ICP.
The best way to prospect
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales is very user friendly and accurate. Tons of different options to refine your search and make sure you are finding the right people. I love the fire mail icon to tell which prospects will most likely respond.
What do you dislike about the product?
With such a large database it can be slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo sales is helping our company identify top accounts and prospects. It is helping us diversify our revenue streams
Find the Right People Fast!
What do you like best about the product?
I use ZoomInfo Sales on a daily basis. This tool allows me to search for potential clients and then drill down to specific locations and employees at those locations. It's a great tool for researching the relevant decision makers at a particular site - often providing information I cannot find elsewhere. Phone numbers and email addresses are available for most contacts, which is a huge benefit when trying to reach out to the right decision maker.
ZoomInfo Sales also has an awesome feature that shows whether the contact is responsive to emails or phone calls - using the flame icon to indicate a hot lead. Super helpful!
ZoomInfo Sales is easy to learn and is very intuitive. There are multiple ways for find the support I need to learn more about the tool, and we have a ZoomInfo representative that hosts regular meetings with our team.

What do you dislike about the product?
The only issues I've encountered are: 1) Sometimes mobile numbers are incorrect; and 2) For newer locations, there may not be much information in ZoomInfo Sales yet. Since I'm targeting new facilities in my area, I'm often unable to find the information for those particular sites... but that makes sense because the facilities are newly constructed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without ZoomInfo Sales, I would have a very difficult time finding phone numbers and emails for the prospects I'm targeting.
By far the best sales prospecting tool out there especially for quality volume outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
The intuitive user experience is the best attribute of the tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Biggest downside is how innaccurate some phone #s are especially in the mid-market & SMB space, not so much enterprise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve the problem of needing a reliable tool to support lead generation and niche news I can use to customize my outreach
Great tool for sales outreach!
What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to pull hiring manager contact info. from a specific industry and location.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some contacts are no longer valid, and it's hard to find the "suggest an update" button now to ask for removal of these contacts that have asked us to remove them from our list.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us to draw interest in our staffing services, and to gain new business.
This is essential to my sales cycle!

ZoomInfo helps me cut through the clutter and get straight to the information I'm looking for.

I'm also dissatisfied when I find information that's not uptodate. However, that is a rare occasion.

I think the intuitive nature of the platform is the # 1 best element of ZoomInfo Sales. I remember the first time I used the platform, I was navigating through it with ease within a couple of minutes. It is an essential tool for me every day. I can honestly say that there has not been a single day in 3 years where I did not rely heavily on the ZoomInfo platform
What do you dislike about the product?
I have yet to find a downside to using the platform. The only negative I have ever encountered was when I had an unrelated comuter issue that prevented me from accessing any of my tools and I was completely dead in the water. Not ZoomInfo's fault by any stretch of the imagination
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am responsible for outbound sales (heavy amount of cold calling) and the data I can get from my ZoomInfo platform is invaluable in making the calls to the correct contacts.
