What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is very helpful to me when prospecting. If I can't find a phone number or email address, I know ZoomInfo with have it.


It's the best sales tool out there
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike about it at all. It's very easy to use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the prospect problem. It's easier to find ppl and engage with them

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about ZI is that it provides an almost unlimited amount of information at your fingertips.
In addition, I find that the ZI team is always in continuous improvement mode to keep it ahead of its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the programming updates forget about the user for example they removed the ICP click function to bring all the high numbers to the top, so now you have to change your ICP back and forth to get the higher numbers to be at the top of the list. Not a huge problem, but it was a very helpful clickable option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping company updates such as contacts and their respective data.
ZI just updated their intent signals to be more identifiable within a city of a state.

ZoomInfo Excellent Business Tool for Sales

What do you like best about the product?
ZoomInfo is a must have for Sales Professionals. You can target specific roles, easily copy a phone or email contact, and save your account base customers. ZoomInfo is my go to when I have zero footprint into a company. I share ZoomInfo website with colleagues with other companies frequently, hopefully they sign up. ZoomInfo saves my hours of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not all company's subsidiary addresses avalable
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saves time following leads, Information on the correct contact, and overall good information to support business needs.

A Must For All Sales Leaders

What do you like best about the product?
I can get direct lines and emails for most C-level decision-makers. I can also get contact info for all cast of characters. It's very easy to use and integrates perfectly with Zoho CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the data is outdated and not accurate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having the ability to get direct lines, mobiles, and emails to key decision-makers.

What do you like best about the product?
Targeted Lists: I can Create highly targeted contact lists based on various criteria such as job title, industry, company size, location, and more. This allows me to focus on the most relevant leads for my business.
Lead Scoring: I use ZoomInfo’s lead scoring capabilities to prioritize leads based on their likelihood to convert, ensuring my sales team focuses on high-potential prospects.

Market Intelligence: I can stay ahead of competitors by accessing market intelligence and trends. Understand the competitive landscape and adjust my strategies accordingly.

Better Decision Making: I can make data-driven decisions based on comprehensive insights into my target market and potential customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't think of any. Perhaps I could use my zoom credits more.

What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is actually very impressive in terms of contacts and information. It will allow you to reach decision makers that you previously had no access to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally there are contacts listed that have left the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Access to contact information that was previously unavailable.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy is to fins accounts and phone number for the people that you are trying to connect to.
The user interface is great and the integrations with outreach and salesforce is great. I wish it would integrate with demandbase too, but I think Zoominfo is developing its own demandbase similar feature buitl in the platform, which I would preffer it over demandbase.
What do you dislike about the product?
Now it has the option that chose the filter that I need and exclude the ones I dont. (Which I Love) but I wish it would also allow me to select one filter and automatically exludes all the other options without having me manually exclude each other filter individaully.

For exmaple: When choosing an industry, I can chose one industry and the subsindustry too, but to make sure I dont get results showing me other industries, I have to exluce all the other available options manually. I wish I could have the option like a button saying show "ONLY this result.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
find company informaiton, employees contact finromation to build our targeting/ prospecting campaigns.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use. I have used other lead generators and this is the most easy to use and the most accurate with the contact. I have been very impressed.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little less expensive but it pays for itself once you land your first customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest problem zoominfo solves for me is getting past the gatekeeper.

ZoomInfo Sales is a Game Changer!

What do you like best about the product?
With a little bit of training, the tool is easy to use and offers a ton of choices by way of drop down menues that allow the user to drill down and get a very targeted list. I love the Tags that allow me to build a targeted list, then use the "quick view" from that list for calling and adding info into LinkedIn. The quick view has a click to a LinkedIn profile and a "copy" feature for phone and email info. Since I use LinkedIn Recruiter its a few short clicks to add a contact's phone and email address in LI and any notes about that contact. I run a full recrutiing desk so ZoomInfo Sales is a "must have" too for both Business Developement and Candidate Sourcing work. The tool is quite Robust too, offering an "Intent" feature that allows you to select key topics that aling with your service offerings and see who is searching the web on those topics and hone in on those companies as potential target accounts. It offers many more features, all which I am still learning about. The training is excellent including a dedicated Customer Success Manager who is availble for one on one questions as well. I'm in ZoomInfo Sales daily and have it up running 1st thing in the morning becasue I am in/out of it all day. ZoomInfo Sales is a very powerful tool and definately a game changer!
What do you dislike about the product?
The developers have done a great job of thinking like a "user" and adding some very time saving features, like the copy feature for email addresses and phone numbers. If there were a feature I would like to see if would be that there is a place for free flowing notes to add to a list with Tags. This feature may exist and as a user I am not aware of if but if not, it would be a time saver to have this feature.
There is so much to this tool that sometimes it seems overwhelming but stepping back and mastering one or two features at a time is helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to find personal and work phone nubmers and emails for people I find on LinkedIn. I can find people within companies with specific titles, location, management level etc. This is a huge time saver and allows me to quick identify talent at a certain level and make the call! I also need to get company information, what they do and where, who the key players are in the Finance area of thier organization, competitor info...etc. The vast array of timely and accurate information is huge in my business developement work.

ZoomInfo Gets You What You Need Fast

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to quickly gather data about companies I'm researching for leads is exceptional, and the Workflow system for automating Intent leads as they populate is outstanding!
The onboarding was extremely helpful, and I feel like our liaison has gone above and beyond his call of duty.
I was able to pick it all up very fast and begin implementation almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only criticism of ZoomInfo Sales is that it might be cost prohibitive for a small company getting started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It often provides a peek behind the curtain when I'm trying to learn more about a company. Companies do not always broadcast the data we're looking for on their website or LinkedIn pages, and ZoomInfo helps us bridge that gap.
