Pretty solid intel
What do you like best about the product?
Solid integrations with Salesforce, and has the right contacts for about half of my accounts
What do you dislike about the product?
For companies under 2,000 employees contacts are hit of miss and scoops are next to useless
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes adding new companies a lot quicker and getting the first pass of contacts into our CRM much easier

The ability to import directly to salesforce + the scoop/trigger search
What do you dislike about the product?
the lack of smaller businesses and start up contacts + direct lines. titles can be outdated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For enterprise accounts, it's very easy to quickly select the contacts to add to salesforce and immediately have their contact info. cuts prospecting time down a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
That their database is extensively large in quantity.
What do you dislike about the product?
That a lot of their database is not clean and maybe not fully scrubbed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
That it is affecting our database for clean and up to date data.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Be weary of their database fore there are bad data fields such as email addresses.

Easy to navigate & build lists. Great sales intelligence.

Not enough granularity around leads who are responsible for mobile device and application risk

Identifying the correct leads quickly. I've been able to drive multiple new logo opps using DiscoverOrg

DiscoverOrg makes it super easy to find the exact market that you want to get in contact with. The advanced search option is the best.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes content is locked even though the market should pertain to our subscription.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are enlarging our target market and DiscoverOrg makes its easy to find people that we want to get in direct contact with. It is also nice to know that information is being updated frequently.

Too many main numbers for the company listed under contacts

I used it for lead generation. It’s given great insight into the companies and how their organizations are divided.

The inter-face is a little bit outdated.

Additional intelligence for both sales and marketing while understanding more around the relationships between influencer and decision maker

Definitely worth considering, the api is great and auto updates as new info becomes available

Ease of use and integration with salesforce.com Search functionality is intuitive and there are a few other relevant features that can help sales prospect smarter.
What do you dislike about the product?
Data is really best for large to enterprise sized accounts so if you are looking at smaller accounts, probably not for you.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is our primary data provider for contacts and account enrichment.

Accuracy of information - telephone plus email addresses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to get stats : if youve exported a contact more than 5 times for example and hit on open and click rates are above a certain percentage then don't export them, just new fresh leads, accounts that have been targeted less that 5 times. Hope this makes sense.

Uploaded accounts with definite specifics or business intelligent to streamline the delivery of our services to clients.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I've used Zoom and companies I've worked for have purchased lots of lists. This is the best, frankly no more list buying with possibly inaccurate information. Org charts are definitely useful for targeting more than one executive at an organisation. Immediately upload accounts into Sales Loft which is a definite Time saver. Whats not to like about this product.
