Cut down on research time
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to quickly find the right contacts within an organization in order to close sales faster. Helps cut down on hours of research, and wading through multiple sites. I use it daily!
What do you dislike about the product?
There are occasions when a contact's email bounces back, but its rare.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to find the right contact is half of the battle in my work. It helps save time on research, and having to go through multiple sites like LinkedIn, Google, or other pages to find buyers for my product.
Easy Access to Contacts, Wish fAor CRM Integration
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of access to company contacts and the amount of contacts that are in the site.
What do you dislike about the product?
That we are not able to link our CRM, which is not ZoomInfo's fault!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZoomInfo sales is able to provide extensive contact lists for existing and new companies that we are looking to partner with and learn more about.

It is user-friendly, has a lot of filters and leads' accuracy becomes better with time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to have a more intuitive way of uploading leads that need enrichment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Finding leads for specific companies, specific zip codes, and specific job titles.
Great for Finding Contacts, But Data Can Be Outdated
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo sales has the right contacts that I need to get our acquisitions pipeline flowing. Most companies I can find the correct contact in maintenance and indirect procurement. It works well for our needs. The advanced search tool is very easy to use and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Many times i find that the contact's email, or numbers are outdated. This is my biggest concern, sometimes I find that Apollo might have the more up to date info, and they provide their services for free up to a certain usage which sort of fills in the gaps for when ZoomInfo is lacking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I need to find the contact's within companies that deal with their surplus/obsolete spare parts and equipment, when found and a connection has been made, we can then purchase their equipment. I use Zoominfo primarily to find these contacts and reach out to them via phone call and email.

The user interface and navigation could also be more user-friendly, particularly when it comes to managing extensive account lists or exporting filtered data. Furthermore, the intent data occasionally lacks sufficient context or requires further validation to confirm genuine buying signals. Nevertheless, despite these drawbacks, the platform as a whole continues to be a valuable resource for prospecting and sales intelligence.

The detailed information it offers. Also the searching capabilties.
What do you dislike about the product?
All of the extensions required in order to use it to its full potential. I feel like more could be set up for you out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo allows you to find those pesky prospects that like to run and hide. It gives you detailed information about who they report to and whether or not you need to spend more time or not building a relationship with them.

ZoomInfo Sales has all of the features I need to be better at my job, including contact info, company details and technology stacks. It's also very easy to use once you get a bit of training.

Slightly better contact info accuracy would be good.

Knowng a company's buying intent and their buying team is critical.

The intent tab is particularly useful as it allows me to see what potential clients in our niche are looking for, enhancing our lead generation and prospecting efforts. Additionally, the tool's daily updates mean there are always new options and tasks available for us to explore, providing us with ongoing value and opportunities for innovation. I'm impressed by how it streamlines our processes, enabling us to target consumers directly and offer our services more effectively. Sometimes ZoomInfo Sales contains outdated information, such as old phone numbers and contacts that are no longer valid for the company.

I use ZoomInfo Sales to find better points of contact, streamline the process to offer services directly, and access updated options daily for new prospects.
Zoominfo:Not Good for Finding Info, But Often Outdated and Inaccurate
What do you like best about the product?
Zoominfo is really good at getting outdated or useless information like someones youtube page
What do you dislike about the product?
Always outdated for phone numbers, job titles, revenue, current employment. I find I have to use other tools to make sure that what Zoominfo is showing me is even some what right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zoominfo rarely has all the information about a company, nevermind the right information. Sometimes can't even show you any information about a company. I would choose any other sales tool if I had the choice.
Easy Lead Nurturing and Data Export, but Credit System Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
It will help me to lead nurturing and find the correct number for USA. It also help me to set the persona and export the data as per the department wise. It is really easy to use and helpful to export multiple data at once. Also, it was easy to implement with D365 which we use most for saving lead in CRM,
What do you dislike about the product?
The dislike thing is you get two type of credit one is Contact Credits and Export credit. Suppose if you viewing one contact it will use 1 contact credit but if you export 25 contact at a time it will use 25 export credit which I suggest it should be one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The major issue zoom info solving is providing the high enrichment data with good accuracy which I liked the most and helpful for me get good prospecting.
